Zoup!

We used to love coming here for lunch, but ever since it’s gone under new management this place has totally gone down hill. The customer service is terrible and the wait time is very long. It’s very unfortunate.

We ordered online, where we had to ask the workers to package our food that was sitting on the counter since we walked in over 10 minutes ago. Had we not mentioned our food, we would still be waiting for our food.

Used to come here all the time as I work in the area, but ever since the place was taken over by new management, fired all the old employees and brought on a completely new staff, the service has been awful.

I had to see my order sitting on the counter, and call out to a worker to ask them if it was my order. Which it was

If I hadn't asked, who knows how long i would have waited.

Customer service is non existent, wait times are slow

A wonderful place. Delicious, friendly staff, fast service, clean and cozy. I also liked the serving, the way everything is packed, and bread and butter are served to the soup. I will come back here again.

Love this place! Nice service, lots of tables to dine in. I like that you get to sample the soups before ordering. The ingredients taste fresh, both soups and sandwiches are yummy. Not a fan of the broth options though.

I got a delivery order from this restaurant the bread was stale. The butter was out of date &rancid. The soup was mediocre at best. The sandwich was smaller than my hand, and everything was way too overpriced for what you get.

One of my favourite places to go eat at in Cambridge! The soups are amazing and bread is always fresh and delicious. The server Grant is super nice and got my name right the first time and remembers it since then! Nicest crew, awesome food! Nothing more to ask for!

Awesome soup, the salads are very fresh. Staff is courteous and helpful.
They handed me a different soup than the one I ordered, and they went above and beyond giving me an upsized serving at no charge, gave me a cookie AND a ten dollar gift certificate for my next visit along with the original soup they handed me!
Highly reccomend for anyone looking for a delicious, healthy lunch.
Customer service is incredible, this place will not dissapoint. They will give you samples of any of their soups as well.

Excellent soup! But lately it’s been the same soup daily no vegan options besides split pea. Bring back impossible meat one and the wild mushroom barley

Nothing like soup on a rainy afternoon. Zoup is the place! Chicken pot pie soup is the favourite. They didn’t lie! I loved it! It’s good, really good!
(Only negative for me was the take away containers, I’d rather have it served in a real bowl)

I’ve loved Zoup for years! However, recently at this location I ordered the white chili. I can’t really handle much spicy food, so I don’t order any items with the spicy ️ logo beside it. This item didn’t have it, so I thought I was safe to order it. However, it was so spicy it wasn’t even edible for me! My entire bowl was wasted. My mouth was on fire for hours from one bite. It was horrid! They did make a great cali chicken sandwich though.

I ordered my food through door dash for pickup. When I arrived I stood by the pickup spot and waited my turn to be served. When it was my turn i had 3 employees not make eye contact with me and walk away from me. I saw the bags of food and turned one to see if it had my name on it to see if my order was ready. Immediately an employee that previously ignored me told me quite rudely to not touch the food and to wait for an employee. I didn't have the resolve to say I had waited and been ignored so I just told them my name and took my food. I understand that they don't want customers touching and taking wrong bags. However, to be ignored by employees and then snapped at for not waiting for an employee is rude. I will not be giving them my business again.

The staff made me feel very taken care of. They made sure that the soup I wanted was safe for my allergies, and when I forgot to ask to have the mayonnaise skipped on my sandwich they made me a new one at no charge.

While it's a bit on the pricey side, the food is very good and the experience was extremely friendly.
