Zenetec Collision Repair Centre - Tiffin

Took a while to get my Pathfinder into the shop, when I received the truck back there were issues with the alignment of fender and bumper. They said they were waiting on some clips and another lower rocker panel, this took over 6 months to get resolved.

They took my concerns in considerations and gave me some guidance in regards of the rental car. The kept me updated on my claim process

The staff were great to quote, schedule and provide rental car.
The final product is not the best.
The car did not have the paint protection film installed and it was on the bill, I mentioned it and they realized it still had to be done. The car had alot of tape gum still on it and the windows were filthy with hand marks.
There still is a concern with a scuff to clear coat that was not there on drivers side when I dropped it off. I just hand washed the car and am trying to detail it to how clean it was when I dropped it off.

Called to get a quote for a new windshield for our van the staff at zenetec were very kind and knowledgeable kept us upto date contacted our insurance amazing customer service

Zenetec did a fantastic job on repairing one of my fleet vehicles. We have a fleet of over 10 vehicles and have been to other body shops Zenetec by far has been the best. Christina was so helpful and kept us up to date the whole time. Thank you!

Customer service was great overall. Front staff are very friendly & helpful. The repair itself took a few days longer than the estimated timeline. There were a few issues once I got my vehicle back. However, the Assistant Manager, Matthew, was more than willing to take on the responsibility of solving them without hesitation. I would not say the final result of the repair is absolutely perfect. But I'm satisfied the experience went as good as possibly could be expected, despite the circumstances.

Absolutely perfect service. They were able to see me next day and the stone chip was fixed like new.

Zenetec assessed our vehicle in MAY booked an appointment for JUNE. Rebooked the appointment for JULY disassembled the vehicle without all the parts to rebuild it. Received the the vehicle back in SEPTEMBER.

Rental they provided smelled like wet dog, looked like it never had been cleaned and the brakes squealed.

Avoid Zenetec at all costs! Extremely bad business practice to take a persons vehicle in with a split bumper and grill with no grill to go back on it. … but good $$$ for their car rental friends.

The people at zenetec were very kind and helpful. My vehicle ended up needing extra repairs and part requiring my vehicle to be held for almost a month but Emma dealt with a difficult insurance company as well as the rental company on my behalf. Happy to have my vehicle back

Great experience at Zenetec!

I had a small chip in the middle of my windshield and it was repaired in a timely manner - the appointment booking online and the actual appointment.

Very slow in getting the work done. The final repair on the side of my car after being hit by a deer was marginal at best with a wavy dent repair, deep scratches left in the rear fender, damaged window trim and headliner not properly attached. Now I have wind noise somewhere near the replaced rear door. The ceramic coating replacement subcontractor didn't even bother removing bug spatter before recoating the ceramic. The interior "detailing " showed they didn't care. I was expecting a lot better.

I am so impressed with Zenetec after they repaired a fender that I had broken, the service from the front desk to the gentleman who repaired my car was amazing.

This is the second time I have gone to Zenetec for repairs to my car. This time was a stone chip in my windshield and they did a great job repairing it for me. Excellent, friendly service!

Although the motor vehicle collision that I was involved in (I was not at fault) was minor compared to what I see everyday I am greatly appreciated of the work and continuous updates that were provided to me by Zenetec.

The staff are incredibly courteous. My windshield replacement was completed faster than anticipated and they even washed my vehicle. Overall, a very good experience.

Unfortunately, I had to bring my car to Zenetec twice in 4 months. However, the great news was the customer service and the quality of repairs. Both times a rental vehicle was waiting for me within minutes of my arrival, and was made easy for the rental return as well. I would definitely return to Zenetec, if needed, even though there are closer collision centres to where I live, and I would definitely recommend them for any collision amd windshield repairs! Definitely a 10 out of 10 for me!

Very friendly service, the work on the car looks great. I liked that when we picked up our car Zenetec took care of returning the rental vehicle. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the time for work completion wasn’t communicated with clarity. We were told that the work would be done on Thursday morning, however, it wasn’t completed until the following Tuesday, exactly seven days after we dropped the car off. Although, we were sent a notification at different phases of the repair and when the car was in the final phase of inspection and quality control, when we contacted the office we were told it would be ready at the end of the day, i.e. Thursday, then on Friday and again on Monday.
We had a rental car, so transportation wasn’t an issue but, it was just not ideal not knowing when the work would be completed, because we needed to do other daily activities that we couldn’t plan because we didn’t know when we would need to return the rental vehicle.
My advice, better to under promise and over deliver. If they had told me it would be a week and it took less time or exactly what they had promised, I would have been fine with that too.
