I can’t handle shopping at this store anymore. The customer service is awful. I absolutely love the staff at the Zehrs on King George though!

Customer service at the self check out this morning was horrible. A lady just taking their time chit chatting before they tend to customers who needed help for self checkout. First of all, self check out customers are not getting paid for checking out their goods. Hoping that these chit chatters workers in the self check out (not all) needs to do their part. And pls dont talk about your customers behind their back and looked at them when they can hear you! Not good.

Was ignored at the hot food service counter so I left and got a snack elsewhere. Tha KS for nothing. Always over priced.

My go to Brantford grocery store. A bit pricier then other options but find it's generally better quality. Best doughnuts for price but not always available. Maybe could use better layout especially as entry gets crowded as the meals to go department is right there.

Zehrs might be the only grocery store I have ever seen charge 40$ for a 4 pack of chicken breast. (That is 10$ for 1 chicken breast)?

One of the cleanest stores in town. Food is always fresh. Employees are always polite and helpful. Never disappointed

Higher end grocery store. Quality veg and fruit. Delicatessen is well stocked and fresh. Carries a ton of premium brands that are hard to find elsewhere

Costs more than the stores I normally go to, but the staff is always friendly and helpful, and I almost always find what I'm looking for.

Although the price of food has skyrocketed everywhere, this is a great store, very clean and friendly staff.

Go weekly for our groceries here. Always have what I need. Love being looked after by Marianne at checkout.

Went in for chicken wings which used to be a go-to treat for me but they changed the wings. Although large, they are very fatty and I did not enjoy my meal.

Staff are friendly. Meat department lacks a bit In service, usually waiting for quite awhile before served or acknowledged butter thats really the only complaint.

They're a little pricey. Service was great and the line moved fast. Need a little more variety of hot foods

Would have been 5 stars but they didn't have Farmers Market pumpkin pie so had to make trip to No Frills which had lots in stock.

Fruits are not fresh at all! I had to put at the trash the oranges I bought, will probably had do the same with these peaches and there was mold in the mangosteen. I also had to remove some salad from the already-made one I purchased. It’s not what I expect from a grocery store.

A great place to shop. The prepared food section is excellent. The bakery and the meat department are also top drawer. I 've never failed to find the products that I wanted. Cashiers are friendly and helpful.

It is a little pricey but the service is good. I must say that I bought donuts this morning and I thought they were made in store. Got them a week ag on Fairview they were great. Got them this morning at king george and they were not good. Seemed like day olds. While I was waiting they were taking them out of a box to repackage them. So disappointed.

Guy at the hot food service refused to serve me based off a medical condition, how discriminatory. They should be ashamed. They don’t follow by-law

Great supermarket. A little pricier than others but they have a great bakery selection and delicious cakes. Also love their ready made hot food section for those nights when you don't feel like cooking.

I have enjoyed shopping here occasionally. Zehrs has a wide selection of products. Staff helpful.

Go here to grab little things I find this store a little pricey for some things. Their produce is always fresh. Wendy and Santosh in the pharmacy are wonderful.

The manager Sheila was rude when asked a simple question and doesn't wear a mask! Not exactly what you want in crowded store during a pandemic.

I only went to the pharmacy. The staff there are always super polite and helpful. I never have a problem with them and my medications are always ready when they are supposed to be

The store is clean except for the washroom. The staff is helpful and friendly. However it was quite disturbing to see two of the three staff behind the deli counter with their masks around their necks and not their faces.

When is it time to finally return to normal retail hours and lose the pansy hour reduction? Surely there is no longer any lame Covid-based excuses to maintain reduced hours? Just by to walk in at 8: 53pm on a Monday and the doors are locked.kid says they close at 9.what a crock. I spend $900-$1200 /month at this location alone and I'm glad to say I'm finally done giving Zehrs my money.years of higher prices anyway they seem to cater to the rich. You will find most of these stores also seem to be engaged in a lot of weird price manipulation to boot.whatch the sales from week to week VS regular prices

Not very happy with them. I gone to separate zehrs. Like the sale just started and they where sold out already on the first day. They never offer a rain check until I ask for one.

I get groceries here all the time better then sobeys downtown its cheaper and there store dosent smell like a tolit not as cheap as no frills but great quality

Great chicken deals in the deli area. Delicious and a better deal than the fast food chicken places.

I don't understand how a store can be under renovations and still stay open! We literally were spraying an oil based paint onto coolers that were feet away from us and nothing was covered nor did it have to be as per the builder. Half the store smelled of the paint so the food was definitely soaking up the yummy aroma lol

It's got a great hot deli and choice of Presidents Choice Product. Shopping at a No Frills gives you access to same products at lower prices. They don't price match their competitors which is a deal breaker for me. I doubt I'll be back again. Clean store, friendly staff.

This came up in my feed to review.

I only went here to buy 4 cases of coke when they were on sale.

I did pick up a few other items that aren't stocked at my other local shopping stores.

Most notable difference is in the frozen food section. Lots of things that other chains don't seem to carry.

I'm not a regular.

Just saw they had Coke on sale and was in the area.

Will return for the Coke sale soon

Neat and clean store. Regular prices tend to be a bit on the higher side but when they have sales they can be really decent.

The cashiers for the most part our completely miserable and seemed union entitled. I asked for a lottery ticket from one cashier and was told, that she doesnt believe in selling lottery tickets. Never been back since, King George location is much more friendly and pleasant.

My favorite local Zehrs location. The store is well maintained, the washrooms are clean and the sushi made in store is really good.

Nice grocery store. Little pricy. Also you have to watch when you buying meet and veg, not always frash.

We ended up leaving actually. They had so many signs up promoting "Ontario Fresh" and Ontario Farms but almost all of their produce was from Chile, USA and Mexico. Disappointing seeing that as an Ontario Farmer. I know some produce aren't in season yet which is acceptable but when something is grown all around us it should be in the local stores.

Great supply of items on sale. High prices veggys and fruit. Long line at prepared food but fabulous friendly service from girls in deli.

A grocery store that has everything just a little more expensive then everywhere else. Yes, quality comes with it, but for the same item at a dollar or two more, the bill adds up here.

I can definitely recommend the hot food/chicken. Great deal for some pretty good fried chicken/potato wedges. $5 can't go wrong.

It was great, the girl at the hot food counter was so nice and friendly. We ordered the $5 meal. Was delicious. Can't beat that price!

This place have a terrible cashier specifically in self check out. Zehrs we your customers DID NOT take a crash course on how to use your self check out, I know it's pretty easy but sometimes we still need help. But for your cashier to yell at me and made me look like an idiot in front of other customer is not ACCEPTABLE. After voiding my whole order and redoing it again clearly she saw I was right but not a single apology from her. To the manager at this location I hope you train your cashier on customer service thank you but I will take my business else where.

I don't shop much here but I get their fully cooked chicken wings at least once a week. Veeeeery good wings.
