Good quality repair by experienced mechanics for lower than expected cost.

My 2014 Crosstrek needed a weld for the detached tailpipe and a replacement flange (i drive on dirt roads alot). Repair was done in 2.5hrs and cost $230. A metal arm was welded to the muffler and undercarriage to keep the muffler from bouncing too much (i thought that was a smart little addition). The mechanic also ran a quick diagnostic and turned off the check engine light (exhaust leak caused engine light to come on).

Car runs very quiet now and it's a little quicker than it was before the repair.

Keep in mind that this garage does not set appointments and the Mississauga location is quite busy.

Installed a Solo catback in like 40 mins. Was super quick, and well priced. Shop has great equipment as well. Strongly recommend for exhaust repairs and installations

Best to get here as early as possible - I arrived here at 10: 00 am, waited 45 minutes before my car was taken in, 2 hours later ($350 for an entirely NEW exhaust, muffler, etc) I was on my way home!
My family didn't hear me coming home.

This is the best muffler workshop in Mississauga from my experience. The mechanics are amazing. They fixed my car’s old exhaust in a very decent price.

2022 Update: Still the best place for exhaust system, customer service is the best.
They installed a full catback system on my car; a year later I returned to fix some lose parts under warranty and they honored it and fixed it up with no issue.

I was impressed with the Zoro Muffler service, I went to this shop to repair my muffler exhaust pipe that was corroded, as soon as I got there they did a quick inspection and in no time, the repair was done. I was shocked, how fast they solved my problem. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Dealership: $1500 repair muffler, $2200 replace options all a week from now.

Zoro: Very busy as well, $300 repair while I waited. So glad I found Zoro muffler!

Service was great. Zach was very courteous and professional, same with Tam. They gave me options on fixing my flex pipe. Wait time was long but they work on first come First serve basis. I was referred to them from vw dealership

Came In to get work done on my truck and car at 3: 30 was told to come back another day they close at 5: 30 and they don’t have enough time even though the shop was empty, ended up going to hot rod Scott’s right away and they got the job done no issues. Bunch of goofs that turn away paying customers.

I was referred by a friend to Zoro Muffler in Mississauga. The manager Zak greeted me with a smile and i asked him what options does he suggest for my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 2022. He told me what to do and gave me a really good price.
Alex installed everything and he is a great guy as well.

I dropped in with my motorcycle muffler. My bike is 41 years old. You cannot find these original mufflers anywhere. The baffle had come out and needed to be welded back into place. The guy who served me looked at it and then welded it there and then. 10 minutes max, if that. I asked how much and he said it was such a small job it was free. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I insisted he take $20 at least. These guys did me a great favour. You really don’t find this sort of service very often anymore. 5 stars really doesn’t do them justice. Excellent service and well recommended.

Amazing guys here! Came in with my 2022 civic touring to swap my dual oem mufflers for a skunk2 muffler I had bought! The guys there were super friendly and quick on the job! Took maybe an hour tops? I highly recommend these guys! One tip is to come in early so u don’t get stuck in a line of cars!:)

Had a really good experience with Zoro last week when I had an exhaust leak. They were extremely busy, but efficient. I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours and they did not try to do any unnecessary repairs. I saved anywhere from $1000 to $2000 based on other estimates. Will definitely go back.

Had an exhaust leak from the beginning of last year after a crazy snow storm. Was recommended Zoro by a friend, and I will definitely be back for exhaust work if I need it again. I was in and out in under an hour for a resonator replacement, and my car finally sounds quiet again!

Good repairs at reasonable prices.

Checked on status of the car midday. Hours are until 5: 30. At closing was there at 5: 30 on the dot not a soul on site not even a phone call to ask if I was coming or not. Checking on the status give some kind of idea that I was coming. No arrangements were made to pick up car on their end what a waste of a day and shoot Uber rides not very happy

Head and shoulders above Speedy and Midas! Not even close. Had not neeed exhaust work on any of my vehicles for 10 or 12 yrs since my last visit here. Brought my Outlander in today, it was leaking from couple spots in system. They sealed 2 leaks, changed couple bolts. They pulled my vehicle up to the front and told me to have a nice ay, no charge! Please spread the word and do NOT go anywhere else!

I went here in the past for service and I remember it was excellent the service.got part of my Muffler repaired.
I thought I reviewed it before but I remember I was very happy
one day I brought my car in to this place I didnt know exactly was wrong with my car he grabbed my keys and drove it a little and told me exactly what was wrong for free at no charge then I took my car to another place for my new brakes and rotors I needed.good workers at Zoro Muffler

Never seen a more honest and quick service. Went here to get my muffler replaced, as was diagnosed by Mr Lube.
Mr Lube during a courtsey check said I need a new muffler, when i took my car here accepting to get a new muffler, Zoro people told me its just a bolt that needs to be fixed and I dont need a new muffler. Kudos to this honesty. And hats off to a great service. In 30 minutes. I was out of there.
The waiting room has 4 chairs spread at a distance of 6 feet and it is heated.

Highly recommended place for exhaust and emissions.

Got a muffler delete for my wrx, sounds amazing and was done fairly quickly good service and a good price, definitely come here for your exhaust work

Disappointed with the service. Went in to have a sports exhaust put in, was able to get in however wont do the job since the new system didn't have a second catalytic converter. Been to many other shops even next door no one seems to have a problem with this. I mean car are straight piped at exhaust shops.lets be real. Disappointed we couldn't make it work but over not a bad place otherwise.

Installed an exhaust part (I supplied) within an hour’s notice after a quick phone call to Tan and me popping in. Good work, decent pricing, friendly staff and it’s a popular (high traffic) shop. Will be my go-to for any exhaust needs moving forward.

I needed to get my axle back exhaust installed. I was initially given a quote that was about $40 more than what I was hoping for but I was willing to pay exta as I was in a rush and I really didn’t have time to go to a different shop.

The mechanics provided very quick service and the job was quickly done in just 20 mins.
Zac advised me that the job would actually cost me around $40 LESS than what he initially quoted me. He could’ve still charged me more as per his initial quote but he didn’t. He was also very kind and helped me take care of my old exhaust.

Great place. Service was excellent. Was able to repair my hood latch that rusted off my 2006 mazda 3. Had to stand though cause no customers allowed inside due to covid restrictions, but otherwise great garage. Would definetly recommend.

My 2018 Nissan NV still under warranty and it has a tiny dent on the muffler So that’s void the warranty and they wanna charge hefty price to exchange the whole muffler then I thought to stop bye zorro Mississauga and luckily I met with the gentleman just before closing and he doesn’t mind to spare Few minutes to check it and fix the dent as a complimentary. 401 Dixie nissan Technicians are just bunch of idiots doesn’t know anything about Mechanic

Such a bad place to do anything, went there about 2 months ago to get my tips changed and these guys cut off my valve system for the car without even telling me and then i find out myself that they did from a local mechanic and try to confront them but all they did was deny and act like nothing happen. Do not recommend going at all. Not trustworthy at all
