I went there to look for faucet. Price was a bit high and staff at checkout counter is also rude.

Much cheaper than Home Depot. Good selection. They could use a few more employees that understand and speak English.

Came here to look at faucets, toilets and flooring options. They sell for a good deal in comparison to commercial stores. The girl at cash was nice. Will have to come back

Some material are good price but some of the material low quality and even higher price than Homedopte. I recommend to buy thematerial that you know the price and pay attention to quality.

Do not purchase anything from this place. Bought a door lock that can be opened by multiple keys that don't belong to this lock lol. Called them and they refused to help or refund. Just put me on hold for 20 minutes.

A lot of building materials to choose, reasonable price, small place, very dusty, items are overflow, no place to Walk, always a lot of people, sometimes a long line to check out, some employee don't speak English, if you are going to painting your house or doing anything renovation, this is the place to check it out.

Have enough selection. But maybe because of less space, it's not easy to find things and staff is super busy to help.

The place has very cheap supplies and these supplies actually works. This is my go-to location for buying hardware and building supplies. The warehouse is not very safe but the price is good.

If you're a Chinese or at least Chinese speaker you'll get great help, otherwise they don't want to help you. Some staff don't even speak English.
Bought a glass shower door and wanted to return due to small opening but refused for refund.

They are not may nice as you expected, but extremely fast and you can find the prices much cheaper than the home depot definitely.

Very very friendly staff, nice and clean place. Cheaper than most other building supply shops. Lots of space for parking. Pretty crowded at the mornings, best place to get tiles. I bought all my kitchen floor and counter top tiles from here. Unmatched pricing.

Zion is a popular building supplies depot. There was an large reno selection on display including vanities, backsplash, granite tiles, faucets, showers, flooring, and lighting. Mix in some parts, ducting, doors and it’s got the feel of a Chinese Home Depot. Prices were slightly lower than those big box stores, but with lesser known brands here.

It was a good sign to see the place busy on a late weekend afternoon. Mostly contractors and DIYers (some with contractors) checking out their renovation options. We also checked another nearby building supplies shop but that didn’t come close to the options at Zion Building Supplies.

Probably the worst customer service in North America. The lady working there literally shouted at customer to form the lineup in another direction. The reason people go there is just their prices.

When you ask one of the staff he said I don’t know English, garbage tools some tools doesn’t work properly.

Good place but one has to go with the contractor and exactly know what to buy. Prices are good.

Very racist staff was returning shower door and was on the line for my turn and every time I would go to the desk the cashier would turn me back and take other costumers she did that twice until I went to the other line and other cashier, they would speak in their language something and and did treat us like animals, I am very patient guy and been there many times, always zero customer service and they pretend not to speak English, I had enough today, save your time and nerves its not worth it to save a few dollars, I left the store with very bitter experience today and will not go back nor will refer any customer

This place hast the worst customer service. The employees are very rude and not helpful at all. My experience there was a nightmare! Would never go back! If you can’t speak Chinese don’t go!

A bit chaotic if it is your first time here, but once you understand the layout a bit better, the price to quality ratio is very good.

Not 1 person spoke English. Good luck getting help and customer service. Too bad. We went to the front desk and we were ignored. Felt racially profiled. Please hire bilingual staff. It's is beneficial for your company. Customer service is also on the sales floor not just at the POS. If u need help with this I can help.

