Gentleman who came to spray the chair was very polite, did a very good thorough spraying of my chair. Very satisfied with their service.

In general, the service was excellent.
I was given the option how to schedule my appointment.
The worker demonstrated the best professional and personal qualities.

My recliner should have been sprayed for the advanced fabric protection.
I recieved a phone call to schedule an appointment. I was given the option to schedule it online which was more convenient for me. The worker called me to confirm the appointment. He came in time, sprayed the chair and gave the instruction when I can use my chair again.

We had an issue to start, but after speaking with our wonderful customer service rep Leah everything was explained and resolved to our satisfaction. Thanks for turning a disgruntled customer into a satisfied customer

What a complete waste of money, I took the extended warranty on my mothers lift chair (which I rarely do) as I figured this was extremely important. My elderly mother has dementia and has live in PSW's to assist her in every day life. They count on this chair to get her up and back down again. I contacted Zucora repeatedly when it broke down, told them it was an emergency, still waited close to 4 weeks for the tech to show up, said he needed a part, left and now 2 1/2 weeks later we still have yet to hear from anyone. Absolutely disgusting. My next call will be to Lazyboy to let them know how terrible and useless this warranty is. BUYER BEWARE!
Oh, and Zucora, you can answer this anyway you want.as your answer means NOTHING!

I would give it no stars if that was possible. The runaround I got on the phone was ridiculous. I wasn’t sure of the exact date but guessed a date. Anything to make the warranty void. Because I tried to remove the stain with a bit of dish liquid the warranty is void. Because I did not report the stain within 14 days the warranty is void. Just out of the (I forget the exact term but) goodness of their hearts they will send ma a cleaning fluid which I must test on an inconspicuous area first. The $199 +$30 tax I paid for this warranty was a donation to this company.

I would give a lower star if I could. I have had a claim in with you for over 2 years for stains on the furniture. It took a year to have the covers replaced which are stained again from Demin which was my concern to begin with when they recommend the colour. They have finally agreed to reselection which is only for a certain dollar amount which will only cover half the the items that are damaged. I believe that they should replace them since the items are still current and available Lazyboy. I have spent countless hours dealing with these people from taking weeks to months to respond to communication, which I always have to initiate. To having to take time off work to meet service people people who did not show up for their apt or coming with improper equipment. I would never recommend anyone purchase a Zucora Warranty.

The technician came in, was very polite, put on his protective equipment (including shoe guards to protect our carpet), and was done in less than 8-mins. Can't ask for anything better than that. The drying time of 4-5hrs seemed reasonable also.

EDIT: After a long and lengthy battle in which Zucora's own technician told us that our couch was defective, they refused to honour the extended warranty we purchased. The reason? We should have known before it became a serious defect that there was something wrong with the couch months earlier. (Be warned: Do NOT purchase services from these con-artists. Even the managers and customer service reps we talked to at Leon's told us this is typical behaviour of Zucora to reneg on their obligations hoping that customers will just give up).

This is my second call to Zucora and what a pleasure it was! Rachel was clear on her questions, quick with responses and solved my issues in record timing! I would highly recommend this company for all your products that require furniture cleaning! Also wanted to add that their OxyTough is amazing!

The worst service I have ever had! Worst customer service in the world. The lady keep talking over me on the phone trying to ditch my call by any means possible and even hang up. They try to find any excuses to not cover your claim. They say they will fix something and then say the technician said otherwise but I had the technician at my house saying they will change a defective mecanism and I will receive a call in the few next days. 2 weeks later no calls. I call again and wait again to have the same lady talk over me and says the technician never mention de mecanism. This company is a circus and has clowns answering the phone.

Our LazyBoy lift chair had gotten a break in connection cable for hand control so that bare wire was exposed.
I called the number and was on hold for quite a while. BUT once I spoke with the customer service representative Leah, things went very smoothly. She contacted LazyBoy to confirm that the Wty would cover the hand control for our lift chair. It still needs to arrive and I've been advised it could take 4-8 weeks, but I feel confident that Leah at Zucora Home will help with any further issues.
Only suggestion - Use the easy on-line form to contact them if you're not wanting to wait on hold for a CSR. Then expect a callback/email.

Initially i wasnt sure if they did a good job or not of spraying the furniture. But Liam (Ombudsman) assured me that even if its not well sprayed any accidents will be covered for 5years. Thats makes me happy. Thanks for explaining the process in detail.

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in Canada! Zachora home!
I am sending Emails and calling the company since march and only getting automatic responses and no one is answering the phone no matter how many times you try! Purchased the furniture from Mobilia Ottawa
Because there warranty was extraordinary with Sonia but unfortunately not any more so sad warranty is the first thing I look at when purchasing furniture
They stole my money!

***UPDATE - JULY 6,2023
I received a phone call from Liam with the Zucora ombudsman office the day after I posted my review on June 28th. He worked diligently to solve the problem - he arranged for a technician to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone, and had replacement parts couriered in a very timely fashion. He followed up and made sure everything was working as it should be, exactly what one would expect from a warranty provider. Had it not been for the first 5 weeks of waiting for service, I would have given them 5 stars.

Trying to get warranty service from @zucorahome is a lesson in frustration. I submitted my claim on May 18th, 2023 and it's now June 28th, 2023 and still no service. I've received a few b.s. Emails 'thanking me for my patience', but have not heard from anyone with a concrete plan to troubleshoot or fix my issue. I offered to walk through troubleshooting it remotely with one of their techs, and they can't get it together enough to do that. I bought the 10 year warranty with our adjustable bed bases we purchased from @mattressmattress, and in the meantime apparently this @zucorahome took over the warranty division. @zucorahome doesn't seem too interested in customer service of any sort, and clearly don't care about @mattressmattress customers at all. If I could give zero stars to @zucorahome I would.
