Too bad!
Booked online a board room, two days before booking came to know that they are not reachable. Once I reached them they kept on sending me to previous owner/management. After a long email conversation I was told to stop the payment with bank.
This is really disappointing especially when you have to scramble for the new board room.
Guys be responsible a little bit.

Very poor customer service. Trying to make a cancellation. Trying to call, sent messages but heard nothing. Try again the next day spoken to three people, first person hang up on me, the second person transferred me and the third peron told me he was helping me by asking me to send an email. Therefore, I now have to pay a penalty for cancellation.

Zemlar offices have professional office spaces which is a huge help when meeting my clients. Very supportive to start up business like mine. Also, thanks to RJ for spending extra effort in helping me set up my private office.

This is an excellent location located right at 401 & Mississauga Road.
Very Quite and professional building with 24x7 access.
Private offices of varying sizes and shared co-working spaces are available at competitive prices.
The office space is very professional and the environment is quite nice.
The Admin / Receptionist at this location provides excellent service. She is very professional and is always available to resolve any problems that the tenants might occasionally encounter.
Overall I would strongly recommend Zemlar.

I went to 4299 Village Centre Court today and couldn't enter the building without having to pass through a man who was smoking within 1-2ft from the entrance door. When told that a sign that stated 'no smoking' at the entrance area was noted, he decided to yell at me and say that Zemlar management has revoked that rule. Turns out he works for 3D Baby ultrasound. How inconsiderate. And to think the people visiting the building would be expectant mothers to go to their unit.

Amazing place to work! Great co-working space with an excellent selection of private offices. The staff is also very responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend.

Absolutely atrocious service had mail sent to them over eight or nine weeks ago now still not a single word check in on a regular basis they keep giving you a run around because they just want to keep collecting payments every month and will hold your mail as long as they please shame on these people

A complete waste of money don’t bother using them as a virtual address they’ll keep your mail and keep charging you monthly service fees for zero service their customer service is pathetic I’ve been waiting far too long for a piece of mail that should’ve arrived over seven weeks ago now

I’m having a hard time understanding how these companies are even legal? It seems like a huge scam I’ve had mail delivered to my virtual office months ago and, Even though I talk to them on a weekly basis they still refuse to admit my mail has arrived and issue it to me so they can continue to charge Me monthly fees… save your money and use a more reputable company these people are obviously very unprofessional save your money

I had the pleasure of working with Hamza who went above and beyond to secure a great office for me in record time. I had to move asap and Hamza found me a quiet office space with a window, tons of room for one person, fresh paint, and new renovations. It wasn't just the speed but the level of attention to detail and a clear desire to provide an exceptional onboarding experience that made this an easy decision for me. I'm two weeks in and happy I made the choice to go with Zemlar Offices. Btw, the old styled buildings, cobble stone terraces, and wonderful gardens, make this place a paradise to work in, especially in the spring and summer months.

The offices are incredible for the price. They are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The people working there are all extremely helpful and I had a very good experience overall. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to start or expand their business.

They don't answer their tickets once you sign up with them. Communications is lacking. The wording about their virtual office packages isn't clear either (virtual office with additional benefits), what does that even mean? And you expect the person to purchase directly online without properly explaining is alarming.

Great place to rent out an office if you are to meet clients away from the home office. Friendly staff.
