Joseph Zayouna was great, got a decent settlement, I would suggest sending an email often to get the office staff but otherwise he was quick.

Like most MVA's, litigation takes a long time. Joe and his team were great in all aspects of our representation, communication, follow ups, replies, and transparency over this extended period of time. Heaven forbid, if I did have another MVA that required a lawyer, this is the team I would choose to protect us.

One of their lawyers, Ryan O'Connor, is the lawyer for Ontario Proud, the pro-Doug Ford political group that makes memes for idiots, and in his capacity as their lawyer Ryan spends a lot of his time trying to limit people's free speech by threatening them with lawsuits when they criticize Ontario Proud. Personally I just don't think it's the kind of firm a decent person would want to associate with.

Having an MVA was not something you would wish, this MVA costed me a real valuable time of my life, being kind of a disabled person. This is when Zayouna Law firm STOOD UP for me against insurance companies to get my basic rights. They didn’t give up when I gave up they accepted the challenge against the insurance companies who was trying hard for about 5 years to prove me a liar.
