The best thing that we liked about Suraj was that he was not interested to sell us a house but wanted us to find a property that we could call our home. Recently, I experienced the displeasure of processing a rental application and then not getting the house at the last minute. When I raised serious concerns and questions, they blamed the seller and eventually gave up on the process. It was probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered and if you are looking for professional service, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Misleading Information related to Mortgage. It showed that I could get a 1.35% mortgage. Went ahead, Next thing I know I get call from their sister agency Edison finance, they ask that they'll be able to secure a good Mortgage. Even after pulling my credit Report, what I got is the amount I could get for mortgage. Yes, No Bank name, no Interest rate, no pre-approval secured, everything in the Air. The Pre-Approval from the bank is over an email suggesting only amount that no Realtor I talked to can really work with.

My first rental experience in Canada was with Zolo and it was a pleasant one. I worked with two of their agents - Meera Chaudhery and Rupa Dhooria and can't recommend them enough. They work as a team and were kind enough to explain me the rental process first before beginning the search for properties. I was able to put down an offer and get a rental unit in less than 2 weeks and within my budget range. Due to COVID restrictions and considering I wasn't physically in Canada, all the showings were done via video call and Meera was professional, courteous and patiently answered all our questions. My search started with Rupa sending me the listings that fit my budget and Meera showing the properties that I expressed interest. The listing sheet had all the details and both of them helped up until the very end of the rental process. I wouldn't think twice to work with them in the future.

We were looking for our first home in Canada, and started browsing properties on Zolo. That’s when we met Rajiv Mensinkai, who was their representative. It was a very pleasant experience working with him. We did not have a car yet, but Rajiv would ferry us back-and-forth for every property we wanted to see. He was very prompt with scheduling the property visits and also helped us track the ones we had seen. His insight about the market was amazing and he even advised us on things we would have otherwise missed. He was always available for all our queries. Overall it was a great experience with Zolo and Rajiv’s professional and polite approach made it even better. I would personally recommend Rajiv to anyone who is looking to buy/lease a property.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Meera. Since we were new to Canada and were not aware of real estate situation and scenarios here - she provided us all details and made us aware. She provided us options and when we finalized the house she clarified all queries with owner for us. Many things which we were unaware of Canadian real estate and agreement were resolved by her.
It was like working on a personal level and we had a comfortable journey of finding a new house.

Now I'm really scared of sending emails through zolo. After the 1st showing booking, they "found" you an agent. And all the emails/questions you submitted will be sent to the same person directly. WHY? ! I don't even want that person. Showed up half an hour late and not remembering what I was looking for. Even if I need an agent, did you ask me any language preferences? What if I don't speak English much? !

We had the pleasure of working with Stefanie Miranda Burke. She is very responsive, reliable and kind. She answered all of our questions and was on top of booking viewings and getting more information for us.

The website and app is also very user friendly, we appreciate all of the details that go into the postings.

I went out with an agent Nada and he kept getting frustrated at me for not picking a house. He wanted to get it over with. Now he has blocked me from using zolo as his name only shows up when I try to get a showing. His boss never replies to me even though he says he wants feedback.

I am really sorry to say but the Representative of the website is not at all helpful. I have been trying to work things out with them since a year but its actually a waste and disrespectful experience every time. She keeps on asking us for our Confidential documents right at the beginning and never scheduled a single viewing for us. Understanding the need we did sent her our Pay stubs and T4's.and she said $20000 per month is a very low salary to Rent a $2700 house. Are you even serious about this? We are a small family with consistent job and business, trying to settle down in Canada.we never had any issues in the past with none of our landlords we had all the references pay stubs T4's credit score and yet they just keep on asking for more and more documents. It was really a Terrible experience I was horrified with the amount of pressure I had to take just for a showing.you made the experience so much difficult and uncomfortable. You definitely need to look into this very seriously.

Honestly! I have an extremely bitter experience with one of the zolo realtors. He is popular for breaking his promises and fake commitments. I won't recommend him to anyone in the Canada.

An agent was supposed to help me secure an apartment but bumped that appointment a few times before trying to pawn me off onto another agent who wanted several pieces of I.d. And other paperwork filled out just to view an apartment. After several attempts and failing to convince them to show the apartment first before filling out all the paperwork, the original agent promised to show the unit. Finally, after viewing and agreeing to take the place and handing in the necessary paperwork, I was informed the owner rented the place to someone else.
Whole experience was a gong show. The agent I had, had no idea what they were doing. They arrived 25 minutes late, had the wrong information for the apartment and failed to secure the apartment even after suggesting the owner agreed to.our terms. Luckily I was able to reverse my notice to end the residency at the current place im at.
Maybe some other agents are better equipped to serve the public but the one I got was an absolute waste of time. Would not use their services again as a result of a such a disastrous result.

