Love the freshness of the produce here and always love to stop for a quick chat with your store standards team member Matt, he's so friendly and has helped me to find things in the store on occasion.

A good selection of groceries, however, I find the fresh vegetables often look less than fresh.

Ita pretty good store. Seems like it has all you're looking for, if you're looking for general groceries. Not too many of various ethic foods, even hard to find more than 10 types of pasta. Sometimes items are out of stock. People are great though!

Clean bright store lots of selection. Fruit more expensive here and often isn't as fresh or lasts as long as other grocery stores with higher turnover.

Decent selection of vegetables general meat cuts if your not looking for anything out of the norm and shelf stable items. Small fresh butcher and fish counter.

Good sales and they usually have stock of their sale items too.

Nice store clean and good produce my only complaint is the bakery no longer makes the strawberry shortcakes that my family loves they make something else now and theyre struggling to get supplies for the cakes its also a 48 hour notice to order a bday cake so if your not lucky enough to find one in stock u gotta order well in advance.however go to caldense bakery down the street for a hood strawberry shortcake!

Highly recommend the family chicken bucket/meal available at the hot table section.

Great price, lots of food and plenty of options!

You can't beat country grocery stores, compared to the garbage you pay for in Toronto this place is stocked with fresh food and at actual fair price points.

I love their curbside pick up. As a busy mom with 3 kids, this has not only allowed me to grab just what I need without the extras, it helps to not have to drag the kids all through the store and them adding items to my cart.
The items they choose are always fresh and only once had an issue with a missing item and they quickly corrected it.

Found out that they are not discounting, meats or produce + anymore at 50%. Now it's only 30%. They are always higher in price to begin with. As many people were relying on this in our Inflation Nation.

ANTHONY from the meat department is an excellent person he helped me out on the phone answering questions and when we went into the store for the product he was very kind and helpful

Used to love this place.it's definitely gone down hill lately. Produce is never fresh and selection sucks. Leaves little to be desired

The customer service is laughable. Horrible is putting it nicely! I regularly shop here and phoned to see if they carried a certain formula I was looking for only to be brushed off and told that they had “lots”. When I asked if they could check for the specific one I was looking for (she never asked which brand) I was told that she was “busy right now” and asked if I could call back. I then asked if she could send an employee to check instead, to which she replied “we have lots”. I’m very disappointed and will no longer be shopping here. Overpriced as it is for the quality of food that you get, and now with this experience, it’s just not worth it. I’ll be shopping elsewhere and so should you!

Just left and decided to do this review in the parking lot. I would like to say the Brenda that was tending to cash#1 was above and beyond. She was nice to talk to, was extremely efficient and just all around a nice person to be around. Thank you Brenda

Thank you to the Zerhs Bakery team for doing a fantastic job on my sons cake! It was a huge hit at his party and everyone really enjoyed it!

Zhers isn't cheap, but it also offers many high quality products. They also have a pharmacy and sell plants.

You have to re-check your receipts when you come home cuz 3 weeks in a row now I've been overcharged on items

I ordered 3 platters for my sons birthday party and had so many compliments on how fresh they were

Good grocery shop, but they don't sell beer here if you're into that sort of thing for a one stop shop, the hot and ready stuff here is very good.

Order the meal and chicken strip were over cooked and very hard to eat. Was disappointed but we do have are off day and I guess it was their's that day

I only buy fruits here. Trust me, it is the best in region. Not giving 5 stars because it is expensive.

I love shopping at this store - especially the bakery! (Best donuts ever) I wanted to give a shout-out to Chris in the bakery department who is always very helpful and just a kind human. Always a pleasure shopping at your store.

Still having stock issues. Often must wait for meat and seafood counter service. Customers are no longer distancing at checkout

Was at Zehrs Bradford, For some ridiculous reason, they have decided that customers wanting to self check out must line up and wait in the same line as those wanting to wait for a cashier.doesn't matter that the self checkout is empty, must wait in line, must wait in line. Crazy.

I always shop here, it is well maintained and sanitizers are in every corner of the store, they even have and handwashing station. Staff are friendly also what I admire is they hire special needs staff.

Good social distancing, crowd control protocols in place for checking out, wide aisles, nice selection of grocery items and Joe clothing.

Store is well maintained and product offerings are generally good. Hand sanitizer is available at the entry and exit points. The carts are also sanitized between use, which is appreciated. Prices are good and coupons are sometimes available. Store is usually not busy during most of the week but gets slightly busier on the weekends. Good option for in town grocery shopping.

Kid at the entrance with the sanitizer just sitting there with his mask under his chin playing on his phone.not a good impression during these times (!). This isn't the first time, won't be back.

