One of the best places in the area for cycling. There a reason why competitors such as Brauns Cycle went out of business. Customer service is too notch here.

Called on a Monday Morning and the guy on the phone was VERY rude, placed me on hold in the middle of my sentence, and when they came back the guy didn't even let me finish before hanging up on me. Totally taking my business elsewhere

As I was cycling into Kirchner I heard a sound that most cyclist dread hearing. The twang of a spoke breaking.
Since it was Monday, several cycling stores were closed but I found the first one that was open as I was heading north was ZM Sports.
I rolled into the space with my fully loaded touring bicycle.
The fellow there was able to replace a spoke right away and I greatly appreciated that since they were obviously working on another bicycle.
I sat outside and read while the spoke was replaced and in fairly short order it was ready.
I needed to buy a rim tape for the wheel since the electrical tape I had used was worn down.
If I was out on the road I would have repaired it myself but I don't really have the proper tools to fix it but my way still works though.
The repair and parts cost 55$. I don't know, is that reasonable?
I felt that the fellow felt a little out of sorts that my rig was somehow inferior. Odd feeling.
Oddly enough, about 10 minutes after leaving the shop I noticed my rear tire going flat.
I replaced the river and found a an mask hole. I repaired it
I had a horrible tone getting the tire back on the room. They fit so tight.

Just got my bike overhauled after a few years of neglect and an accident. Excellent honest service. I will return.

Should probably call it a day honestly this man is dog tired. Decent for parts. Bad for service.
