Nice store. Has everything you need. Pharmacy, bakery, deli and clothing. Has a self checkout. Washrooms were dirty. Not cleaned on a regular basis.

It’s fine, but as with all Zehrs they’ve recently instituted anti-theft barriers and policies that are customer-hostile. The automated tills are excessively fussy about things as well.

Staff not very friendly in the fresh departments, cold deli had very little meat on display, not much to choose from

I enjoy shoping in Zehrs. I shop mostly in Joe fresh for my 3 yr old daughter. But when they have good deals on food then I buy my groceries there

The chicken tenders were raw my 2 year old was eating one when I noticed it thankfully she didn't get sick

Great store with a wide array of products to choose from. Excellent staff and competition pricing! Next door to M&M meats and shoppers drug Mart.

Let's call this constructive criticism. Ready to eat fruits and salads. If I'm going to Pay 7.99 for a package of ready to eat fruit don't mix old fruit with fresh fruit. By the time you sell it the old fruit is rotting. You lost a customer today!

Here on holidays and don't normally shop at Zehrs. Obviously not Walmart prices but I had some great Striploin steaks that were very reasonably priced!

Impressed with the produce person. Told him the Fiddleheads, I was selecting needed more water. They were getting a little limp. Ones underneath were good. He acknowledged my comment and further along in my shopping, he came and found me. He informed me, he had put out fresh and that I could return and get them. Thats service.

I wish they had a better selection of products and their website was easier to navigate to order online. To find my son's yogurt drinks I had to try "yogurt drinks", yop, drinkable yogurt, and finally found it after a while of searching.

You have a great fresh selection here and your money's worth in their meat department! You will never regret changing to zehrs.

Every time I go here there's someone not wearing a mask, often more than one, really disappointed in the management for not dealing with that.
No other grocery store I've been to has had this be such a problem.

On a Saturday morning there is only one checkout open and no express lane.
Long line up! Be aware if you buy anything frozen! Huge pressure to work for free at self checkout.
The one cashier open was very friendly.

Correct sale prices are not in system when you get to self checkout.you ask for help and explain the price you seen on shelf to attendant and she just wouldn't listen or even check for you. So I wouldn't purchase product so it had to be removed from grocery list in system and again we needed help and the attendant was annoyed and no patience.in short just a all around bad attitude.

You can pick out joe fresh clothes bring them to the till and have to do curbside pickup right after to pay for them. This only adds another person to the equation to make getting covid more likely! So backwards smh

I went to grab some fresh donuts today and there was mold on the bottom of my donut. I threw the box out! I’m extremely disappointed that the bakery dept boxed expired donuts for customer consumption

Great selection of products and good quality, especially the fresh vegetables. My go to store in Woodstock, it's all here.

All the vegetables looked fresh, and very clean store. The cashier's are upbeat and polite. I was very impressed with the whole store!

Good store. Selection is good. Nice big parking lot. Friendly & efficient service. I like that they are not Covid tyrants as this location as I had to take my mask off for a minute to clean my glasses as I wasn't wearing my contact lenses that day. Kudos.

Zehrs used to be one of the few places to get certain things you’d otherwise have to drive out of the city for, but they’re slowly getting rid of these great brands and products to replace them with their own President’s Choice brand, which are usually inferior in comparison. We are no longer shopping here because of this.

Very unfriendly staff monitoring the entrance and exit. No signs stating what is the entrance and exit & an employee walked by me saying “didn’t know this was the new exit” tried to explain no signs and will gladly exit through correct exit when another employee just walked up to me pointing in the direction I had to walk without saying a word. Very rude. Very unfriendly. Will not be going to this zehrs again, very disappointed

Food is usually fresh, nice deli.and butcher counter. Somewhat costly in comparison to other groceries.

Probably has the best selection of products in town, but you pay for that benefit. Everything is slightly more expensive.

Clean and very nice store! Huge variety my issue is that the vegetarian section is disappointing compared to 4 yrs ago! Can’t find hickory smoked tofurkey and the presidents choice vegetarian “knock off chicken breast “ meat replacement that was in a box in the freezer section is also gone and has been for years: (. This store is also very expensive compared to the other stores! But I do like the store!

Insiders tip - free bolognia samples from the deli counter, free bananas from the produce section and free cookies from the bakery = kids not complaining while I'm trying to make dinner!

Always good but the PC financial services people should not chase someone down when they say no thanks!

Produce is a hit or miss but still better when compared to other grocery stores in the area. Always have been a fan of PC products.

Zehr's is a very clean and welcoming store. Always lots of variety in all departments. Specials and clearance items are always a plus!

