Tried to rip me off took my car here to get the pipe welded before the catalytic converter. They told me it could not be done and said I needed a new one. Took it somewhere else and they did it no problem.

Incredible service honest & friendly staff. Came in with a rattling sound on my exhaust and they fixed it for me for absolutely nothing! Just needed a new clamp. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back with any auto issues

Number one muffler shop in the city, I have been going here since my first car 45 years ago Brian was and still is there and pleasant and reasonable to deal with and the rest of the staff are pleasant, highly recommended!

Went for an emergency repair today. No appointment and they took me in immediately. Was given a great price to replace a rusted out flange. Went to get a coffee next to the shop and by the time I was back the car was done. Will definitely recommend to anyone

My car was roaring like a motorbike! Once it was hoisted up on the platform, I was taken to see the problem with the muffler system & given a quote right then.

Great staff, friendly and the place works like clockwork.

I waited less than half an hour in the waiting room - (tidy and very clean) and it was all fixed- very reasonably priced too.

Went in withe a broken flange bolt and was done in less than 30min for very reasonable cost- I definitely recommend Zoro for exhaust work!

The only car shop in all of Hamilton that doesn't take advantage of women! I have been here probably 15x in my life and the owner is a stand up guy with all of his customers lazy men too. I can see why he has a 4.5 star review! Highly recommended!

Went in with an exhaust leak, diagnostic was fast and thorough. Showed me exactly where the leaks were on the truck.

After discussing the situation with the manager I decided that it was in my best interest to put on the after market muffler I was eyeing. Entire job was completed in just under an hour.

Just got back from Zoro's. I'm a very happy customer today. Murray had my car up on the hoist and diagnosed the issue in less then 5 minutes. They did the bare minimum to save my wallet and to eliminate the rumbling noise coming from my car. The guys there make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I won't go elsewhere I trust Zoro's. While their labour rates are reasonable, their warranty and customer service are severely lacking. I had custom work done on my Honda years ago, and the catalytic converter they installed failed within a few months and cost me $1000s in repairs. Said it wasn’t their fault and washed their hands of it. Thought I would give them another chance (big mistake) and called to ask about exhaust work on my Mitsubishi. The guy who answered the phone seemed offended I would even ask about this car, as apparently most of the exhaust system is dealer specific. I was able to call another exhaust shop who helped me without issue/attitude.

Have no fear, Zoro is here! Definitely saved my day. I had a rattle coming from the muffler and worried that it was damaged. I called to make an appointment and was advised to bring it in, first come first served. I arrived and was seen too right away. They fully inspected the exhaust system and found that the muffler was still functional but there were leaks in the pipes. Two gaskets/seals and the muffler heat shield weld were all that was required to get my 4runner back on the road. The price was great, service team excellent (they explained the required work and price before proceeding). They can handle any exhaust related issue by the look of their establishment. I would not hesitate to return.

Best service around. I felt like I was given an honest quote, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was fixed quickly even with having to order a part. I would highly recommend them to anyone having exhaust issues with their vehicle.

My vehicle was seen rather quickly and all work that needed to be done was not only explained to me, but I was physically shown the issues. Now my car doesn't scare people when I drive and I appreciate them for that!

Muffler problems on my way to work so I stopped in. They had it fixed in under 30 minutes and the price was way less than I expected. They know their stuff, they're professional, and price things fairly. 5 stars all the way.

Referred by my Ford dealership for an exhaust leak that was resolved promptly with the utmost professionalism. They identified the leak, repaired it, and I was on my way all within 30 minutes! Will certainly refer business.

I know Brian the manager at Zorro for over 35 years I have been dealing with him nothing bad to say, always treat me right recommend this to anybody. The quality of work done by the employees I think is excellent and you’re always work to fit your budget.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was on the phone asking about a custom job I wanted done the manager on the phone was completely rude after I explained everything I wanted done he said bring it in in a mad tone and just hung up the phone without answering any questions, I went to the store and got it looked at the guy proceeded to tell me it’s impossible to be done and argued with me. He wanted me to get a different one that would be easier for them they’re lazy. I went to another shop and they did it within 4 hours perfectly. This place is rude and lazy go somewhere else don’t listen to any of the other reviews

Awesome service! Went to Zoro’s with a broken flex pipe and hole in my muffler, they fixed it within 30 minutes and gave and excellent price! Highly recommend them!

Awesome place. Their customer dealing was nice. I had a small job to my exhaust pipe which was making a rattling noise. They fixed it fast. And at the end they gave me a surprise. They charged me nothing. I strongly recommend this place.

