Recently dealt with Zinati Kay for the closure of a condo - I received professional service from the team (Thank you Karen and Jonathan!) and would use their services again.

I approached Zinati Kay earlier this year for a quote to assist with the formalization of a mortgage discharge. Unlike other firms I approached, I found John Zinati to be honest in his initial assessment of my situation and reasonable and fair in his fee quote. While ultimately nothing needed to be done from his side as the mortgage discharge was fully handled by the bank, John still pro-actively offered to review and confirm correspondence from the bank confirming no action was needed and did not ask for any compensation. This made me feel that he genuinely had my interests at heart as he could have easily charged me something for the assistance he provided. Based on the above, I would not hesitate recommending John and his firm to other potential clients.
