We recently bought our first home from Zeina Homes, and if we were to buy a second home, it would have to be with Zeina Homes again, no doubt.
When we moved into our new house, we didn't put any furniture in right away so we could fully admire the beautiful workmanship. From the design and layout of the house to the craftsmanship that went into the smallest details, it was remarkable - a true work of art.
The process of buying a house can be daunting, especially for first-time buyers, but Zeina Homes made us feel like part of the family. Not only did they make us feel supported, but they actually had our back. As a first-time homebuyer, I needed a lot of guidance, and I can't thank Dennis and Mr. Ali enough for providing it in such a kind and understanding way. The process was smooth and easy thanks to them.

The owner seems to talk out of both sides of his mouth promising you all the bells and whistles in order to get your deposit and lock you in for the deal. He claims he will pay for all your closing cost, additional down payment in order to close to avoid CMHC. When its a few weeks before closing he changes the amount that he had originally promised therefore forcing you to default on the contract. Buyers beware! He is scamming people. Do not buy from this builder!

My Lawyer told me that Ali and the entire Zeina Homes Clan is under investigation for fraud and misrepresentation. They coerce you unknowingly to sign over your hst rebate refund for first time buyers. This builder has no scruples or ethics, he truly is a demon.

BEWARE! I wish someone warned me about Zeina Homes, they prey on first home buyers. Things are already stressful enough without being lied to, cheated, and ignored.

The principals behind Zeina Homes Builder are a rare breed.they manage to combine impeccable craftsmanship with integrity and a high level of customer service. As a contractor professional, I deal with many builders, so I can say without hesitation that Mr. Ali and Zeina homes are a cut above the rest and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality-built home that the builders stand behind 100%.

This is one home owners experience with Zeina homes, which is a long time coming. I am not affiliated with the builder in anyway, nor am I a family member, like some of the positive reviews I have read. All information has been well documented with photos where necessary, and Zeina, Tarion, and in most cases both have been informed about these items. It won’t be anything they haven’t seen before.
We have been living in a Zeina built house for just over 2 years now. There have been many problems throughout the entire process, and still continues to this day. Had to have a conciliation after the 30 day list, mostly because repairs were not properly taken care of professionally, and some not at all. Builder offers us $500 in lieu of repairs and I said no. Ended up having to repair 3 out of the 6 items and paid us $600 for the remaining ones. We won that conciliation, but still no record of it on the Tarion builders website. Had to have another conciliation after the year end, where approximately 56 items were deemed to be warranted by Tarion, and the builder was reluctant to repair. Of these items, the main issues were the main floor flooring, with either loose tiles, lippage or grout issues, bulkheads not square, wall termination at ceiling not square, slightly angled upper staircase, countertop seams in kitchen splitting, wood trim issues on both levels of house, staircase landing between main and upper floor with either the subfloor being loose, and still not level, just to name a few. In addition to these, we have had a gas leak at the tankless water heater that went undetected, air leaks in the basement ducts, and a water leak into the ceiling in garage from unsealed flashing above. Zeina offered a payout of $17,500 in lieu of all repair work on the year end form. I said no, as the contractors I had come in to view the repairs, some didn’t want to even get involved, so no one I could find would even do the work. On the advice of the home warranty corporation, I asked for approximately 25% more at $22,245, and they accepted. This amount did not include the issues with the main floor tile. In this instance, approximately 300 sft of tiled area had to be removed and replaced with a different product, as well as 22 tiles replaced in the kitchen, mud room, foyer areas. The tile that the builder proposed was not accepted by a flooring expert as a match, thus these tiles had to be removed. These specific tiles were then able to be reused for the other areas, as they came up rather easily. Once again, no record of this conciliation even taking place on the Tarion website. If I knew prior to signing the contract, what I know now and through the building process, I would have never went with this builder. On paper, the builder pretty much has a clean slate, but with what we have gone though, I find it tremendously hard to believe that we are the only house with issues. There is no record of us having a conciliation whatsoever, either time, which is surprising for the many issues we had and still have. Some of the repairs that were completed, end up being not much better than they were before the repair. I took this into consideration for the actual payout, for the year end.
Still waiting on items from the second year form, as well as work that had to be completed to the water valve in the driveway, in which the last response I received was “will return to repair it at some points”. Great.
The best thing Zeina has done is they provided us with the list of all the subcontractors they used, so I know which companies to never use nor recommend to anyone. Their reputation as a premier custom builder has failed miserably with this specific project.
So, as all experiences are different, this one can inevitably be downgraded to being not quite favourable. Frustrating and very stressful at times. I am hoping the last remaining items are dealt with in a timely fashion, to hopefully and finally be Zeina-free.

We bought our first home from Zeina a year ago. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. We are very happy we used their service to build our first home. They are very customer oriented and can customize the house to our wants and needs.
Would definitely recommend this company for anyone who would like to build their dream home with quality and perfection! I was very pleased with the outstanding offer they brought me and my wife. We have visited numerous of real estate agents and nothing seemed right with them. This was our last option and Zeina builders really made us feel comfortable and at home.

We bought our first house from Zeina Homes Nashville Circle Lot#26 in 2019. I’m pleased with the Zeina Homes team and the builder Ali who made my dream home come to reality. His staff were kind and always went above and beyond my imagination by understanding our desires and articulating the precise steps needed to reveal our dream house during the whole process. The craftsmanship, structure quality, and the remarkable designs sold us. The exquisite taste was clear from their beautiful designs and built a comfortable home to my expectations. Also, I would like to share my worst experience with the previous two houses I’ve purchased from other builders who focused on quantity vs.quality. Hence, I’m grateful to Ali and his team for making it simple and comfortable for us with their outstanding service and kindness. They stood by my side every step of the way until we got the keys to our house. I recommend buying a beautiful quality house from this builder. I purchased my second house with Zeina builders and had no problems what so ever. From day one we knew this was the right company to build our dream home. They are very customer oriented and can customize the house to our wants and needs. Ali was very thorough and patient when taking us through the process of building a property. During subsequent walk through’s he was available when it was convenient for us. He offered his professional and honest advice which we appreciated. His ability to make the transaction as easy as possible while offering assurances during the offer process gave us peace of mind. He makes you feel like a friend who cares about doing what’s right for his client not just a real estate agent trying to make the sale. A great real estate agent. A great person. As soon as we met Ali he answered all our questions we decided to look no further. Ali was very approachable, knowledgeable, honest and gave us great guidance and advice. We were looking for a very specific custom built home. Never lost his patience or made us feel like we were a bother. He helped keep us on track through our search for our dream housee. The last thing I will say is that Ali has great communication skills and was always available at call, answer questions or share his advice. We would highly recommend Ali and will be definitely be using him to sell our home if ever so. I would also refer Ali to my friends and family to go through Zeina Builders for their next home.

We bought our first house from Zeina Homes in 2011.
We were as any other family in the beginning afraid of putting our life savings in such a big investment and not be happy with it. But Zeina homes made it so easy and comfortable for us with their outstanding service and kindness. We even bought another house now 8 years later that is being built right now!
