My wife and i have been in the market for a new hot tub for 6 months and after doing a lot of research we landed on hydro pool as we felt they offered the best options for an actual massage and not just an on and off setting for the jets. We ended up going to Zorra after having a terrible experience at another hydro pool dealer in our area and all i can say is how professional and responsive the team has been. Nick has been great to deal with and has answered any and all questions along the way. They have their own in house service and do not sub contract to other companies from well out of town. A family run business with a great mentality for service and satisfaction. We get our new tub delivered in 2 days and we could not be happier with the decision to go through Zorra for our new tub!

We went to Zorra hot tubs to shop for a swim spa. The service we received from David and his team was excellent. They invited us to bring our bathing suits to try out the spa, it was perfect just what we were looking for. Every part of the sales process was well handled. It was later in the season and we where willing to wait until end of April 2023 it actually arrived a few weeks earlier then expected, our day finally came and our hydropool spa and covana top was delivered and set up without a hitch. I was very happy with the salesman David and installation from Derek and Kuiden with the patience of explaining everything and follow up.

We purchased a Hydropool hot tub from Zorra a few weeks ago and cant say enough about the service we received. I had many questions for David, which were all answered clearly and quickly. The delivery crew (Derek & Kayden I believe) were amazing. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They gave a thorough review of the chemicals and how to run the hot tub and took away our old tub with ease as well. Don't waste your time with anyone else, this family run business will treat you well and not disappoint.

Very friendly staff and actually know their hot tubs.unlike the other hot tub place I bought my hot tub from. They took the time to explain things to me. The other place doped it off with little explanation of anything.

I bought a new "Hydropool" 6800 tub from them in early December. Zorra was great to deal with, their technical knowledge was excellent prior to the purchase, they answered all of my questions with both patience and a full explanation. Delivery was on time, the Crew was great to deal with.

Just got in from a wonderful soak in our new hot tub from Zorra Hot Tubs. We've had it for almost a week and we're wondering why we did without for so long! Nothing but good thing to say about this family owned and operated business. We purchased our Hot tub back in March 2022 and from the first day of going to their store and speaking to Nick I was sold and had confidence that all steps from purchase, install and maintenance would be taken care of professionally. The initial delivery was delayed a few months but that was no fault of Zorra and rather the manufacture. The two gentlemen that installed the Tub did their job perfectly and provided all the knowledge a first time hot tub owner needs to hear. Unfortunately we had our first issue with our tub only 2 months in with all of the water draining from the tub unwarranted, but it was due to a manufacturing oversight of the rinse pipe not being fastened efficiently to the tub. Zorra (even though noting they were on holidays) brought a technician to our home within a day and diagnosed and remedied the problem with minutes. If your looking for a hot tub or spa there's no need to look elsewhere then Zorra.

Went in on June 25,2022 to look at hot tubs. We were looked after by David who was very knowledgeable about all the products available. He took the time to answer all of our questions. From the time we purchased the hot tub to installation we were fortunate to have everything completed in less than 4 weeks. We were lucky that the tub we purchased was in stock. When the tub was delivered by Derek and Keiden they explained how to start up the tub and what all the chemicals were used for. They were very helpful.
After two weeks of operation we went back with a list of questions which were all answered! Thank you again David and Nick. We also had our water tested and were given an explanation on how to correct the levels.
We are happy to support a local business who stand by their product. Zorra is committed to customer service and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Even with the complications of Covid, Zorra was able to provide us with a quality hot tub at a reasonable price. They were up front about timelines for installation and when it arrived, they were quick and efficient! They answered all of our questions, provide a great product and wonderful service. An absolutely wonderful experience. Had an issue with my hot tub, they took the time and multiple emails to help me find out what it was. I brought the pump in to get repaired and they took the time to explain everything and what they were going to do. They had parts ordered and fixed within a week and when I went to pick it up they went over what exactly was wrong and what had to be fixed. And the bill was even less than the original quote! Wonderful staff and great work!

Using the swim spa every day. A great addition to our backyard. Took a little time to get the chemicals down but have figured them out. Would have helped if the chemicals came with correct measurement scoops.

My initial visit to Zorra Hot Tubs and Swim Spas I met David Hough but there were only a couple of hot tubs to view as "they were all sold". I decided to purchase another brand at another store with a February delivery.
Mr. Hough sent me two follow-up e-mails expressing his desire to "make sure I get the right swim spa for my needs". I had taken up his offer to "sit" in the hot tub I planned on buying and one of his tubs to make sure I would be "happy with my purchase".
I did like the Hydropool sitting position better and told David that I would pull my $500 deposit and put it on one of his hot tubs even though it was over $1000 more and not available for delivery until June!
Mr. Hough did supply me a finance quote of $212.14 per month on a purchase price of $9,839.59 over 60 months at an interest rate of 9.9%. We had made an appointment yesterday to go over the model specifications and put down my deposit at which time I was asked for a deposit of $2,450.00! I was shocked at the amount of deposit required and told Mr. Hough that I needed help in meeting the 25% of the total cost of the deposit. Please note the 25% deposit was not reflected in the finance quote hence my surprise!
My offer to put down the $500 deposit I had plus $160.00 (income tax return that day) plus $800 per month up to the delivery date was unacceptable and was told that Zorra Hot Tub and Spa was suffering financially through the pandemic. I was standing amongst a fresh delivery of 10-15 new hot tubs, all of which were sold.
My experience with David Hough has left me out of my original hot tub deal and, as I do not qualify to do business with Zorra Hot Tub and Spas, I will not be getting a swim spa that meets my needs any time soon.

