Hello there.

First of all I'd like to emphasize, and make it clear, that future conflicts with Caledonia and Six Nations is something I'd like to avoid. It isn't a good look for either parties.

With that being said

If the employees of Zehres could keep the snark comments about Natives using their Status cards for tax exemption to themselves, or at least out of earshot of the Natives coming through the store, it would go a long way in avoiding said conflicts down the line.

Please do not mistake the civil mask we put on in public as being incapable of being savages. I really don't want to see chains out on the doors of Zehres over a couple bucks in taxes.

A wide & select full range of flowers for that special person for Easter. Very friendly & pleasant cashier.

Pretty easy to navigate, doesn't feel squishy or confusing like some grocery stores are

Always clean and well stocked. Usually plenty of tills open and a short wait. Excellent produce, very tasty.

Usually Zehrs is a good stop. This time NOT! Possibly not their fault but we bought some Roxy clementines. The first few were good but soon after a number were past their prime. Some were rotting! Ended up throwing about a quarter of the box in the garbage. Little disappointed. Would have taken them back but the store is 20 minutes away. Guess you have to check everything out closely. At current prices. It makes you angry!

A huge variety and great selection, as it was my first time shopping at this location it was abit confusing at first and abit crowded around the aisle but overall really good place to shop for grocieres in the Caledonia area

This is a great store. Great sales. Products are always fresh and in stock. The only issue I have is the customer service. The employees are absolutely miserable and very rude! It makes the shopping experience very negative. After several bad experiences with employees, I only go there when absolutely necessary.

Awesome selection and very comfortable environment. Larhe isles, well lit, multiple sections, butcger shop, bakery.beer and wine.

Great place. You choose food, give them money, and then leave. Works every time. They have a decent selection and the store is fairly clean. It's definitely the best option in the city if you're okay spending a bit more.

Went to garden centre but the girl at cashier was too busy with other employeesto help us. She talked to two other employees without even acknowledging us.

First visit to a Zehrs. The place was massive and so super clean. I was impressed by the selection and freshness of the produce and meats. They have a nice selection of flowers and the garden centre is fresh.

Other than asking why double price tags and no best before dates on some things are on a pack of ground beef I have to say I have no complaints other than wondering why meat is labels one price then a 2nd label when on sale and no best before dates put on thei own labels when their supplier put one on and then covered up. I just don't want food poisoning I guess

Great selection, fresh produce, very friendly staff (most of them), yet expensive but I guess that's the new normal.

Great selection of ready to take home meals. Store well stocked and clean. Janice the cashier was efficient and friendly. I will shop again when in town.

Literally has everything you need! Always clean and stocked. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Hours are fantastic! Just don't deal with Rosa in the bakery. She's extremely rude, disrespectful and supports discrimination. She yells at sick and healthy people for no reason. She should be fired for her actions.

Reserves here has an ATM machine, sells alcohol, has a coin Transfer Machine, and sells clothes. This is an excellent store for groceries I usually find the Health products are quite good and I also find that the beef prices are excellent here most of the time I come shopping. The store is definitely clean and they are following covid guidelines. I always find the staff here are very friendly and very helpful which makes it a better shopping experience.

Nice big and clean store. They have flashfood so it's also a great place to get deals on stuff!

Absolutely beautiful clean store not as high priced as I originally thought pleasantly surprised as long as you know your prices good to go!

Loved this store. This store is impressively clean, well organized and and fully stocked. The bakery section is excellent with a large variety of instore baked goodies that will satisfy all.
The is a fantastic store with a great staff.

Has the best selection of food, pharmacy, make up, etc.and love the fact that there is the Joe Fresh clothing section. There's hardly ever a wait at checkout. Self checkout is spacious. I see the employees keep up with cleaning and sanitizing of the self check out stations which is reassuring during COVID.

I think the prices are definitely fair considering the quality of the store and the overhead costs they probably have. They also have beautiful flowers and a really awesome garden centre with really good prices. The bakery is very good - really beautiful cakes. It's like a one stop shop and its a place that has always come in handy because it has everything. It never feels over crowded either. Employees are always polite and helpful. Whoever is running things should keep up the good work! Zehrs is a significant part of Caledonia. Food basics is decent but not near the selection that Zehrs has.

Great curbside pick up service. Orders filled perfectly with fresh produce selections. Very friendly helpful staff.

Big parking lot. The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask all the time.

For the most part, I really like Zehrs. There are hit and miss days there though. Sometimes the produce is great others not so much. Yes its generally more expensive than the discount stores, but if you watch your prices, you see they rotate and have great deals, so that's when i stock up. Zehrs is not a discount store and they offer more than just the basics.
My main wish would be to see a more consistent organization of where your vegan products are located. Its inconsistent. I shop for the whole family not just for myself, but it would certainly make things easier if all the plant based / vegan items were in one area. And to be honest, the selection of such items are lacking. Food basics offers a better variety in cheeses, sausages, meat alternatives and is the main reason i take my shopping there for those things.
I continue to support Zehrs and they do wonderful things to support our community.

