Why don't people wakeup and realize although they are offering points you are paying big time for those points. I probably paid more than $13.00 than I would have shopping Basics Or No Frills.

Big store, clean, lots of parking and lots of variety and amenities.
Really handy having a pharmacy inside too.
Cant give it 5 stars because employees are few and far between. If you really needed help with something it’s hard to find someone for help.

Bread selection was terrible I was looking for whole wheat buns and there was nothing available. Service in the bakery was terrible. The girl didn't much care to help me.

Plenty of parking, spacious and clean. I wish they had more variety of milk, like goat or non-homogenized.

This Zehrs location is great. It is usually always stocked; besides the one time I need a certain diaper size. Staff are friendly for the most part and the store is pretty clean. The packaged doughnuts are bomb; always fresh tasting and better than Tims.

Usually find most of what I need. Would like to request 2 things:
1. Please carry the large boxes of Nabob Bold Midnight Eclipse and 2. Diet rootbeer in cans. Thank you! Store is clean, well managed, fast. People, maintain social distance!

Decent grocery store, but the older staff members seem kinda snippy, especially the people in the prepared food section.

Everytime I pick up my groceries I order online they miss things I've paid for and take 25 mins or more to bring them out.

We always order from Zehrs PC Express and they are always great at getting us what we need and there are very rarely any issues with the produce and other items that they pick for us. Yesterday, there was a system issue that caused a quite a few items on our online order to be missed. We called the store and they were so apologetic and were quick to get the rest of our order prepared for us. They went above and beyond when they gave us an entire hot chicken and a container of cooked scalloped potatoes. They also wrote us a nice card apologizing for the issue. We know system issues can be unavoidable and mistakes happen, they truly know how to make a great customer experience!

Super clean store, fairly easy to find stuff and I love the "natural" food section, they have a lot more variety then a lot of grocery stores when it comes to milk alternative and organic products. The wine store in the front if also really useful, only have to make one trip to complete dinner

I wanted to buy wine on a Monday night and the liquor stores are closed in Mondays, but the wine store at Zhers was open!

Great grocery store. Friendly helpful staff. Very attentive to Covid19 rules for cleanliness and making sure customers feel safe while shopping and checking out

The lean ground beef was on sale i myself went one nite to get some but none. Then next nite none also. It should be available at all times

Fresh, excellent selection, wide aisles, well organized, clean store. Organized check out experience.

Very clean and organized store. Prices are on the higher side, but you can find some good deals.

Good grocery store. I like that they currently still have self-checkout unlike some other stores.

Also, if you're a student you can bring in your Student Card and get a discount on Tuesdays.

Huge store, great selection of quality goods. Online shopping is available. My first try at online shopping went very well.

Giid selections but staff need a course in how to serve the public.no smiles and rude when asked a question

Great atmosphere with very competent employees willing to help with any questions you may have. Also, very good products and prices.

Love this store, but currently it is crowded with PC Express shoppers, and the customers cannot move let alone shop properly.

The most miserable rude cashier ever. She's working express lane and is horrid. I wont go back!

With everything going on right now i find zehrs to be clean and doing well with making people stay away from others, they have you wait outside until the next person comes out, wait at checkout until the person ahead is finished, they also have a hand washing station on your way in, they also have a limit of 2 on grocery items like milk, eggs, meat, frozen vegatables, and fruit and other items. If i had to choose which grocery store to go to it would be zehrs 100% some people think way too expensive but my family is on a budget and i dont find it to expensive they also help you pack your groceries, but because of the virus they can not help you if you have your own bags, but they are offering free plastic bags and still help, you can bring your own they just can not touch them, all and all zehrs is a great store. By the way thanks to all workers at zehrs

I want to commend the employees of this location for their exceptional level of service. Thank you for all you do!

Always have a great selection of fruit and vegetables. Best selection of fresh massive in house doughnuts but best get their early to get them. They get grabbed up Fast. Only Downside to this location is every time I go and cash out the price scan at the check Out there is always one or multiple items. That scan different from The posted price, You really need to watch the scan and double check your receipt

Lots one of my groceries bags and called to see if they had Trudy was so helpful and actually genuinely cared. Told me if I can’t find it come in and see her no matter what. I spend a lot of money at Zehrs 250 week sometimes.and now it’s not just about the great food but great customer service.

Generally a good variety of products and produce. Produce tends to be pricy. Check their flyers so you know what's on special.

I always love coming to Zehrs to buy items I can't purchase anywhere else.

The place is very clean, the cashiers friendly and you can find lots of new food products that are tasty and lots of oganic foods.

Thank you for all the good food I was able to buy and your fruits and veggies are sooo fresh.

Bought cut flowers. Asked the teller @ 1st till to put them in paper. No assistance, pretended to ignore us actually as didn't direct anywhere to get them bagged. Went to the "customer service" (lol joke) desk and asked "Christine". She had the rude ill-mannered ignorance to ask were the flowers bought after staring at us while we were at the till & with a full cart of bagged (with their bags) items.
Dismal unprofessional attitudes like that is what cost company's business & it certainly cost this place ours. There's far better stores around with far superior staff.

Nice looking store wide aisles bright lighting making everything easy to find. The ready made chicken a fries are very tasty.

The music gets annoying (loud and from a different generation) but otherwise it’s a good store. When it gets super busy you are almost in a shopping aisle waiting in line.

If they didn't have a wine shop I would knock off a star or two because the food is overpriced BUT they do have a good selection of fresh produce.

It's not Walmart prices and selection isn't as good but it's close by the college and students get a small discount on Tuesdays

Bright clean.friendly staff the produce, prepared foods and bakery items looked fresh. The shelves were stocked nicely.

Cashier was not pleasant with all customers. Honestly she in her 50's I'd guess. I honestly believed she profiles customers. It didn't matter how pleasant a customer was, she either went all out or didn't acknowledge the customer. I watched her go through 6-7 of us and 1 was properly addressed. This isn't a one time thing, this is why I'm commenting.
