Zehrs has changed. I didn’t enjoy the shopping experience here. I noticed I was being followed when i was browsing the store. I got frustrated and asked one of the employees why. They said it was part of their loss prevention program. So in other words based off my appearance it “looked like” I was going to steal. Which is very unfair to judge me based off appearance. I paid for my groceries with a cashier as well not self check out. In the future I will be reluctant to come here. I only came as longos was closed boxing day and I’ll be staying there too. They don’t discriminate.

This is a good grocery store. Nice and clean on the inside, well organized and decorated.

I don’t come here all that often since it’s a lot more pricey than the food basics across the road. If I need a PC or No Name branded thing, this is where I come.

Its worth noting that the Zehrs at Kortright and Edinburgh has the advantage of also selling wine and beer.

We stop here for lunch from time to time.the picnic tables are in the shade.always a friendly experience.the staff are always smiling

Friendly staff and clean store but hot whole roasted chicken was VERY undercooked and had to cook it again before eating lol which kind of defeated the purpose. Joe fresh section was very tiny compared to my regular location on Eramosa.

If you go to the pharmacy, count your pills. I kept getting closer to zero on my refill date so I started to count. 6 pills short. I went back and the pharmacist said their scale was off. They don't even count pills!

The butcher at this store is so nice and friendly. I'll go back just becuase of him. Give that man a raise. Great clean store.

I like the size of this store. It is fairly well stocked for a smaller store. I notice some areas look a little disheveled but they are probably suffering from lack of staff. It's always clean.

Went in, looked around and walked right back out the door. It was insanely expensive. Much more than most other grocery stores. It was clean and tidy and very very expensive. Like $9 little salads expensive.

Another example of corporate greed. If you like buying $6 bag of chips, this is your place. #BoycottLoblaws

Bought five baguettes with my friends and the cashier was kind enough to not ask any questions. As soon as we were outside, we beat each other with those lengthy loaves. Fantastic crust on them that made for a sturdy weapon. Tasted great after the battle too.

Very convenient for those who live by Clair and Gordon

It usually stays open until later than Food Basics and better prices than Longo's.

Reasonable clean store will an easy to navigate layout. Never seem to have enough check outs operating

This place is lovely. Items are well arranged, you can pick up a meal while shopping as well. The staff were helpful and well mannered overall it was fun shopping here.

Staff is always courteous and efficient. Prices are obviously on the higher side. But the produce is usually well stocked and fresh so yayy

I walked in on a Saturday night and there was no one at the bakery counter. I waited for like 20 minutes and no one showed up. Then when I went to go get checked out at the front of the store one of the cashiers didn't seem to help me he just stood there and I had to wait in line. There needs to be more employees at checkouts and someone should be at bakery counter because every time I go there's literally no one there. I would avoid going here and go to the Kortright location instead.

Good selection for the most part, but pretty expensive. On average probably a couple dollars more for the same items elsewhere.

I have started looking for Christmas and New Year's Dinner ideas yet I haven't found a great selection and the time window is closing. Normally the Zehr's Clair location is fine, but I have recently found other stores having a wider variety of ingredients and sometimes better selection. It's ok for any meal, maybe you would have to visit 2 stores or more for a special occasion.

Love this place. Their bakery, fresh food and fresh salad has a lot of variety and soo yummy. Highly recommend

This is one of the smaller zehrs I've been too. Went to look for some specialty items and the pharmacy attendant advised they don't have what I'm looking as they're a smaller location.

For what we want there's always has a very good selection their produce section is pretty fresh, all in all shopping there is pleasant. We can usually get everything we want at a reasonable price. Often they run some sales which seem to be manager specials outside of what is advertised in the brochures. We like that

This is not the best or biggest Zehrs in town but I usually find everything I need and don't have to wait on line.

The Hartsland one is better for its bakery but this one is good enough.

They also have 3 self checkouts if you prefer that over a cashier.

I find it's one the cleanest stores around always stalked to the limit never find items that ain't their unless it's a blowout sale even then usually can get rain check for same price the next time in stalk doesn't happen often never had any thing bad say about staff basically fast friendly place to shop lots meat veggies produce in a clean environment again I thank zehrs and staff good quality service.

I find Zehrs to have everything you will need for a reasonable price. Plus the do optimum points!

Pre good. Got what I needed, one of the workers would stop talking to me in the self check out lane though. Like I thought the entire point of the self check out was so I didn't have to talk to anyone. Didn't bother me to much though, she was friendly.

I just went and did some shopping @ this location as I always do.
I had my 2 daughters, and my father with me and my oldest was signing jingle bells @ the top of her lungs and everyone loved it and either said how lovely her signing was or joined in. Than another man the aisle next to us yelled “THATS ENOUGH, STOP! ” Continuing to tell my daughter to stop signed, I approached him and told him to stop and others called him the grinch. The manager I’m prettt sure it was, he was a younger male I talked to and told him about the situation, he confronted the male who was being rude to my daughter than the manager came up to me and gave me everything in my cart for free. Amazing staff there and I couldn’t have left the story ANY happier! Thanks again! Merry Christmas:)