I went for the special, free from antibiotic chicken, they didn't have once again, but the staff enlightened me! They are definitely following! The FAKE PLANDEMIC BS. Then I go to self check out, I bought a couple of drinks, they had too watch me just too make sure I was not stealing. Wow! So disappointed.

I only shop here for specials, not where I would do my regular shopping. Too expensive if what you normally would buy is not on sale.

I just moved into town and I'm very happy with this location. I constantly see employees cleaning often-touched areas, I have no fear walking through this store. 2 thumbs up, thank you.

Store is a little pricey but the quality of meat, vegetables and variety of food is worth it. I find all staff extremely friendly and helpful here and have never had a problem. The bakery and butcher area is top notch! They have handled covid very gracefully.

Stop here occasionally when they have some good deals on and then of course you always pick up a lot more than what you had planned

Always have good plant options, prices are high but they typically have a few things on sale. They offer a limited selection of hot meals as well.

Good staff on.some produce is overpriced and not as fresh as it could be good butcher and seafood. But. I really missed the donuts and pastries.they were the best around

I shop at Zehrs Caledonia everyday.today I had the worst customer service experience ever.jessie was my cashier.not once did she acknowledge me she was too busy talking to a coworker, I was appalled.not one word was spoken to me. I said hello. I said I have water I wasn't asked for points card and I said thank you at end of transaction.not once did she acknowledge me. Horrible

Like any other Zehrs. Very clean and even had a hand washing station at the entrance. Had only ground chicken in stock. Was disappointed. But otherwise had everything I needed.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Good selection of gluten free and other specialty products. Oftentimes overpriced, but that's Zehrs.

Decent selection of goods. Fresh produce and a deli. Have seen cashiers be rude on several occasions. One of the more expensive choices in grocery stores

Fresh fruit and veggies. Lots of variety. Great organic and natural food selections. Had everything on my list.

I am so happy there is another place to go now. I've often found things like moldy fruit put out with the fresh on top and dead lobsters in the tank with the live ones feeding off of them as well as things like the bulk food area being very dirty and un-managed [which causes a lot of hold up at the check out] and how half of the checkouts seem held together by a prayer.

Over priced and short expiry dates. Don't like being forced to buy two items to get the sale price so I don't even buy one. No point in buying two loaves of bread that expire in 3 days

It was super busy, but I got a Turkey for Christmas dinner when all the other stores in the area were sold out, I always like shopping at zehrs they always have great sales

Customer service does not open until 10 am on the weekdays! No longer a " one stop shop" in town, which is why I had continued to shop there. Food Basics has customer service whenever their store is open, making it the better choice.

Great place to grocery shop their produce is always fresh & the variety of grocery items and brands is very good.

If I'm headed to the cottage and I want section (compared to living in a bigger city) this is the spot to go. The staff though tend to hide from customers.

I've wanted to go here for months. Got some stuff 50% off and that will be the last for 3 years. Employee at self check out was very rude indicated that we wanted cash back and rudely said there's 5 cashier's open. No one wants to see a nose ring in the cashier's nose. This place was so rude.

Had what I needed! But 1 thing.they need a marquee board @entrance.so u won't waste time looking.put in product. & it will tell u t/aisle its stocked! I don't look up @ boards.neck prob's!

Good selection, a bit of everything, even clothing and pharmacy. Prices are a bit steep. Also have a deli, seafood/fish spot, butcher, and bakery too.

Great service. I was unable to locate a dairy items, and when I approached the gentleman who worked there, he was super polite and offered to take me right to the product, but I had insisted the isle would be okay, as he was going the opposite direction. I later seen him in the store and he followed up to ensure I located the product I was looking for. Very impressed.

Very annoyed when there was nothing available in the hot prepared food. No sign and one poor soul having to explain.

We don't have Zehrs in Hamilton this is a great grocery store. Unfortunately It poured rain so I didn't say long.

Horrible. They never keep up with their grocery items. I can't tell you how many times we've gone there to get the 12 pack of PC diet lemonade soda.

Obviously it's popular, and they sell a lot of it. Yet it's rarely there. They always have a different excuse as to why it's not in stock. This is a non issue with any of the other grocery stores that carry PC products. They're mostly always well stocked. So we drive out to Simcoe to get this item. Very annoying. Big thumbs down Zehrs. Get on top of your grocery supply!

Deliveries go to the rear of the store. Tight place access receiving and garden center deliveries by the south street.

Great store! I shop the sales! I wait till this time of the year (easter) cause the beef tenderloin goes on sale! Then i stalk up for the year with my optimum points! Get like 3 hundred bucks of meat for free! Regular price well over 600

Great place for grocery shopping and it is also convenient that they have a joe fresh there too so it is a nice place for overall shopping needs in a nice neighbourhood.
