Nice grocery store, staff pleasant. I am concerned about the parking lot as there is a cut out where carts get stuck and flip. I had my groceries spill out all over the parking lot and my knees were left bruised after falling into the flipping cart. Would be very scary if there was a child in the cart or an elderly person behind the cart.

Excellent staff. Needed a TV and wasn't sure how to carry it. A very friendly cashier had it brought to the front and answered some of my questions. Sorry so many self check outs as your staff is irreplaceable.

Huge store, loads of options. I took off 1 star because the produce doesn't last as long as other places, so likely not as fresh.

Healthy living habits at each corner. Huge Pharmacy and great staff.

They have good products, however we went last saturday for roasted chicken and fries, wrong desicion, the chicken was overcooked, the fries were dry, it looks like food was made 3 days back, everything was disgusting, impossible to eat.

Good to go if you want fresh deli, bakery, seafood or even a quick cheap chicken lunch But everything else is really pricey. Better prices around fergus.

Just bought PC coffee on sale only shop there if they have a good special and that is all I purchase. To expensive to do regular shipping there.

Ordered For Pick Up During Pandemic. Was rejected for essential items like Onions, Potatoes, Bread, Etc. Staff told me the manager told them not to give me these items to save for other people that are celebrating Easter. It was my Easter as well, but that shouldn't be a prerequisite to get essential food. I had to go to other Zehrs locations to complete my order.

I picked up my groceries yesterday at Zehrs in Fergus that I had ordered online. It is a highly organized, efficient and friendly service. I am impressed. Thank you for helping your community.

Very clean and organized. Nice and quiet compared to Brampton stores.
Staff were very nice and happy to answer questions.

Good selection, but the prices are way too high so I refuse to shop there. The new Freshco on the other side of town is a way better and more affordable.

Waaaay Overpriced and No checkouts. Self serve's dont take cash so had to line up at one of the 3 checkouts that were actually open. Thanks Zehrs for actually opening 3 checkouts for us!

Huge store with a large variety of goods. A little pricey overall but some great sales on meat and seafood. Produce is very fresh, even in winter.

Waited over 20 minutes for store staff to simply get a cake out of the display for my daughter's birthday and staff was no where to be found. Even had a cashier page the department to no effect.
Ended up leaving it to get a cake somewhere else.

Something this simple shouldn't have been such an annoyance.

This store is always clean, stocked and checkout is usually quick. It's Zehrs so expect to pay more, but if your looking for a tasty cheap dinner go to their hot table. They have great chicken tenders and fries and it's only 5$.

Great customer service, always someone available with the knowledge to attend to any issue slowing down the lines or otherwise.

Lovely layout and the freshest produce but the prices are becoming increasingly expensive and will soon be out of reach for the average family.

Just went in craving a yogurt parfait and was so sad to see none there but Steven was the sweetest person ever and stopped what he was doing to make me one. He made my entire day. Sounds silly and simple but truly, just made me so happy. Thanks Steven!

Staff seem on edge. Sure they may have a reason, but when paying for everything including bags I am sure they can appreciate having a job.

This store is an excellent place to shop, it has a large selection of merchandise and the staff are always professional and friendly.

Their stuff are unnecessary too expensive, same product you get else where at a low price, Theirs will be way more.they are not consedrate. I sometimes go there when l don't have a choice.

The bakery department is understaffed. The ladt 4 times I went in for bagels the shelf was empty. There were many boxes in the back. Can not sell from there. Very frustating. It seems thete is always a lot of stock waiting to go out.

Their meat, seafood, and produce sections are usually very good for selection. Meats often come on sale but can otherwise be pricey. The produce can be very expensive depending on time of year and what you are getting. The PC Optimum app helps sometimes for sales and if you are flexible with your meals, this grocery store is great. Their florist is awesome too! The best thing about this store is that you can pretty much find anything you are looking for.

The store was clean, the selection was good. However, the red headed teenage girl that checked me out was so hideously miserable that she ruined the experience. Management should monitor how their staff treats customers.

It's your every day average Zehrs grocery store however I do have one big beef with this particular location. A lot of the cashiers "expect" you to help them out and pack your own groceries. I'm sorry but I didn't realize I had just time warped and ended up at No Frills where I expect to pack my own groceries. I don't get paid to do your job cashiers so just do your job.

Prices on the shelves do not accurately reflect the true price. Some prices in flyers do not match all of the items in the store. Not enough checkouts open during the week. Unacceptable long lines, sometimes only 3 checkouts open with no interest in opening more. Self checkouts very confusing. Very tricky specials. EG, several types of soup all priced as 2 for $1.25, less than 2, $1.49 each. If you buy 4 different types it should total $5.00 but because they are different, EACH can is considered an individual item and is charged at the higher price which is now $5.96. Very sneaky pricing. All the soup is the same pricing so why are they separated at checkout?
