Terribly high prices and now the sale food has gone from 50% to 30% and is looking so rotten, I am so disgusted, for month the pizza doe has been so old and won’t rise, I told the staff and manager nothing was done about it, bakery told me I can refreeze
It, everyone knows I can’t refreeze thawed pizza doe, so they haven’t trained there staff well enough, as far as I comncerned they have way to much staff standing around talking, this was my go to store but I won’t be shopping here anymore,

Avoid the meat department at this store - rotten meat before the expiry date, sausages with considerable amounts of cartilage and inedible gristle. Not the first time this has happened either.

Zehrs is the perfect grocery spot for hungry students and families alike. Walking the isles on a Sunday afternoon to find good deals (especially 50% off) is a enjoyable pastime of mine.

You can find everything easy with affordable price. Staff are friendly and you can use many salf-check outs. I absolutely recommend this super market.

Terrible produce and in these times on no one has money to throw away…first a rotten papya and then two weeks later 3 pack cucumbers rotten now the large package of romian lettuce I payed $7.99 and was packaged a month ago, all rotten leaves, I used to love this store but not anymore

This is my go to supermarket because I find a consistent compromise between quality and fair prices.

They sell the fresh baked bread 4 days after baking. On the farm we would feed that to the pigs not sell it to our neighbors. Awful. Overpriced store.

Their PC express crew is the best! Super friendly and speedy! They always handle my order with care! Big thanks to Olivia for bringing me my order last week! Great job everyone!

A good Zehrs with a good selections of products. The staff at this location are also very friendly! I always have a pretty easy time locating my favourite items when I'm at this store, which I can't exactly say about one of the other Zehrs in Guelph, unfortunately.

I wish they could have more plant based deli
I went there for 2-3 fays straight but they kept the chicken ones in pc free from meat section. It confuses people whether it is meat free or not. After all they didn't have any meat free deli

Such a well - organized pharmacy! We were there tonight for my daughter’s COVID vaccine. Efficient and kind, kudos to Navkiran Malhi and the team. Bonus points - my daughter said the needle didn’t hurt at all! Thank you for taking such great care of our community.

They always have a good selection. Not the least expensive place to shop but good quality and selection!

It's a good feeling to be associated with a smart pharmacy as they realized very early in the administration of the booster vaccine that long line ups don't work, appointments do.

Great place to shopping. I do all my grocery shopping here. It's nice to have a grocery store where you can get bargain brands like no frills but also has a bakery, deli, butcher, hot food section, salad bar, sushi bar, and alcohol aisle. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and quick to get through lines. Produce is always fresh and many deals are available.

When you walk into this store, you are greeted with vaccine injection stalls right next to the produce section. There are literally biohazard needle bins right on the floor next to food. I have never seen anything like this, especially when everyone is trying to be safe. I'm surprised public health is ok with this?

Always quite happy with freshness and quality. Prices are a bit high but it is like that everywhere right now so fill your cart and hopefully your wallet is large enough to cover the damage! If you stop at the deli be sure to purchase the In-Store oven cooked deli meats. Heads above the packaged meats for taste and quality!

Always a great selection and the instacart service is amazing. From you PC select your products and it is sent to your home in as little as 2 hours. What a time saver and great to stay safe.so very convenient.

They shrunk the chicken tenders but kept the same price, and honestly I'm devasted and my day is ruined but I will still keep coming back and buying them because I'm addicted. Chicken tenders aside, service is great and prices are fine. I tend to shop here regularly as a result.

Now that more people are fully vaccinated, it may be time to go back to buying groceries the old fashioned way. Happily, there weren't too many people in the store.

I accidently left my wallet in a cart and some Honest person customer or employee turned it into customer service. Thank you!

We use PC Express and are very pleased with the service. It is courteous, prompt, accurate, and worth the extra few dollars, especially during Covid times.

I like Zehrs produce and meats. I personally find this to be the perfect size store. Good size parking area too. The reason for 4-stars is that I typically find Zehrs more expensive than places like basics, no frills, freshco and WalMart.

Great place to order groceries online, just pull into a spot and the load your truck for you. Covid.safw and speedy service!

Overall the store is alright. Quality of overall store has gone down for the last few years. Cold deli is a major let down compared to other Zehrs in Guelph. Often understaffed and missing numerous products.

Alright selection of product throughout the store and while larger then other stores in the area, majority of time has less selection when it comes to meat products. Clair road location takes the cake of that one.

