There are a number of units to choose from in terms of size and location and they also provide moving supplies for your convenience.

Excellent service and facility. Extremely clean and safe. Very conveniently located and 24/7. Client services always picks up my calls and/or returns calls immediately when they are in the office. Would highly recommend.

First time with a storage locker. They were very flexible, friendly and it was a great experience. Honest and upfront and everything I was told the first day applied right to my last day.
Initially we had anticipated needing the locker for 4 months but ended up only needing it for 2 and closing the account was easy with no hassle.
Very happy with the service we received and in future will use Zoom Zoom Storage if we need a locker again.

By far the cleanest facility I've visited, which is a big concern with the pandemic going on. The office was spotless, I felt very safe and comfortable at this location. This team has very strong professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend this company for all of your storage needs.

We went in to set up getting a locker and Anne was incredibly helpful, super friendly and informative. We were able to set up getting a locker quickly and easily. The facilities are clean, well lit and safe.

Clean bright. I store my beloved year 2000 BMW there outside for the winter. 24 hour access. Office open 7 days a week. Anne at the counter is great.

I'm giving this a 4 star review. It was a close 5 however I dealt with other Zoom Zoom locations prior to this one.
The ladies who spoke with me prior, from other locations in the area were so helpful and kind.

When I arrived at the Zoom Zoom in Thornhill, the lady who greeted me was quite abrupt. It was really quite a different feeling to what I had expected from my previous visits at other locations. That's why it's a for me!

For a rental of a storage unit at a fee of $700 a month, your customer service could use a bit of an upgrade!

Other than that, facility is clean and well kept!

I went to this storage place to store furniture that I acquired for my new house. A lady named Samantha helped me with everything. She was very profession. The place was very clean, very organized, and very secure. Samantha was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. Everything about my experience here went super smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