First time in the store with my wife.at the self checkout, the machine wasn’t accepting my card so I asked the girl who was posted at self checkout to help.her name is Alexis or Elaine I believe.she looks at the machine mumbles something and walks off without showing any interest to help.talk about customer care! Lol

Great looking store on the inside; they have labels for everything.

However, some of your fav products u might find at Walmart, Fortinos, etc, will most likely not be here.

This store has great produce and a great selection of meats. I find the checkout line moves slowly, however.

Great staff. Produce section not my favourite in town. Meat department is great. Always meat and fish on sale and reduced.

In the era of Covid 19 and grocery stores having people in place to give direction to shoppers at checkout to keep the flow of things going - there were two workers at this location that seemed ultimately confused in giving the proper directions to keep the flow of things, ending up with a few disgruntled customers.

Absolutely love this place especially had a great experience with online pickups during the first months of the pandemic. They are well-organized. Staff are super friendly.

Clean and well organized. Helpful staff. Lots of sti k on hand though still some empty spots due to Covid 19 panic buying. Only complaint is they only have 1 lane open accepting cash. Granted it is easier to tap, but if I'm buying something for an senior they still prefer to use cash. So I had to wait while a few others went ahead. Would be nice if they all too cash, but I can understand it. It's just annoying.

Just went into zehrs to shop.two people not wearing masks.i asked about the mask policy to an employee and was told its up to customers if they want to wear one.they are not enforcing the new mask on in indoor buildings policy.i left without shopping.not going to give them my business.zehrs doesnt care about the health of their enployees or customers.

Great staff, food and produce. I must say that a gentleman named Kevin was amazing and very helpful in helping us with an online order especially considering the circumstances of this pandemic.

I like how it has a deli and the layout, not a big fan of their selection and prices. I prefer Real Canadian Superstore over this one

I bought a few packs of grapes to find out that they smell like an artificial fragrance! Disgusting! Where do you store them, guys? Along with the febreeze? ! Or maybe you use heavily scented cleaners around produce?

Pickup Letdown. Encouraged to minimize contact so ordered for pickup; pickup window was several days later. Picked up order only to find that the sale items were charged at full price because now the sale was over; 2 items not there at all, because even though they were in stock, they weren't anymore so I didn't get them. Whats the point in ordering for pickup if you don't get what you needed, and what you do get is not at the price you ordered! Should have just used the mask and gloves and gone myself. Would have given only 2 stars but I understand its busy out there.

Zhers is an ok grocery store. I find the produce isn’t always the most fresh and the prices are really steep.

I honestly don’t leave reviews often but this their customer experience is the best! Every time i go in, I feel as an appreciated customer which is why it’s my favorite place to shop in bradford! They have lots of variety and cool new organic products to try. They also found my wallet when i forgotten it at the store and kept it safe for almost a week later upon me realizing it was lost. Thanks so much again!

A very big store with everything you need, from groceries, pharmacy and clothing. It was not very busy and the staff was very friendly. There is a lot of parking there were enough lines open so I didn't have to wait to pay.

I enjoy a lot of what is offered here. I do find the deli a little underwhelming considering how much else the store has in other departments.

I was purchasing donuts from the bakery. I was told by a friend that Zehrs offers a deal if you buy x amount of donuts you get charged for less but the person wasn't sure how many donuts you had to purchase. I asked the bakery attendant and she said they don't do that. I said ok, no problem, maybe my friend mixed up the stores.

I purchased 6 donuts and went to pay. I was charged for only 5 donuts.

The bakery attendant should be aware of this offer.

Too many people parking in the fire zone which gets annoying when trying to maneuver a shopping cart. Enforcement would be nice.

Its expensive but not as much as it used to be, alot of variety of stuff, pretty much, anything you think of the eat it's there

I can't explain it, I just don't like this store. There are nowhere near enough people working there and for what should be a high end store, it is cluttered, little dirty and shopping there gives me anxiety.

Love shopping at Zehrs. It is always clean, employees are always happy and willing to help. I didn't know they have this great menu when you are not feeling to cook!

Really like this place fresh fruits good vegetables and s great variety of other products.also Joe fresh comes in handy.

Pricey, why? There is Food Basics across the road in the area then why to waste money in Zehrs. All prices are doubled than other grocery stores. Is it an honour to spend your hard earned money and to be called an "Elite"? Think before you go there.

A+ love this grocery store. They have my Amy's soup. They have great fruit and vegetables I rather pay a little more and get fresh produce then rotten stuff at other local grocery store. Love there Italian proscuttio

I bought a bag of milk and one of the three bags inside that bag of milk was empty. Prices are too high here for these kind of shenanigans.