Meera Chaudhery is an amazing real estate agent! She was extremely responsive whenever I had any inquiries, and she made the process very swift and easy for me. We had Fantastic service from Zolo Realty - Ontario. We were overseas and were relocating to Toronto.
We had incredible help from Rupa who did a virtual tour of quite a few properties and was very quick to respond to answer all queries. Speaking to her was very reassuring and got very helpful advice.
Meera helped with preparing all the documents in a timely manner and with other administrative work.
Both Rupa and Meera got the job done and we have managed to get a property we were looking for.
Really an excellent service and ever so grateful for all the help (even going out of the way) and advice.

Vida Sinclair was extremely helpful and fast! She sent me listings each morning and had great suggestions for which listings to visit. She picked me up and chauffeured me around the city multiple times throughout the search process. She made a tough decision stress-free for my girlfriend and I. Vida was very accessible throughout, communicating via talk or text at all times of the day. My girlfriend would be viewing and sending listings to VIda day and night and she would get a response! I have recommended Vida to my friends who have all had seamless success in finding their new Toronto homes and rental units.

My sister and I had to find a new place to live pretty quickly and Andy Lin was so so helpful to say the least. He replies fast, he's organized and professional. I inquire about 14084 colley rd west elgin in London to zolo one week before. They assigned agent name Mark kamenetsky. He send me email that he will get back next day but he didn't. I sent reminder after two days but still he didn't call the property agent or to me. Yesterday property got sold or off the market. When i call him that why he didn't bother calling me. He has no answers. That's very poor performance.not happy.

Zolo realtors are the WORST! They are not professional, they take days to respond you back. All in all last time pretty much I had to run after my zolo realtor myself (I did all the hard work & she just did the paper work in the end). Even right now I am having a hard time with them. Please tell your realtors to be efficient & professional.

Andy Lin was my broker who helped me look for an apartment. I guarantee that there would be no such one like him being responsive and genuine. He will not only help you out finding a place to live but he will also give lots of advices based on his expertise knowledge. He is definitely the best realtor I have ever met in my life.

Good site some issues with searching for the exact home it shows 2 storey house rather than just bungalow.

We had a great experience working with Meera to find a commercial property for our business. Meera was patient, quick to respond to communications and always had our best interest in mind. I was asked to remove my original post because Zolo said that bad reviews reflect poorly on them. I still stick by my original review and this is what I think of Zolo Realty: We bought our "new" house and sold our house with the same realtor, Carlos from Zolo Realty. When we first viewed the house we ended up purchasing, we noticed that the water heater was electric. We immediately voiced our opinion that we did not want an electric water heater and would prefer a gas one. Our realtor, Carlos was with us at this time. When we did the inspection, our realtor Carlos was once again with us. Once more we stated that we did not want the electric water heater and we would be calling to have the water heater removed and have a gas one installed. Our realtor never made the change in our agreement. He says that he went over everything thoroughly in our contract with us. Knowing that we did not want the electric heater, he did not make the necessary revisions to remove this from the contract.
Since making my initial review, we have been in contact with Zolo Realty. We have told them that the heater issue has never been resolved and that they were now threatening legal action against us. Zolo told us that they would do everything in their power to resolve this issue. Well as of today, they have done nothing, but make a few phone calls getting us nowhere. My original review also stated that I would not recommend Zolo Realty to anyone and I have not changed my original view!

Rick Lew was my realtor and he was amazing! Rick was very professional and always made himself available to work around my shift work schedule to book and show me properties. Rick made my search easy and hassle free. I had a really great experience working with Rick and Zolo. What I loved most is that he goes to bat for his clients especially in such a competitive rental market. Thank you Rick! We love our new home:)

I worked with Mr Rick Lew. I was looking for a home while I was still in UK and Mr Rick got in touch with me right away. My Experience with Zolo realtor Ravi Panesar was Fantastic!

He sold our previous home- getting us a great price at a very reasonable closing date. The staging was gorgeous and the for sale sign Ravi put in front of the house was the best looking sign I have ever seen- very professional and high quality. Everything from the marketing flyers to promo videos looked great.

One instance that stood out for me was when we had an impromptu showing that we couldn't get home in time for- Ravi was kind enough to go to our house and get our dog out before the showing happened! Amazing! Even when he was away on vacation Ravi was still answering calls and emails and doing paperwork for us- there were no days off for this guy.
