Zesty Pita - Shawarma & Halal Catering Oakville Restaurant

Just had lunch here today and it was absolutely amazing! Had to buy some extra to take home!

Have ordered here a few times now and have to give credit where it is due. Food is well seasoned and portions are great. Enjoyed it every time. Also Staff are very nice.

This is not the best shawarma in my life, service and atmosphere are good. The prices are great, the portion is big. But I didn't like the taste

Best shawarma plate I’ve ever had. Their shish taouk plate is a must try, especially their garlic potatoes. Just thinking about it is making me want to drive an hour to have this. Def a must try!

Worst service. Doesn't honor prices in store. Tried to overcharge me by 7 dollars. The workers are crooks.

They had 50% off deal today. After waiting 5 hrs in virtual line, times up. No food. Garbage service. Going to popeyes scross the street. Never coming back here

Absolutely amazing shawarma, portion sizes are huge, more than I should eat for my lunch.so makes 2 meals for me. Quick & friendly service. The man that served me last recognized me from a year ago - due to COVID I wasn't needing lunch takeout too often so it had been awhile since I ordered from them. So that was a nice touch. Will definitely be ordering from here on a more frequent basis.

DELICIOUS! We enjoy a shawarma plate every now and again but this is our GO TO place. They are so friendly, the food is so fresh and delicious, it keeps us coming back! You will too! Very reasonably priced and a very good and conscience community member!

Food is generally pretty good and fresh. People are hard working and friendly. My only issue is a horrible experience the last time I ordered. Placed a phone order (at 6: 15) was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there at 6: 25 and it was pretty busy so I waited 15 minutes and asked if my phone order is ready but no response (which is fine since maybe no one heard). Waited another 10 minutes and asked the gentleman behind the counter who said they are very busy and to give him couple of minutes…what I don’t understand is why they needed to first serve everyone in the shop, all who were walk ins that ordered after me AND two more guys who actually walked in AFTER me before they would even start my order. If you don’t take phone orders please say so. I get you may be concerned about no-shows. Secondly, should treat all customers fairly and equally. First come first serve. I say “should” because it’s your business and you can do what you like but frankly it’s not nice and a bit rude. Finally, I get things get busy but don’t say 10 minutes if you know you can’t commit. I left the shop at 6: 55. Was late for a 7pm appointment and ended up taking a couple of bites only and having to throw the rest…and I hate wasting food.

Ordered pickup dinner at this location for the first time last night, right before their closing! Amazing food topped with great and friendly services, will definitely make it my go to place from now on!

Zesty Pita catered for our family birthday party of 20 people and everyone loved the food, especially the falafels, beef kofta skewers, and chicken shawarma. Ali was so helpful with organizing my order and the food was hot, delicious, and on time. I would definitely recommend Zesty Pita to my family and friends!

I'm always on the hunt for a good falafel plate but I believe my search is over. By far the best takeaway falafel I've had. The food is the delicious and the service excellent. If you're in the are and have a craving, you owe it to yourself to visit Zesty Pita.

We had the most amazing experience at Zesty! It was our first time and Ali walked us through the menu, and he helped us pick what to eat. We had amazing service, straight to table. Food was FANTASTIC, everything is very fresh, made from scratch. To start we ordered hummus and lentil soup to share, it was amazing and then we had falafel, shawarma and kebab. I also highly recommend mint tea and save room for dessert.

I was here on Saturday September 7 at 9: 10 pm. I was there with my friend and there were two people ahead of us. They paid and left. I placed my order and left a nice tip. My friend was about to place her order, when the first customer returned. A sloppily dressed slob of a woman replete with pajamas and slippers. She cut ahead and the staff actually took her first! My Dinner was already done and is now sitting on the counter. I came with my friend so of course I have to wait for her. 30 minutes! My food sat there. I'm at home now and my food is cold. But that's besides the point, I'm outraged and have since lost my appetite. I want my money back along with my tip. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Oakvilles hidden gem for Shawarma. Amazing quality and freshness, with an unbelievably amazing taste. My new go to for shawarma in the south oakville / kerr street area. Service was super hospitable, felt like you were being served by family. I definitely will be coming back