I picked up two shrimp rings that staff handed me and they told me they were the ones on sale 2/$22.00 when I got home I checked my receipt and shocked. They charged me $16.99 each! That's $34.00 not $22.00!

This grocery store is always clean and has lots of fresh selection. I'm giving four stars because I find the prices higher than other grocery stores.

Not overly busy, has everything I require, and reasonably priced. Did I mention not overly busy? It's nice to be able to shop and not have to dodge a million other people. I shouldn't be sharing this secret.

Zehrs is perfect! I love that they are open at 7am, I go there many mornings after the gym to pick up random things that we may run out of and need for our morning rush with the kids

I had a McDonald's coffee with me. Picked up a great big donut warned it in the microwave There's tables and chairs. Better than Tim Hortons. All this while my wife is getting the groceries.

Honest thoughts of Zehrs of Woodstock:
-The store appears to be clean with a large selection of stock, to some they consider the store to be “luxury” as the prices can be high but the products are almost always good quality. Typically has lots of sales and 50% off products.
-I’ve noticed is almost all Front End staff (cashiers) are extremely rude to the customers, they clearly do not care about their number one priority, the customer service component.
-The Hot Deli has very long waits around lunch and especially dinner time, many times they don’t have a full counter to grab from. Food stops being served around 7 or 8pm.
-The Cold Deli has a large variety but the prices can be steep. Staff back there are great unless you’re being served by the older lady staff, they’re rude and ignore you. I’ve seen the young boy back there on his phone and VAPING, don’t know how he’s still working there. Usually appears to only have 1 person working at night so there sometimes is a wait. They stop serving at around 8: 50pm.
-Meat Dept, usually a big selection in the bunkers. Very hard to track down an employee to serve me at the counter even with the bells they have to ding for service.
-Bakery, lots of variety in freshly baked goods and cakes. Young blonde boy (maybe girl?) I met in the afternoon trying to order a cake was extremely rude, definitely does not care about anything involving his job.
-Joe Fresh, Nice clothing selection but the manager Kathy is a real B*tch. Extremely rude to customers and employees. Barb is the lady you want to deal with in that department, super sweet. I’ve had multiple problems tracking someone down to open a fitting room for me. Usually clothes on floor when you step into the fitting room. Clothing also can run small.
-Self Checkouts are DEBIT CREDIT ONLY, not really convenient when I have 1-2 items and would prefer to pay cash but with them only having 3 tills open and ridiculously long lines I’m forced to either wait forever or use debit for under $10.

Overall my experience here has not been top notch. The management seems unapproachable. Hopefully the store manager is aware of my review and will make note of the disrespectful Front End staff (considering you mainly need to deal with them for buying everything) and takes all this to consideration.

Friendly staff with good knowledge of the store. They make all ages feel comfortable with the shopping experience.

Not a good customer service experience at all! This place has the worst pharmacist ever. The new young girl has no idea what she is talking about and telling her customers in an extremely bad attitude the WRONG information, that is when she decides to serve her customers. Stand there as long as you wan't if she's "busy" she won't help you until you say "hello! "

Great store, has a variety of foods but it's more expensive than the rest of the grocery stores in the area.

Good variety and decent prices. Service at the deli and fish counters can be hard to flag down. My goto store for one stop shopping.

I had a horrible experience dealing with Kathy the supervisor.long story short i found a plant that had a sale sticker on it for 50% off with excitement i quickly ran it inside to claim the item. I called Kathy over to help me out and she promptly did so by asking me to wait at the till while she got the original price tag, after standing there for 5 minutes waiting she came back telling me this bogus story about how people have been putting stickers on the plants and getting them at a lower cost insinuating that i had put the tag on the plant. I told her that she has to give me the plant at the sale price as per section 74.05 of The Competition Act.she looked at me and ripped the sticker off saying "no i don't" she then grabbed the plant and proceeded to carry it back outside.i asked for her name and assured her i would be writing a review, she then shouted across the parking lot that she did her job.

I hundreds of dollars every week at this location and now i'm starting to think that i shouldn't continue this trend.

Great grocery store with good discounts, and a wide variety of products (from original corn tortillas to gluten free and dairy free products)!

Good selection in garden centre, excellent service, helped carry heavy soil bags to my car, good job!

Overall this is a good store but I'm very fed up with buying their fresh made Caesar salads and having to pick out the brown lettuce on the day we buy it. They are clearly using up older lettuce as it's every time. When I buy from Costco it's perfect every time.

I am beyond impressed for the service I received today at Zehrs. I've always had a pleasant shopping experience here finding good quality food and good sales, but today when my two week old started crying an employee politely offered a private space to feed her! I normally have to sit in my car with a blanket over me! Thank you to the staff who offered the space to feed my baby, it saved me from cutting my shopping short!
