Just had the rudest woman serve me in this horrible store. Honestly with that attitude she should be fired. But I shouldn't be surprised, it is a Loblaw's store after all. I was only shopping there for somebody else. I rarely set foot in Loblaw's stores precisely because of this kind of experience. Plus she overcharged me. And when I went to use the "voice of the shopper" to "tell them how they did " it was just a chance for them to ask me a whole bunch of personal questions and not actually ask me how the service at the store was. Classic Loblaws! I had planned on just letting it go with just this review but now that I have to go back in and talk to her manager I'm curious as to what the response will be. I'm sure it won't be worth the effort. Maybe if Loblaws paid better they could get a better quality of staff.

Big store with friendly staff and a nice selection just a little confusing of a layout compared to other locations and as with all loblaws stores it's expensive. The quality is great but you will pay for it.

Very rude Cashiers very rude indeed a customer wentin front of me and then the cashier said I wasn’t close enough in line and that’s why she went in front of me Well there’s supposed to be space in between us it is Covid and the cashier stuck up for the other customer.

Friendly, clean atmoshere with a produce section 2nd to none. But prices seem quite to high me. Then u observe how many people u seriously walking around doing next to nothing & realize ur payin their union wages with ur groceries. DON'T go there much anymore myself.

Quality products. Produce tends to last longer than cheaper stores. You get what you pay for. Better selection of international ingredients than most as well.

Well stocked and easy layout make shopping here easy. Avoid around the long weekends is probably a good idea. But otherwise great store

Placed an order for curbside pickup and once we arrived we only had a few minutes to wait for our groceries. For our wait we received a free bag of popcorn! When we got home we realized there was an extra bag of groceries that wasn't ours. I called to inform them and said I could pay for the extra bag (we always could use more vegetables and we were already home) she said she would speak to her manager about the situation and call me back. They were so gracious that we called they said we could just keep the extra bag of groceries, free of charge! Lynn was an incredible help! Thank you

Not good. For the price you pay, quality of meat and produce is very poor. Deli food sucks. Just another example of big corporations ruining everything. Staff are great, it's got nothing to do with them.

This is an expensive store but you get quality. Staff are excellent and helpful. Store is extremely clean.

Poor selection of fresh food and the deli is awful. Couldn’t find anything here for lunch passing through.

This is a great store with amazing staff, but the decision to remove staffed checkouts was a mistake, it is very frustrating to see self checkouts take up space not being used and now less staffed checkouts

More expensive than other grocery store in town, but has fresh produce and on site bakery, deli and seafood. Customer service always good.

Zehrs is my go to place clean with friendly staff, the only thing is that they do not have a good flower section anymore like before and I miss that.

Manager fired me when I was in the hospital heavily medicated because didn't call in. (There aren't allowed phones in this ward) just over a month since being fired and still haven't been paid. Jim the manager said he'd make sure I got paid today because I quote "i dont want to keep dealing with you and this issue soo I'll give you cash" soo I go there and the manager at the time said he cant do that. Because its illegal.understandingly told me I'd have to wait another 16 days to get paid legally. Not impressed by discrimination of people with mental health issues

Way better than Wal Mart, great friendly staff, better choices, store well laid out and clean. My new go to grocery store, pharmacy etc.

Clean, well organized, helpful staff, fresh produce. A little more expensive than other grocery stores but worth it

Good place for quality grocery shopping, few items are bit expensive and over price but still good place for shopping.

Such great selection! There are Holland foods here I have not seen in years. Friendly staff also.

It is impossible to find fault with this store! Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Store is ALWAYS clean. Food is ALWAYS fresh. Hours are convenient. Why shop anywhere else?

Lots of parking. Plenty of produce, and right beside a Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, gas & Tim Hortons.

Meat stinks and is off literally 2 days after purchasing, days before the "best before date. " Bread is likewise moldy and stale just a few days after the packaging date.

My favourite grocery store in Goderich. They sometimes bag your groceries too - a bonus these days.

Love that is open late and always have good sales and dresh produce. I would give a 5 star but what is up with there hot deli lately. Go in at dinner time and they have no sides. All wedges, just does not seem organized aeound diner time. Would not complain, but has been happening alot lately

Very clean and well organized store. Some good prices on specific food items. The pharmacy people are awesome!

I feel like this Zehrs hasn't been the same since it's Glory days 20 years ago. They haven't put any money into internal renovations, the prices are higher than any other local grocery store and their hot food counter has gone down hill. They still have decent produce but it's expensive.
You're better off going to the local Sobeys at this point.

Great produce and bakery. Lots of PC products. Name brand products are more expensive than other stores.

This is a large bright store. The selection of produce is always outstanding and I always find what I'm looking for even off season. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be some of the prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for.

Service was ok, the staff were too busy with the escape rooms and virtual reality to help us understand the game they recommended. The virtual reality was also really noisy when we were trying to play board games. If you're gonna play board games go to boardwalk.
