Zehrs

The person trying to sell me things was really terrible. They didn't know much about what they were selling, didn't care about helping me, and only wanted to make money for themselves. They were also very rude, not polite at all. This made me really frustrated and I didn't like how they treated me.

Arguably the worst Zehrs I've been to. For the price I pay at a Zehrs-branded store this particular one has a very poor selection, no in-store butcher's counter and always a long, slow lineup. It gets a second star for cleanliness.

My first time picking-up there, I received a phone call about my order to confirm it by a very pleasant gentleman and was even able to add on to my order. I received the same courtesy phone call again today. The young lady that delivered by order to my vehicle was fantastically pleasant as well! I'm so happy I switched to Zehrs Pioneer Park! As a bonus, this location carries some of the harder to find items I had been looking for (ie vegan cheeses etc). You knocked it out of the (Pioneer) Park!

If you are a first time visitor of this store, find crispy chicken, many options for ready to eat, I like that so much, price is $ 10.99 some times 50% off tonight too. Tasty and delicious

Clean, well organized and always well stocked. I have trouble getting some health foods from other stores but this location is always stocked. There is a lot of parking and the staff is friendly

We like this Zehrs. Great location ferly new. This location is smaller than other locations. That's what we like about it. Smaller but it offers everything like that large locations. Very clean and uplifting environment. A real pleasure to shop in. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out.

Organized, clean, and with covid they’re still relatively quick when it gets busy. Also their cake section is pretty nice if you’re running last minute!

Well organized floors clearly marked directing you through the store. Shelves fully stocked if only a bit expensive.

Ever since they rebuilt this Zehrs we have loved the increased size and convenience. The sushi bar is great when your are hangrily grocery shopping and can pick up food to take home instead of making something

Zehrs is always a great store good quality food a bit on the more expensive side but if you want quality its worth it.

Carson, Noah and Maffew all helped me find the products I needed and made their department look amazing. Will definitely be coming back to their clean store!

Actually, it's a non tech friend I drove here and it was nothing specific to this trip - he just oozes that this is his favourite (it's also his closest to home) location. He has a great relationship with the manager here and prefers very much this location to any other. (I'd add another if I could just to extend kudos to a manager "out on the floor")

I will never step foot in your store again after the rudeness I encountered today I work for the loblaw distribution center maple grove in Cambridge 15 years of service there I showed an essential services paper they gave us and was denied entry for front of the line and was laughed at by the old security guard I live in the pioneer park area and will never step foot in that store again

This location has 2/3 of the product of a normal Zehrs but you'll probably need something from that last 1/3 so it will be a waste of time. Also, the donuts here are frozen! Just don't stock donuts if you can't make them fresh at the store, if I wanted s**t donuts I'd go to Tim Hortons. Just call it a Valumart so you know what you're getting when you walk in the door.

It's a grocery store, they have groceries. It's clean and tidy, majority of items are always in stock.

I’ve had two separate occasions where i’ve come into the store and overheard the manager “Crystal” scolding and talking down to the cashier employees.

Just a daily reminder on why minimum wage workers deserve to be paid more.

Nice store with so many different things! I really enjoyed looking at products that are not in my local grocery store.

Sweet little store. Great staff and product. Set up not very attractive, especially with no pharmacy or alcohol options.

Even though there's line up outside. The line is moving good. We just gotta be patient. Sometimes no line up. Stay positive.

Click and collect system is a joke compared to Walmart. Scheduled days in advance and they still make you wait an hour in the parking lot.

Normally would be 5 stars but the last few times I have gone have been terrible. Hire staff who want to be there, and actually practice good customer service. Won't be coming back.

I can't go there at anytime without being hounded down by some employee trying to get me to sign up for a PC mastercard and they won't leave you alone if you try to say no to signing up and it's both frustrating and time consuming trying to convince them you don't want to sign up. I also swear somebody stole all the baskets or they just put them away because there is never any around at any time