I didn’t get the serviceman’s name, but I told him that I’d like to swap out for a different resonator that I supplied, and for the shotty work (my words not his) that I had done on my own exhaust to be fixed. He explained and showed me where I messed up on my work and how it should have been done and the steps he was going to take to fix it, and if he gave me the option if I want the new resonator welded on, or just clamped on like the rest of my exhaust system. After he was done he took me back to my car and showed me how he fixed my exhaust and showed me the welded in resonator like I had wanted. He did great work, it was fast and cheap. Him and Bryan had great customer service skills and I will definitely be a returning customer if I need more work done to my exhaust system. Highly recommend the professional staff here at Zoro Muffler.

TERRIBLE STAFF, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THEY TRIED TO ROB ME ON A 45 MIN REPAIR WITH A $150 PART AND WAS QUOTED AT OVER $300 PLUS TAX, AND THEY SAID WOULD NOT WORK ON THE CAR IF THEY WERE NOT USING THEIR PART. I REFUSED THE REPAIR AND THEY CONTINUUED TO KICK ME OUT OF THE STORE AND MADE ME TAKE MY OWN CAR OFF THE HOIST.

100% WOULD NOT! RECCOMMEND!

I had the best experience getting my muffler fixed at Zoro. I came in with a hanging exhaust pipe and expected it to be an expensive fix. After I brought my car into the bay, they came in 5min later to let me know the problem and the cost to fix it. The cost they quoted was waaaay lower than what I expected.

And then when I asked how long it would take to fix it, he said “15-20 minutes”. This also blew my mind since I was on my way to work and was prepared to leave my car there and Uber back and forth and pick my car up at the end of the day.

I was so grateful to be on my way with hardly any time taken out of my day. And to be saving money was another major boost for my day. I would and will recommend Zoro to anybody. Thanks guys.

Went in initially for a quote (I'm all the way from Scarborough) looking to get some work done to my exhaust. I met with Brian and Ron, and they are both great guys. Even the other guys in the workshop were super friendly. Ron lifted up my car and we in depth in what I wanted done, and I explained what 8 was looking for, and he provided me with all this amazing advice on what we can do and ultimately be the best for what I'm looking for. Decided with a muffler delete for my 19 velo turbo, and Ron is amazing, he bended and I even got new custom tips (master bender)! Took about 3 hours, amazing work and attention detail, i would recommend this shop anytime. A bunch friendly and solid dudes. Thanks again Brian and Ron! Cheers

Special props for having such a clean washroom, you won't believe you are in a repair shop.

Did you know that it takes a few hours just to make a Y Pipe.which will run you around $250 just for that part alone. The best part is how the Shyster can tell you that with a straight face. These guys are scammers.

A+ place to have exhaust work done. My ford Edge was sounding like a bus and i was struggling to find a shop to take my exhaust for repair during winter tire season. Zoro took my car as a walk in and diagnosed and fixed it in 30 minutes. My technicians name was Harry and he was knowledgable and experienced.

This is for the Centennial Parkway location: Drive up this morning and was taken right away. Had an exhaust leak on the Escape up near the engine. They put it up on the hoist and found a few nuts let go. They replaced the nuts and said Merry Christmas. Have used this location off and in for 30 years and honest service everytime. Thank You so much, your kindness is very appreciated.

They seem competent and know what they’re doing. They were quick when giving me a free inspection. I would trust them to do a good job.

Service is excellent and staff is very helpful. They will try to save you money, by telling you what repairs are needed. I went to Midas muffler and was quoted $1,300 for repair, at Zoro they fixed my vehicle without replacing whole exzost system.

Great bunch of guys, very friendly. Took my VW Golf in today for a new muffler only took them 45 mins to replace with new parts. Definitely reccomend to anyone that's looking for a new muffler or exhaust.

WARNING wanted to charge me 50$ to make an simple steel pipe adapter from 3 to 2.5.they also can not do anything over 3 inch

My car was noisy. I took it to Zorro this morning. Very busy! That's ok, I'll wait. 10 minutes later they took my car in. They told me what was wrong. They said they'd try to keep it under $300 and they did. I'd recommend Zorro to everyone! Good service, friendly guys! Go there!

Zorro muffler is an excellent muffler shop that has reasonable prices and quick service. All their repairs come with a 1 year warranty on parts. And there can be a option to install lower priced parts, depending upon the repair, to help you save money.