Great service. Sometimes at night service is slow with students. But overall a great shopping centre.

Nice shopping experience with a strong variety of foods. Prices are a little more expensive then some competitors. It also has a decent alcohol selection offering a good variety of wine, beers, and ciders.

Not happy. I put my cart where its supposed to go so it can be sanitized. I watched the employee take the carts and put them with the supposedly sanitized carts. I went back and said.arent u supposed to sanitize those. He said.oh yah.ill do it now and proceeded to remove the three carts from the sanitized ones. As a senior, i depend on the employees sanitizing the carts as we all do. Clearly they arent being done. Be very cautious people

Fresh seafood and meats! Hoenstlt the freshest ive ever seen in a grocery store produce looks clean and well stocked. Lovely store and employees

They have a larger selection of products than some other grocery stores but prices are definitely higher. I went here in the last week and bought a salad with my girlfriend. The salad dressing she grabbed had expired in JULY (6 months ago.nasty).

Prices are outrageous. The store is well kept, clean and organized but my god there is never a deal on meat. I wish there was but nope, expensive chicken. Always.

Excellent service and not overbearing with the virus restrictions. Was not able to find dish wand and replacements though.

My 5 Stars go out to the team of young people working outside the store. On multiple occasions I have witnessed their attention to the shoppers who are struggling to get to or from their car due to mobility challenges. They have helped people with their carts, their groceries, their walkers or motorized carts. Very impressed!

I went to Kortright Zehrs around 12: 15pm on October 17th. My cashier was not wearing a mask. What’s the point of all the sanitizing, the distancing, the masks the customers must wear in order to enter, if they then have to stand a foot away from a cashier who is not wearing a mask, separated by nothing but a plexiglass panel that has a big hole in it for the debit machine? Guess what, I had to go around that panel to take my groceries, at which point I was one foot away from the cashier, with nothing between us, AND SHE ISN’T WEARING A MASK. Unbelievable. And gross.

With covid a bit of a hassle and a line up to get into the store on occasion. The Produce and selection more than make up for it.

This Zehrs is great. It's always clean and the staff are really friendly. Also, you can buy beer and wine till 10pm, 7 days a week.

This is for the Kortright Zehrs. No Sanitation. None are the Self Checkouts are sanitized between customers. Those shields on the POS units only protect the units from dust and grime. They still need to be cleaned.

Non of the carts are sanitized either, that I saw.

Love this place! An employee introduced me to lactose free icecream, a game changer for my lactose intolerant self. Always have good sale cakes and friendly attitudes

Floor signs clearly marked on floor so you know the path you are supposed to take, someone at the checkouts waiting area directing you to the next available cashier. Well organized and masks are worn by everyone. Thumbs up

What you'd expect from a Zehrs, lots of variety, some good deals, but produce leaves something to be desired.

The staff are great, helpful (even when they're on their break or day off), and the staff follows the rules they expect of their customers. The story is often clean, and overall, the customer service is great!

More expensive than most other stores but their variety and spaciousness makes up for it. Just wish they carried the same products as no frills does, even if they're a little more expensive.

Pretty decent store, though it seems to be the smallest one in Guelph (which means less variety of things and services).

Love this supermarket which is clean, is brightly lit, has a variety of foods and friendly staff. I especially love the wide selections of foods in the Natural Health food aisles. I highly recommend this store!

Of the 3 Zehrs locations I shop at regularly in Guelph, the Kortright store seems to be an unfortunate last place finisher. I have three main issues with this particular store which I have not experienced at other locations.

The fresh bread section that I presume is supposed to be stocked with baguettes, olive bread and other similar baked goods, like other Zehrs locations, tends to be disappointingly empty every time I pass by. When I say empty, I mean that it looks like the employee responsible for stocking this aisle has taken a spontaneous vacation, indefinitely.

The beer aisle is pitifully stocked and isn't worth the electricity being wasted by multiple large refrigerators. Why dedicate a large retail space to one particular product if it is consistently sparsely filled? Not only are there very few beer options to choose from to begin with, the particular brands that are carried are mostly out of stock anyway! I find it hard to believe that a shopper is hard pressed even to find a mainstream, commonplace domestic beer.

The produce department could fill an entirely negative review of its own. I often can't find a single fruit worth purchasing, even at full price. When the store starts to discount the fruit because of its decreasing freshness it is past the point of being sellable and I can't imagine much of this rotting, unrecognizable fruit is actually purchased.
