So well managed, and such a wonderful team! Booked an appointment for the seasonal tire change, and the team did a great job. You can actually view them working on your car from the waiting area. Welcoming place, with great service!

They were fantastic in helping with tires not coming off. They were able to get it off without damaging our rims! Cheri went above & beyond in helping me and keeping me posted!

Exceptional customer service. Their was mis communication so they ordered wrong tires for me. But when I was there they understood the problem and brought right tire size right way. Sharry’s coustomer service is above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I started going to this shop ever since I moved within the area approximately a year ago, and I've consistently been met with friendliness & transparency in every visit. Though potential future jobs to be done may be mentioned, I never feel pressured to sign off for any extra tasks (even if I don't mind it being done), because their clarity has established an aura of trust with them. If I had friends who were in search for a mechanic in the Mississauga area, I would not hesitate to recommend Zenith to them.

Cheri, Andrew, Brandon and Sunny were amazing when I took my car in for servicing! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed very politely and they gave me a very thorough rundown of what was needed. They were honest and up front with the pricing and tried to help me save on wherever they could. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them as I am confident they will take care of what you need with a pleasant experience!

Got my new tires here for a reasonable price. The next week got my bearing job done. Was given a good deal again. Nice waiting area with restaurants in the same complex.

Very welcoming family business. Very fast service and surprisingly reasonable prices. Amazing waiting area with direct view of your vehicle being worked on. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Amazing friendly experience.

Staff is very knowledgeable and polite. Prices are reasonable. Shop is very clean and you can see your car being worked on while you wait.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in and paid to get my breaks replaced (front) less than 6 months ago, and I’m just finding out that they never actually got replaced. A few days ago the breaks began making loud noises and I had to stop at the nearest autoshop because it didn’t feel safe, this is where I found out that the “new” breaks that Zenith Tire & Auto replaced for me were not so new after all. I even saw the plates myself and they looked extremely old. I went back to this shop to speak to the woman who supposedly replaced my breaks and show her, but unfortunately she denied everything and wouldn’t even take a look at the old and damaged break rotors that I brought back with me to show her. This was so shocking and extremely unprofessional, I still can’t believe that I was treated that way after simply trying to understand what I paid for 6 months ago.

I was referred to Zenith a few years ago and have continuously received great service and great customer service! If anyone is looking for a trustworthy shop your search ends here!

I used to go to Mercedes Dealership for my Metris van but after my first visit to Zenith Tire and Automotive I stop going to Mercedes Dealership and come to Zenith Auto for all jobs for my van. Cheri is very friendly and polite. Professional and honest staff. Clean washroom and waiting area where you can see the work on your vehicle.

It used to be a good shop I used to take my cars when the old man was there but now it’s different. Now the young scammers is losing the royal customers and makes fun of customers the second they walk out. I wouldn’t even trust them with a bicycle. Too bad I have to give it 1 star.

God bless this new ownership and the transparency and integrity this place has! I know we all have some form of PTSD from auto body shops- bringing my family here, especially my older relatives, has been proof that this really is a gem of a space.

Cheri is one of the most heart centred, kind, genuine car mechanic shop owners you will ever come across! I consider it a privilege to be able to get work done here under her ownership! This shop will take over the auto body industry; the time of scams and lies are over! I genuinely cannot believe my eyes.
