Today was my first dental visit since 2019, I hadn't gone since Covid lockdowns started.
I was nervous because it had been so long but everyone was so friendly at Zelsman Dental that I instantly felt better.
Covid protocols were very safe, I had no worries inside.
It is a very clean and new facility, and I can't stress how smoothly the process went.
Everyone is very professional and kept checking with me to make sure I was ok and not in any discomfort.

I've been a patient here since I was young. Have always received great care from all the staff here. From their receptionist Agnes to all their dental hygienists to 2 generations of Dr. Zelsmans! Recently went for dental cleaning and refills. Dr. D Zelsman texted a few days afterwards to see how my refills were. Highly recommend them!

It was the first time I visited a dentist since I moved to Toronto. I was having cold sensitivity when eating and it had become unbearable. Before going to Zelsman Dental, I had never really liked going to the dentist. My old dentist took hours and their work was not the best. I ended up going to Zelsman Dental to sort out why my teeth were so sensitive. I called in to make an appointment and the receptionist, Jordana, was incredibly friendly and took away all apprehension about going to the dentist during Covid. After my phone call with Zelsman Dental I could tell that this practice was a step above the rest. Leading up to my first appointment I received a text reminding me of it. This was really helpful because I am a forgetful person at times, so knowing that this reminder will be there gave me an extra sense of security. My first appointment was handled efficiently and thoroughly. The dental hygienist followed in Jordana’s standards and was just as friendly. The level of detail that Dr. Zelsman and his team went through was wonderful. After my first appointment. Dr. Zelsman told me that the reason why I had sensitive teeth was because a few of my old fillings had fallen out and that they needed to be replace. I was a little nervous, but I told Dr. Zelsman that I wasn’t sure about if the insurance was going to cover it. Being a student, I only had a limited coverage and I wasn’t sure how to handle my claim. Dr. Zelsman said not to worry and informed the receptionist. The receptionist, Jordana then informed me on how the claim was going to work and what to expect. I could tell that this practice truly cares about their clients. From there, Jordana and I were able to schedule my second appointment for the next week. During my second appointment, Dr. Zelsman was so efficient that he was able to complete all of my fillings in half the amount of time that it took my last dentist, and the fillings were of better quality. Dr. Zelsman took before and after photos to really show me the difference. I am so thankful for Dr. Zelsman giving me back my smile. I am extremely happy I found this practice and I look forward to our next appointment.

Dr. Zelsman is absolutely amazing. I came from Niagara region all the way up here. I was planning just do an exam. He knew I drove a long way, so he put me in emergency and fix the problem teeth.

I have been going to Dr. Zelsman' s since I was 12 years old. Now my entire family are patients as well. Dr. Zane was a gem but Dr. David and Jordana are very professional and are very warm and welcoming. The hygenists are gentle and patient. The office is very clean and always well kept and organized. I was lucky to be blessed with a great smile. Sadly I suffered trauma to my front teeth, I was so unhappy thought I could never smile again. A great smile is like an American Express, never leave home without it.

I've been going here for 30 years. I live 20 minutes away now and I'm still going there. So I guess you can say they are pretty good. Shoutout to Agnes and the drawer of toys they used to have a long long time ago (they might still have it but I don't get toys anymore)

I’m not a great dentist fan but I have to admit that this is one of the best dentist I have even been in and I have had 3 other dentist Betore this one. Nicole is an incredible and i mean INCREDIBLE hygienist. She listen and she is funny and very smart and her work is phenomenal she takes her Time and really cares how you feel

Part One:
David Zelsman is my new super dentist.
He is extremely skillful with his hands, enthusiastic and genuinely cares for his patients. He explains everything before he proceeds and answers any questions clearly in layman terms. You can tell that he loves his work. He personally calls you the next day after a complicated procedure, instead of having one of his staff do so.

He works in a beautiful new state of the art office, which is a paragon of cleanliness; moreover, his office is Covid-19 safe with plastic strips over the entrances. As soon as you arrive, your temperature is taken and you are provided with a mask, as well as being screened with a Covid-19 questionnaire.

The staff is young and.very friendly. I have a severe gagging problem. Notwithstanding, his staff worked with me to successfully take the necessary X-Rays.

Part Two
Today I went for my first scaling to Nicole Tomasov, dental hygienist and part of the competent staff of Zelsman Dentistry. I felt it incumbent on me to post this mini review.

Suffice it to say that in the past I was rather reluctant to have my teeth cleaned as it was always an unpleasant experience. Today I was pleasantly surprised. Nicole diligently worked on me for almost an hour, tackling a rather tenacious tartar build-up. She was both gentle and efficient. At the end she presented me with a blue designer shopping bag replete with various tools and devices. She painstakingly explained how to use each one. Thank you, Nicole, for helping me maintain a radiant smile and for your professionalism.

I whole heartedly recommend Dr. David Zelsman and his competent staff without any reservation.

I had the crown portion of my of my implant completed today. Dr. Zelsman outlined the process and procedure very clearly and it was completed very efficiently. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone requiring dental work.

A longstanding family-run dental practice that is warm and welcoming. Always do a thorough cleaning job and don't force unnecessary procedures on you, very trustworthy. Easy to book and change appointments by text. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Zelsman Dental for over 10 years and I have only positive things to say about this dental practice! Dr. Zelsman is professional, skilled, and takes the time to thoroughly explain any procedures that I have needed. He goes through the pros and cons of different options I could take, so that I feel confident to make informed decisions. He has always taken the time to answer any questions that I've had, and never made me feel rushed during a conversation. He did my first freezing last year. I was nervous and I didn't even feel it!

Another thing I really like about the new upgrades to Zelsman Dental is the technology that they have in each room. When I had a cavity last year, Dr. Zelsman took a picture of the cavity, and on the screen in the room he showed me where the cavity was, and why it was was important to fill it. This transparency reinforced my confidence in how honest Dr. Zelsman is as a dentist.

My family and I have been visiting Dr. Zelsman for over 20 years. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but extremely gentle. While big shoes to fill, his son is doing a phenomenal job and is equally as talented.

Looking at a past review, I had a completely different experience. They noticed right away that I began clenching my jaw through the night and suggested I get a mouth guard. This has completely changed my quality of sleep and prevented wear on my teeth.

Going to the dentist is never my favourite thing to do, but the entire staff of Zelsman Dentistry makes it a good experience all around. From Agnes as office manager who is highly efficient to the amazing hygienists, this dentistry is the best in town!
