Love the ambiance of this place, everything is spotless, tasteful and well organized. I've seen several ladies and everyone is lovely and professional. They also offer so many different services, it's my one stop shop for wellness appointments. Would highly recommend!

I had a 1hr massage at here on July 18th. My experience wasn't very good, so I'm going to leave the name of the RMT out of this review unless they contact me. The place is very clean and the receptionist along with the RMT were very polite and professional. Shortly after my massage started I asked if I could get more pressure as it really felt more like a wipe down and not a massage. I never noticed much difference, so a short while after I asked again for more pressure and I got more pressure on literally one spot, then it was back to the same. At that point I assumed perhaps because my appointment was in the middle of the day, she may have been tired, so I didn't bother to say anything else. I've received massages lots of times throughout my life and when I book for an hour I always get my full body done. This time, not only did I not receive any treatment on my quads, but I specifically asked for treatment to be done to my head because I experience headaches and the closest she got was my neck and shoulders, then the session was over. My head or temples were not touched once and I had put that on the form you fill out and verbally told the RMT before we started and during the massage. It sucks to not have much good to say about the actual massage itself because as I mentioned she was very polite and made good small talk without talking too much. After the massage was done she never asked if I wanted to book a follow-up session, even though she said I won't notice much difference after only one treatment (I would have said no anyway). I reached out to Zen because the place I normally go was booked up, but literally as soon as my session was done I called the place I had gone to previously and made an appointment. That's how disappointed I was.
If you decide to book with an RMT here, please be super clear on what you want done and perhaps ask them to complete what you were paying for before leaving. I'm sure this place isn't that bad, just my experience was.

I'm updating this review based on the Owner reaching out to me via telephone to address the situation and take accountability. As such, I changed what was a 2 star experience to a 4 star. This business definitely cares about their customers satisfaction and quite frankly I'm glad that the owner, is a business owner in the community that Iive in. I hope this review helps you decide to visit Zen because I would visit them again.

Outstanding place! Nicoletta is an excellent massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Both my wife and I rely on her to help us through our ailments.

Booked an appointment today. Filled out an online form, showed up before my appointment only to find out that their policy is to keep the credit card on file. Would've been helpful and time saving on both ends if I was explained the "policy" before hand

Not impressed with the place and especially two staff members. They might be the same ones responding to emails and posts, and even in person they are very condescending and rude. I found they treated me differently based on the way they spoke to me and the tone they used, I felt they may have some prejudice towards people with my foreign background. I wish I had read these 1 star reviews as looks like others have had a similar experience.

I have a bad back, I have been going to several chiropractors over the years. I recently tried osteopathy with Patrick at Zen. It is refreshing after years of chiropractors to finally pin point the issue. Patrick was able to make subtle adjustments and look at why my back is sore instead of cracking it back in place. I am now a full convert to osteopathy. It's also important to know when trying to book several appointments in advance Patrick was not greedy and book them all. He explained that osteo doesn't work like that and I should wait to see how my body feels before blindly booking appointments.

I should also mention I have been coming here for massage (to help with my back) for several years now and every time regardless of RMT they are professional and do a great job.

I've been seeing Nicoletta for all my RMT needs. Highly recommend her. She is professional and really strong the deep tissue massages really help with any aches and pains I have. My husband and I won't go anywhere else.

I was a little skeptical as to why the reviews were so good for this place, but after my session I realize why. They are fantastic, kind and professional people working at this place. Nicoletta not only educated me about how to take care of joints and muscles she took an interest in learning about my routines and general lifestyle, so she could make recommendations. For me this is going above and beyond! They truly love what they do at this place and they are local. Milton finest here.

I've been to Zen for a few years now and I always leave feeling extremely relaxed and well taken care of. Kerry is an amazing massage therapist and person - she always takes the time to assess your needs before starting treatment and checks to make sure you're comfortable with the pressure. The clinic is very clean and the staff have done a great job of implementing safety measures in the midst of COVID.

Staff is great at explaining the new steps taken during this Pandemic to ensure everyone’s safety. The massage is exceptional, I always leave very relaxed after each visit. Definitely one of my favourite place in Milton

Highly recommend Zen Wellness. I've been to pretty much all the RMTs at this clinic, and they are all excellent, particularly if you're looking for deep tissue massage. Two thumbs up.

Zen is amazing! Caroline really takes her time to address all areas of the body that reqire treatment. She really cares about her clients and her work. All of the staff are friendly and the clinic itself is well taken care of and has a very calming atmosphere. By far, it's the best clinic I've been to for massage therapy!

This clinic is fantastic. I have been attending for nearly 2 years on a consistent basis. Ambience is amazingly peaceful and very relaxing. From the moment I walk through the door I immediately begin to feel much more relaxed and peaceful. It's always a pleasure coming here for RMT work. The BEST massage experience I have ever had. I have been seeing Kerry and other staff for over 12 years and I have not had one experience that wasn’t a 10 out of 10.

Most cold massage ever. Samantha treated me like no body. Cold behavior, no smile. Not only that, massage was way below than what i read on reviews. I have been to so many massage places and this one was first. Just rubbing hand with lotion is not what you call a massage, no technique, may be she was having a bad day, no pressure, no communication, seems like desparately waiting for clock. An hour massage lasted 55 minutes. It was cold like ice. No hot towel, i left the place all greasy and oily. The amount they charge was not justifying the service I received. Not going back and highly not recommended.

Zen wellness is a great place to get an RMT massage as I've been doing for several years now. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've had massages from Lauren and Nicoletta in the past, both are really good with treating/managing back pain. I can safely say that for the past 2.5 years that I've been going for regular massages, my back pain has not come back. Best part is that you can book online from their website or the mindbody app. Very convenient to schedule appointments.
