Zehrs

Big Zehrs, had a cashier and 2 other employees efficiently bag my groceries. Layout is not ideal for a quick trip, bread is way on the other side of the huge store from entrance/ produce. Also were missing a couple essentials; they had an incomplete collection of lightbulbs and no laundry bins.

I was a little disappointed that the prices are high and ask some of the staff about something and and they have a line " not my department. "

This Zehrs is great and has the most well rounded selection of any grocery store within walking distance from Fairview Mall. Their produce is great, and I can almost always find everything on my shopping list at this store.

Clean well organized store, however the carts weren't being wiped when they were brought in from what I saw. I happened to use one, and became sick over the weekend and right into the following week and going forward. I have now had to do a covid test and have had to also have a throat culture.
I don't place blame, I forgot to sanitize one I got back into my vehicle as well that day. I won't know for a few days on my results, but I have self isolated from the moment I've felt ill.

I was looking for some toy cars and as I was new at this location I could not locate it. One staff assisted to locate the item herself and also helped me to choose a specific toy car. They are awesome!

Gave a 3 star only cause of covid protocol. Why do they let people in with no mask considering they deal with food. It’s mandatory from what I thought and it’s not right people can walk in and not wear a mask which could spread of the virus

Tidy and quiet Zehrs. Well stocked. Lots of vegan friendly items. Decent amount of parking. There is only one entrance/exit at the front of the store. Natural foods section, bakery, meat & seafood. Some prices for certain items seem higher than other Zehrs locations (maybe seasonal things). Nice and friendly staff.

I was there around 4pm to buy some food, like a vages abs chicken. I have only 3 min go home. Vages was taste like they where made yesterday. Food was cold. Not recommended. Never again.

Sure this a great place to shop. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Good selection in each and every area/ department of the store. There are often specials on many products like cheese, meat and and so on.

Super clean store with wide isles where Covid-19 protocols are being implemented and followed by staff and store. This makes a safe place to shop.

I was talking last week with Jen the hiring manager at this location and she told me she would get back to me Tuesday at the latest which was yesterday, I didn't hear from her so I ended up calling the store myself today, and she told me she was busy yesterday because of the holiday well when I spoke to her last week she probably full well knew that Tuesday would be busy because of the long weekend, lol, so if she had any idea that Tuesday was going to be busy she shouldn't have told me that, it just gives off a very bad impression of the higher ups at this location. For a professional person to say they're going to do something and not follow through it just looks bad. As far as grocery shopping at Zehrs I'm pretty much done because things are just way too expensive, like one product I used to buy all of a sudden one day I went in the store it was about 50 cents more, like what on earth would justify a 50 cent increase and that's just one product. Other reviewers out here have talked about pricing too how much more Zehrs is compared to other stores it's getting really ridiculous the markup!

Busy place, but easy to get in and out of. I do wish they would check where lettuce is placed to prevent wilting in the center aisle areas.

Zehrs went out of their way to correct a previous issue. Staff were excellent (and probably deserve raises) - I'd certainly be happy to hire the people I interacted with. Overall, I'm impressed. Changing my score to 5 stars.

Highly recommend ordering online and having them drop your groceries in your car for you. I even saved money, as I could set my budget ahead of time and there were zero impulse buys

Good selection.
This store has everything that you would need for a basic kitchen!
Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee makers, toasters, cups, glasses, wine glasses, literally almost anything that you would need for a basic kitchen.

Things are usually in the same spot which is nice but there's some extremely questionable patrons in and around this plaza. Lock your vehicle and keep your head up.

Great store. Large and well organized. Clean with friendly staff. Great COVID response. They have a great variety off beers, ciders and wines.

Zehrs seems to have more fresh produce than most other grocery stores. Also their prepared foods. You may pay a little more here but it's good stuff. Staff are always nice and helpful.

Watch for the sales.expensive Zehrs can be.but the quality is top notch and the sales are really good

My old neighborhood store I still patronize when I'm in the area. I wish the underground entrance was open again. I prefer to park there as it takes me out of the elements.

Big, clean bright store, with a decent selection of foods as well as other household items, like cleaning supplies and coffee makers.

Lots of parking, checkouts moved quickly, even on a busy Saturday.

I come here often most of the employees are very friendly usually that one short brown employee girl that’s always so rude disrespectful! Not her fault she seems new to Canada hopefully in time she will learn good customer service & respect

I’m paying my money I just wonna get the stuff I want just go home happy! But this girl always ruins my mood from now on I’ll do my self a favour go to freshco

Pc express pick up is a joke.
30 mins before they load you! How is this considered an express service.it would have been quicker just to go in a do it instead of doing it online or on the app.

Often out of fresh vegetables and very expensive especially for the quality provided. Meat is also more expensive than most other grocery stores and the quality declined about 10 - 15 years ago

I go to the grocery store to get food not look at empty shelves, this place doesn't have any chicken and when I asked an employee where is all the chicken he said "you need to come in early" this is like walking into a third world country. Don't bother going in here because you won't come out with what you need.

Cashiers (young ladies) were too busy chatting and laughing to pay attention to the people in line. With their prices being so the customer service will bring people back. I wont rush back there. May as well go to Freshco.

This is the worst Zehrs. Everytime I come here the meat counter is closed for a break. Really there are no employees to cover breaks? Also they are always out of things and the store is very messy. Drive up to the Stanley Park Mall location, its a beautiful store.

Great place, just have to be savvy on finding the deals. I cannot say one grocery store is better than another. Just wish the deli section was open longer or had better selections to choose from when the deli is closed. Every meat but what I want.go figure

Nice clean store. Way over priced compared to Freshco down the road. We buy the flyer specials. Freshco is are number one store. Which they would change that location into a No Frills.

I really like this zhers, their cheeseburger pizza's are the best around. They have a nice size deli and salad bar, lots of vegan options. The area that it is located in does make you pull your handbag closer and watch who is behind you but other then that.

Terrible staff always something at this place wrong. Back again and wont ever be back a 3rd time. Walked out without anything. Uneducated staff will not get my business. Also whats up with reatocking of product here? Just goto farm boy. Have a terrible day mr Weston.