P. S. Payday was today and I had another $800.00 towards a $1,460.00 down payment to date ($2,260.00 by March). The right thing to do here would be to have take my $1,460, re-submit your financing proposal to reflect the "required" 25% down payment which would have been paid well before your ability to deliver the tub.
Your "miscommunication " now has me out of a tub for the foreseeable future. Your apology is somewhat condescending, "tremendous increases in demand" and "tremendous increases in production times" aside.

They are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, went above and beyond to send me some info on caring for my tub when I didn’t even purchase my tub from them. Will buy all my chemicals with Zorra now

Far to often people only comment on the negative, so I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you for good service. From the phone calls, to the repair man; great job done. Lorne was both courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and made the experience of having our beloved hot tub out of commission painless. During this uncertain time of Covid-19 not once did we feel unsafe or undervalued as a loyal customer. It is people like Lorne that truly understand the impact that outstanding service can make on a customer’s experience.

We purchased our hot tub back in 2014 from Zorra. Went to go in the tub yesterday and noticed we had an error code. Called this morning thinking it would be a few days for a service call but David was able to arrange things and have a tech out within an hour! Lorne showed up with the parts and had us up and running in no time. He also fixed a couple other minor things at no extra charge. Also worth mentioning, is the part is out of warranty, but we had a similar issue so they are working with Hydropool to find a satisfactory resolution. From the initial sale to ongoing support these guys are great to deal with! Please keep it up- hard to find this level of customer service nowadays!

I recently purchased a swim spa from Zorra hot tubs. The experience has been really great. There were some challenges on getting ready for the delivery on my side and Zorra hot tubs was great to offer me options to work with the delays I was having. On the day of delivery, everything went very smoothly. I have had the swim spa now almost a month and I continue to get great service whenever I go in to the store for help on the water balance side of things. For anyone that is contemplating a swim spa and are unsure if they will find it worth the money, I can say I had the same doubts and now that I have it, I wish I had of bought one years ago.

We purchased our Hydropool hot tub in May of this year, took delivery in early June. The Zorra team were incredibly patient with us and our more than 4+ trips to the showroom as we navigated the selection and purchasing process. The team maintains a no-pressure sales environment and are incredibly knowledgeable. At delivery the onsite installation team took more than an hour to walk through set-up and maintenance/care instructions. I'd recommend Zorra Hot Tubs & Swim Spas as first stop to anyone in SW Ontario looking to purchase a new spa.

Very happy with my hot tub. No pressure during the buying process, and they answered all my questions. They demonstrated patience and understanding as I worked through making my final decision. All the people that I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery and setup went very smooth, and ongoing service has been quite dependable. If I call or email questions, they get back to me right away. The patio furniture that they sell is high quality as well, and I have purchased lounges as well as a conversation set including a love seat, chairs and tables. I highly recommend dealing with Zorra HotTubs, as I found them very professional and trustworthy.

My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase from Zorra hot tubs. We walk into one of their clear out sales events and within seconds David was there to help us. He was extremely helpful with any of the questions we had. Also was honest when it came to things we don't need in a hot tub. When a place will help you save money and not upsell you something you don't need you got my business 100%. The install guys we great to talk to, we're also very knowledgeable when it came to set up and chemical balances and how to maintain it properly. We had been shopping around for a hot tub for a couple of weeks, but were never completely "sold" on any place we visited. A friend mentioned Zorra's just west of Woodstock and so, went to see what they had.
From the moment we entered the showroom, the staff were very curtious, friendly and helpful with all our questions. It didn't take us long to realize that we were "sold" on Zorra's place and purchased our hot tub that very visit.

Great company to deal with outstanding service. They are a family owned and operated business that actually care about there customers.

I visited many stores to see what was out there for hot tubs. Out of them all David was the least aggressive sales person. He was very knowledgeable and took alot of time explains the bennifits of each tub and helping me to select the tub that was best for me. Overall I think I visited the store 3 or 4 times prior to purchasing and at no time did David care that I was just looking he would ensure that all my questions were answered. When it came to ordering the process was very straight forward and we set a delivery date that worked for me, they were very accommodating. When it came to devilery they were here when they said they were going to be and Lorne took time to walk me over how the tub worked and what I needed to do to get it filled up and running. He was very helpful with explaining the chemicals and each of their purposes.

Overall it has been a great experience and I would recommend Zorra to anyone looking for a hot tub. Very professional service with staff that have great attitudes.

Brought my spa pump in for repairs and when I arrived my truck was hot and smoking. They fixed my spa pump under warranty while I waited and made sure my truck was cooled down and safe to drive. Great service going above and beyond.

We took a drive and had been pricing hot tubs so thought we would stop in and check it out. The sales person was awesome, no pressure sales, knew the product and really took his time to help us. The pricing was excellent! So we purchased the model for out needs put the great service didn’t stop there! The deliver personnel were awesome too! Showed us step by step and again took the time to answer our qestions! Left by saying anything at all, don’t hesitate to give us a call! Free water tests too! Even called back with water test results for us! Excellent experience and loving the tub!

We have done a lot of hot tub research before going to Zorra Hot tubs and they are by far way more informative and more friendly then any other store we have looked at. They took the time to explain all the details of hot tub ownership with us and what we are expecting from owning one. Not only great service, install and friendly team of employees, they are LOCAL FAMILY BUSINESS. That speaks volumes when dealing with a business that knows your name.
