Waited a hot deli for a staff to be free. A young Manager asked me I was been helped as he walked by. I was but he was aware of his cutomers. Thank you
Most expensive store in town and they dont open enough checkout lanes, they make u wait or do self check. What garbage for whay i paym not to mentioj the security corrals that make you think they are treating you like a criminal.
Typical Zehrs store. The layout might be slightly different than the Zehrs you are familiar with, but for years, the staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Good place for groceries very clean. Only concern they do not match the price with other stores flyers. And there vegetables and dairy sections are expensive then other stores.
For the self checkouts, there needs to be a limit, I hate when I have 1or 2 items and someone who has a full cart and taking their time, annoying and, not fair to everyone else who only have a few items.
I have been a customer of this store since it first opened. I have always been impressed with the customer service. Throughout the pandemic the measures taken by this store are second to none. At the checkout the cashier ensures that the counters are wiped down between each customer. The self serve kiosks are also wiped between customers. I feel safe shopping here. Additionally, the staff is top notch. Always friendly and there to help. I would definitely recommend this store.
I love zehrs. Great specials amazing produce and prices are fair. Service is great. Thankful for the mobile shop and optical and the lovely fresh flowers. Co vid protocols are well provided.
Always our go-to for grocery pick ups. We've had no problems and everyone has been friendly and efficient. I know folks aren't stoked on long lines in store, but so it goes for in store shopping. We aren't doing in store now, but will be happy to when covid numbers are very low.
Cashiers give you attitude and tell you to help them bag your groceries. I go to Zehrs and not no frills or food basics and pay more for my groceries to get better service which includes having my groceries bagged.
Ppl not distancing. Ppl not wearing masks proper (under the nose). Ppl not following floor directional flow. Ppl have started to hoarding again, no TT, paper towels, lysol sheets, cleaners. Did have javex. I love this store. So bright and clean. Scott was out front directing folks to cash out. He's trying his best. He just can't fix stupid ppl.
Really only go there when they have something in particular on SALE, which isn't very often. I even see there own employees shopping elsewhere for better pricing and price matching to save money. Quit similar to others for not bagging our groceries. Seems like we typically have to do that service ourselves too. Old school customer service for bagging is disappearing. Too bad
This is nicest Zehrs in town to me. It is smaller than all the others, but well layed out, always clean, always has what is in the flyers and the staff is lovely. We have ordered special cakes for my office here and everyone has provided wonderful feed back.
Great store the produce is always good and everything is organized. The only thing with this store is pay attention to sale items and promotions I have been charged regular price a number of times on many sale items.
This store has an excellent selection of vegan items. The unfortunate thing is the lack of management of staff. You can easily wait to check out for longer than it takes to shop. Staff are chatting each other up while tills are closed and lines running wild. Logos is more money with not as many options but they get you in and out fast and friendly
Called all 4 stores to see if they were open Family Day. All said hours were 7: 00 to 11: 00. Website said Family Day "MAY" affect hours. All said to stay on the line for a customer service agent. All went back to original message after a minute or so. Still don't know but assumed they were closed. Seems a small thing to leave a proper message or change website to reflect real service.
An impressive place. Shopping here has a lot of perks. They have great food too. However, the prices of certain items are a tinny-winny bit higher than the "competition".
Overall good. The staff are relatively pleasant and the store appears well kept. However, be diligent about checking expiry dates. They dont rotate/dispose of product regularly. Theve had expired baby food (expired nov 6) that was still there today dec 16.
I enjoy the fresh baked in store daily goods. Get there early and you can smell the baked goods fresh out from the ovens. Clean restrooms, power cart at front of store works well.
Do not do regular grocery shopping here because they are expensive. I do live close so I often pop in to pick up this or that. I go to the customer service department a lot to get lottery tickets. I find it most times extremely busy. Between customers buying tickets, smokes, newspaper and dealing with returns there is sometimes a long wait. Staff is friendly.
This place is great! There are often really good sales that you can get on food so it makes it easy to lower your food cost. The customer service is great; everyone is friendly and they always help you out if you have any questions.
Wanted to purchase an immersible blender which was on sale. At self serve check-out, the full price came up. After staff checked the sale price, I not only got the discounted price, but, an additional $10.00 off as well. What great customer service! Thanks for your help!
Picked up some Joe Fresh makeup. Love the price of eyeliner and lip liner. Great colour for me too. $15 for both. Slim pickings at two Zehrs locations, but lucked out on colour as I already have black eyeliner.
Great store, switched stores and never looked back. Staff are super friendly and helpful, great speciality product choices and great atmosphere for shopping. Would love to see them join the sensory free shopping movement.
