Been here quite a few times. Seeing a decline with both service and product execution. Paid $16 for a small soup (Chili) and turkey bacon sandwich (which I didn't realize would be half - but okay) and a bun (that God). No butter, no napkins, and no taste. The chili was horrible and tasted tinny which is what you get when its either pre made or pre prepared with products. The staff looked bored and were just there for the paycheck. Sorry Zoup - gonna make my own or get from somewhere else.
I adore the lobster bisque! I buy the biggest size soup and share it with my husband, and then buy the sourdough bread boules on the side, since they no longer offer it as a bread option.
I LOVE this place. The soup is amazing. I brought a friend to try it out but unfortunately he noticed how dirty the tables and floors were.and they were. Zoup! You have great food.just clean your restaurant!
2 bites size sandwich with one hair thin slice of meat with a decent soup nothing wow about it. Super over priced will great example of shrinkflation at it's best.
My boyfriend and I used to love this place. I’d even see their videos on my tiktok. Our experience today was extremely disappointing in terms of customer service.we were the only ones there and the server for some reason was quite rude to us. He seemed to be annoyed that my boyfriend didn’t know that the mac and cheese didn’t come in a cup size, or that you can’t have sauce on the side. He kept interrupting my boyfriend whenever he had a question about the menu and just seemed angry at us. Keep in mind we had spent 60$ for soup and salads. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back.
I ordered the loaded baked potato from your location based on the screen description at the store. It doesn't mention it has bacon in it. I paid and then realized it has bacon in it. I went back inside and the server asked if I wanted to replace it. He then proceeded to argue that he'll have to charge me again, which I ended up paying. Fix your menu at the store to clearly indicate what's in each soup, customers could have allergies and I don't see how your menu conform to the standards without description or train your staff to ask people if they have any dietary restrictions or allergies.
It was really great especially since I'm a big soup lover. You can sample any soup before ordering which is good because they do have a big selection. Will go back for sure. Staff was also really nice.
Great selection of soups, they’re always open for you to sample a few before you choose. I love their chicken pot pie soup (hearty option). Good sandwiches as well. Highly recommend. Lunch gets busy on weekdays as there’s a lot of corporate buildings in that area
I ordered a chicken soup from this place. It is my experience this is the worst soup I have ever had in my life. There is a lot of oil floating at the top. The broth is basically salt water with zero seasoning. Seasoning is a matter of taste and is subjective however; it is the lack of important component of a chicken soup that makes this so terrible. You are given salt water with oil and massive noodles dotted, with specks of carrots and tiny bits of celery. The chicken bits tasted like processed plastic. The entire soup tasted like mildly salted water with noddles. You got to be the worst person in the kitchen to mess up a chicken soup so badly. Then to top it all off with unhealthy looking and horrible tasting, processed meat. Do better in regards to your customers Zoup…. Just awful…. I leave you with a photos of a real chicken soup from Swiss Chalet please take notes.
They used to have a "flight" of soup. 3 small bowls where you could get 3 different soups. I miss that, not sure why they stopped. With the exception of the chicken noodle soup (not great), all soups are pretty good. Has gotten a little pricy over the years, but I still go there when I have the chance.
I’ve been here a few times. Customer service is brutal, soup is mediocre. I literally stood waiting to order and was blatantly ignored. After 15 minutes I decided to go next door to Freshi.
The soup that I sampled was good. I ordered an entree that was not one of the soups. It did not taste good. It did not taste right. In hindsight, I should have asked for a refund and ordered one of the soups. I got food poisoning and threw up a few hours later.
This HITS THE MARK as a cozy place for good soup and ciabatta bun sandwich. Similar to Panera Bread, although the Chicken Toscana sandwich was not quite on par with similar offerings at that establishment. Had the Red Curry Squash soup (very good, though should have been hotter), Mushroom Bisque soup, and Wild Rice Chicken soup. Customer service was above average.
We ordered the lobster bisque and avacado toast. We didn’t realize that the toast was actually a grain bowl, so we were a bit disappointed. Soup was great though with large lobster chunks!
I am a HUGE lover of soup. So I was delighted to find this gem when I started working close by a couple months ago. This place is clean, friendly & always has various choices; be it soups, salads or sandwiches. (Which are always so fresh) I’ve become such a regular that the staff knows me by name when I come through the door They go out of their way for you even when they are slammed. I highly recommend their broth bowls too! Delish! Thank you!