They can’t manage anything during lockdown. I had an online order and took more than an hour to pickup in store. They are not responsive and don’t care their customers

Fraud Alert. Please avoid this guys if you want to avoid hassel later. Baught 3 piece of toilets for my home. I was there first time. After installing plumber told me it has a leak in the tank and keeps filling the tank. I called them and they said to being the toilet back. I paid plumber to remove it and brought it to scarborough. (I live in Brampton) they gave the part to me and said to ask the plumber to change it. After changing the issue didn't resolve but other two toilets start having the same issue. I had to finish my renovation, I called them and informed the. About the issue and also that I am buying toilets from somewhere else. The lady on the phone said bring all toilets back and they will refund me. When I brought the toilets back, the guy took the toilet with him into s washroom and checked, the guy showed me the leakage, he did some twisting and turning and said there is no more leakage. He said the pipe was twisted but I took the picture few mins ago when I was in store and I knew something like this will happen. I showed them the picture that the pipe was not twisted. I told them I can't take this cause I can not keep paying plumber for this faulty things. I had lot of arguments but they said my plumber might not know to install it. I left all 3 toilets to them without getting the refund. I am going to complain to the authorities of this practice. Please beware, spend $25 more to Costco and save the hassel later.

Got everything I need for my home renovation. Lots of selection with cheaper price and excellent customer service. Staffs are very helpful, Will definitely come back again and recommend to all my friends.

Lots of tile selections, plumbing supplies etc. It is a bit crowded. It was hard to get assistance. It was crowded after two months of lockdown. I ended up only getting something small and was met with "is that all? " by the cashier.

Very disappointed and disrespectful we all know covet19 is bad times and you guys showed your other side too. I am not coming back, the fact that you have products sitting there and yet unknowledgeable people are staffed at the enterence area who don’t know even to say it in English

Asked a lady that was working there, if they had drywall compound? She said yes.so I waited in line for 1 hr.only to be told when it was my turn that they don't have. I wasted my time for nothing.

They carry most of the supplies at lower price for reasonable quality. The main thing they need to improve is get more English speaking staffs.

There are lots of material variety in the store. That’s a good thing for sure. In terms of pricing, i can say it’s fair enough but not cheap as well. There is always a long line at the entrance which is a terrible thing. You have wait about an hour to buy something during corona time.

Good prices and enough selection. The only two things I do not like about Zion is that they just take cash or debit and there not enough people on the floor to help you find what you want, staff do not have badges and if you are luck enough to find somebody, most likely can't speak English.

The cheapest Hardware in a Canada value for your money. I lobe to shop there very reasonable and its the same product you getting in the big Hardware for far more. Zion Hardware is the place.

A great place to buy tiles and other home improvement materials. Tile selection is huge, quality is good, price is generally lower than Home Depot.

A very good place for purchasing building supplies if you know what exactly you are looking for, you can save a bunch.

My technician aptly described this place as Chinese Home Depot, and it is for a good reason. It's a huge place with limited choices and accepts returns (in same package and not used) only within 2weeks from the date of purchase.

Overall it's a great place for a range of construction material including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, tiles, sanitary, flooring, carpenter stuff etc.

Great place to buy building supplies at very fair prices. Many staff dont speak english so you're kind of on your own to find what you're looking for. If you're ok with that then this the place to go. We saved alot of money by purchasing supplies for our reno from Zion.

Prices are much cheaper than other building suppliers like home depot, Canadian tire. Quality of goods are just as good. Worth to check them out for your home project.

They works are rude and the they don't speak English. Owner should send them all to ESL or fire them they don't help at all, you have to fine your self what u need.

Store itself is amazing, great stuff at good prices but if you're looking to install cabinets, I would not recommend talking to the company inside this store. They say it's a free estimate but they come by and demand you get it done by them. They don't come on weekends and that wasn't a good enough reason for us to decline their offer apparently. Customer service goes from 10 to 1 so fast. Don't fall for the cabinets sale!

I call it the Asian Home Depot. If you haven’t been here you must check it out before you go to the big box stores.

Don't think you will pay the Price what's on products. Price tag says 35.99 for 10, at the cash I noticed they were charging 44.91 informed cashier and manager. They sand someone to rip-off price tag and told me it was old price and they can't do anything. God knows how many times i got charged unfarely over the years.

Many choices. Great prices. Friendly staff. Not like the big box. Looking forward to going there again.

Better then most building supply stores, great for tools and misc products like light bulbs and led strips. Amazing granite selections.
