Trash store! Over priced items and you have to buy 2 or 4 of anything to get a deal. Can't just buy one item anymore because they order so much extra and want sell more. CEO making billions and we suffer with the bill. And make staff park in the back make more parking available. The gymmalso park back there somehow might help with parking problem. And another thing store nice size but to much walking for elderly person. If they forget something it's long walk. At least getting your exercise but it rough for someone with a disability. Great take out food. Helpful staff. But only disposible forks were birch wood and extra cost. I bought them as we were at the hospital visiting. But i have a birch tree allergy.

The best Zehrs store anywhere. The staff are exceptional, extremely friendly, and are led by a great management team.

This Zehrs location was very clean and maintained. It's also well stocked.

The old woman running the self-checkout area had the nerve to make several passive aggressive gestures toward me as I purchased my groceries.

Had a great experience with Christine at the florists counter who went above and beyond the norm to put together our bouquet. Thank you so much Christine!

Both the employees and the shoppers were really rude. The availability of produce was limited, poor quality and expensive. The layout of the store was not conducive to easy shopping. The signage was poor for their new covid rules, so it was not clear what they wanted for entrances and apparently waiting about 50 feet away from the starting area of the checkout lines and the staff were very rude when enforcing it. The really strange thing was how rude even the other shoppers were. Will not return to this store.

The guy directing people to a cashier should pay more attention to his attire and tie his shoelaces. Poor representation of Zehr's.

Every time we've ordered groceries for pick-up there has been some awful surprise — rotting produce, stale bread, near-expired jars. I'm paying 1.5x the price of Food Basics plus a convenience fee so they can unload their food waste on me. At least the staff (that aren't picking my groceries) are always friendly though.

I know that its a large store which makes it difficult to enforce COVID protocols, however some of the breaches by customers and staff have been blatant - cashiers excluded.

Check your receipt. Each and every week they over charge, or double scan…. Shameful customer service. Emailed many times there HQ to be brushed off, the new tactic seems to be to close the customer service desk. Each and every week we stand in-line for a refund or price correction.

Great deals! Great quality products! Staff are allways friendly and overall it's pleasant to shop at this location! Bakery and deli are 5star! Store cooked food is 5star!

I’ve used PC curbside pick up in a couple different regions (for parents, grandparents etc), and by far, this Zehrs location has been the best! In my 50+ orders, only twice would I say I waited unreasonably long (20+ min) for my order to come out. And in the staff’s defence, it was a weekend ‘rush hour’ and every pick up spot was full.

The staff has also called me to ask whether a replacement for an out of stock product was ok, which I appreciated more than them just not giving me an item I had requested.

For best service, try to pick up in non-peak hours!

During COVID it appears not all staff trained to understand changes and importance of distance to protect themselves or consumers on the floor. They also don't understand to support compliance when consumers don't.
If I request a consumer to not stand 2 inches next to me it's harassing while waiting for check out. Good reason the floor is marked.
I avoid this Eramosa location unless family needs pharmacy. I shouldn't have shopped there.

Went to zehrs eramosa and the cashier forgot to give my daughter her change back. It was only $3 but when we asked her she said there was no way to prove it. She seemed distracted since it was her break time. We left not very happy

Clean, bright and well stocked shelves (minus the good sales days cause they shelves may be empty). Love the PC products from Black Label to Blue Menu. Best selection for Joe Fresh. Kind and informative staff. Wish (just at this time) there was more canvas bags available. In the future may be introducing brown paper recyclable/compostable bags.

For billing we have to wait more than 30 minutes. Staffs are spending time for talking each other. No responsibility

Its a feed supplier for the masses. Staff are becoming poorer and poorer. I dont blame them. That sort of problem is from the top down. The queues are getting longer.
I think this company just has too many MBAs.

Still a decent grocery brand to shop at. I hope they turn things around.

Staff are usually friendly (except one time I was in the express lane with more than nine items during a really quiet time in the store and was told off by the check-out employee, but okay, fair), the store is clean, and there is a nice selection of items.

It is not acceptable for employees to wear a face shield with no mask. Also I see no one counting customers entering the store and there are a lot of people in that store. Social distancing is impossible.

