Zedd Customer Solutions

They require customer information that is not required for their cold calls. Possible scam, definitely misleading sales tactics. They are definitely implying they are from Rogers by conveniently hiding who their direct employer is. 'Zedd'. Rushing through the Zedd part without properly conveying who they are.

Just keep calling and does not say a work.its harassments.
I would like to file complain against them.and Rogers should never share our data with companies like this. I believe Roger is responsible for sharing our data tot them.

They've cold called me at least 5 times today. When I pick up, no one talks! It'll take 14 days to be put on their do not call list. Ridiculous!

Received a cold-call, but couldn't hear anything the person was saying as his volume was really low. I told him I can't hear what he's saying, and he just hung up, without calling back again. Extremely rude behavior, migth want to rethink your customer experience.

A man named Sahil from Zedd called me (yes, the Caller ID said Rogers - I notice a lot of comments about this) regarding getting me back as a Rogers customer.

I was questioning it at first but he offered a great deal and installation is happening in a few days. Very happy with their end of the service.

The fact that this business supposedly represents rodgers but cokes through on my rodgers phone as a potential scam is a major red flag

What is actually going on here with the calling and hanging up. I feel like something illegal is happening when ever this number calls. Like recording your voice to trick the voice authentication systems that the actual rogers phone company uses.

A shameful company. Trying to follow up but no one answers phone. Try to leave a message in the general mailbox only to be given the wrong number. Perhaps they read the book by Roger's on how to make customers more frustrated. Ted Roger's is likely turning over in his grave

Calls and hangs up without even speaking. Received multiple calls within a week. Shows as Rogers

Stop calling me and then hanging up. What kind of service provider are you. Receive multiple calls per week and then you hang up as soon as I answer. Call shows up as ROGERS, so I would think they would be unhappy with your services to know you are not even talking to those who do answer the phone.

Worse company! Shame on Rogers for selling their past customers information. This company called offering discounted deal and take your information but then they don’t deliver on their promise. Shame on Rogers and this third party company.

This is potentially a fake business in a spam caller ring. I've been getting daily automated calls from them only to be empty and ended on their end. If you call the number back they say they are a marketing company working on behalf of Rogers. What's really odd is that on the message, and this business posting, their website seems to have been hijacked as when you go to it you are redirected to several ad infested websites unrelated to Zedd Customer Solutions.

Shame on Rogers for selling private information of their customers to questionable third parties.

Additionally, shame on this company for openly releasing user information that is supposed to be secure (Phone number, address, email, etc.) without confirming the identity of those they call. I will be investigating this company and filing complaints against them in all available avenues.

They called my home numerous times saying calling "on behalf of Rogers". Called display said Rogers Comm. They had my personal information including full name, services, expiry dates of promotions/plans. When I asked for info about who was calling, company name, relationship to Rogers, they hang up. Called back and number was not legit. Also left me voice messages, which were undecipherable. I disconnected my land line and now calling on my cel. Calling because "I went on Rogers website looking to upgrade some hardware" and "Rogers told them to call to see if they can be of help". Feels like harassment. I never went on Rogers website, but even if I did, Rogers have no right to do this!