Living in East End Guelph means a short commute to this location. We find the produce is always fresh, the store clean, and the cashiers friendly. The issue is usually the parking, just not enough of it. If they ever plan to expand, that will be problematic.

Two days before Christmas. They were super organized with where they had us line up. Not a long wait at all. Very impressed!

I always try to go when it's not busy. It's a culturally diverse, economically safe place to shop, with excellent products and we'll staffed and maintained space. Always fresh produce, great breads, never had bad meat, smiles all over.

My family and I love their eclairs! ️ This Zehrs carries the powdered and white icing ones! They are the best of Zehrs' eclairs and the best items in their bakery. My Zehrs doesn't carry eclairs. Whenever I am in the area, I definitely pick these yummy treats up. I am not a white icing fan, but they get it just right on these! Buy these at lunch time when they are fresh and crispy, but save some for me! They aren't nearly as good by dinner time.

I didn't get an individual picture of the white icing and powdered ones because they were devoured by my family.

Awesome location! Clean and well stocked. Flower shop is fantastic! So helpful and wonderful product!

It's Zehrs. You buy food here. Typical grocery store experience. Selection is as expected. I find the cashiers here are particularly nice and would recommend this location over others because of it.

Since covid sale items and dairy are never in store, Always have to drive to other zehrs.
Cashier was very angry with me after standing in line that only takes card and other eemployee didn't send me to cash lane when I had no idea the one he sent me to was not a cash lane. I tried to explain to her he did not ask what I was paying with but just kept verbally attacking me for being in wrong lane.

Also the sushi here is always washed lately yet the other zehrs are not and are fresher.

Just as expensive as the health stores the big line up is terrible there waiting on a register.
Please expsand your home deliver to more places.

This is the Zehrs closest to my house and when I come here meat, produce and large eggs are out of stock. Paisley location or Longos have better stock and are worth the drive

The majority of the cashiers can't sell you alcohol so we all wait longer and spend more time in this location

Can never find a basket for my trips, I always have to use a buggy for 15 or less items

Sanitizers at the front are always out and the hand washing station never has paper towels

Overheard a manager telling the high school student letting people in/out of the store that sitting wasn't allowed and then took away the chair?

Needs COLD beer.
Update: lost a star as seafood service needs improvement. Bad days happen, but if one is paying 30 dollars for a piece of fish it should be wrapped with respect for the ingredient and for the customer. If I don't give attitude I don't expect to get it.
Otherwise a great store with great staff.

Waited for over 20 minutes in line to get in, lots of people left the store and line did not move but multiple people walked right pass the line and the security guard did not do a thing. Multiple elderly people were in line and should have been allowed in before us or the others who just bypassed the line. Will not be coming back to this location

This location is decent. There are many occasions that I have gone to this store and some produce items are out of stock in the evening. The produce is not as good as the Paisley location. I have also learned that some items I want to buy are not sold at this location.

A lot of customers waiting in a long line for checkout today agree that All Cashiers should be open during peak time because the Social Distance for the waitingline is same as between cashiers. So it's a win-win between the store and customers in both saving time for customers and increasing profits for storea.

They offered various goods in exchange for currency. The exchange rate was pleasant. The goods were laid out in rows, arranged on shelves with similar items located together, facilitating the task of easily locating desired items.

Saturday April 12th 2020, they claimed to be open until 10PM because of the long weekend yet I show up at 9: 25PM and the security guard is turning people away claiming it's already closed, this really really sucks, as if the situation wasn't already bad enough already

They have a great butcher shop. Some of my favorite sausage. Clean and organized, but the parking lot can be busy with the Goodlife next door.

I hope they get some shelves stocked up this week. Went at 7pm, was lucky to get johnsonville sausage and milk.i love zehers but if website says they have a selection of meats.walked 1km to get there and shelves were bare huge dissapointment

This place just gets worse. No cartons of large or extra large eggs except the smashed ones all over the shelves. Last month they didn’t have 2% bagged milk. No one around to help. Your better off going to Food Basics than this store.

This grocery store is really good, but sometimes they don't have what I'm looking for. They also have colouring sheets for kids, but the staff actually don't offer it to kids, which makes no sense at all.
