Still same again, Asked for 7 grain bun with veggie inside but said will charge according to burger which will make make it more $5 more expensive, never seen this experience in other A&W (very bad experience)

For the price of the food, the quality is not great. $16 for a fast food meal. I no longer eat the onion rings. They are too unnatural and dry.

Best A&W I've been to in my life. Our order was ready quickly exactly as we asked. Everything was warm, fresh and delicious. Service was courteous and professional. Thank you!

Waiter is in a hurry to get off work, they missing my Apple turnover and give me an expired source, I feel so sad have this bad experience.

All I can say that I was very disappointed when I paid 9.12 for a bacon egar combo with extra bacon and only got 3 tiny little slice of bacon and when I went to see them they said 1 and half slice was regular 3 was extra and I paid 2 extra dollar for that becareful what your buying there that was awful and rude

Fantastic service, fast and very nice. Food is always fresh and hot. So good and consistent.

My sister ordered a bacon egger was so greasy and came with 1 piece of bacon, the bun was cold. She wouldn't take it back up. The cashier wasn't overly friendly. Short staff.wont be back for awhile.

Got a chubby chicken burger had no mayonnaise on, worker there should have been wearing a beard net found a hair in my fries

Teen burgers were good, Best Burger Ever was a disappointment! Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!

Waited 10 mins in the drivethur, two in total.order 3 buddy bugers came with no sauce no onions. Didnt have time to go back in. 15 dollars later. No happy

Went here to today the staff was friendly but unfortunately the fries were lukewarm the gravy was to watered down the burger wasn't horrible but definitely not up to standards gonna be a pass for me

Food was good and one of the few breakfast restaurants open. Service was good and Covid rules followed.

Orders has always been accurate, timely, stocked with condiments/napkins and the sort.

My go-to fast food joint. Staff is pretty efficient and friendly. Food is seldom greasy which is a plus. You have to try the turnovers.

Had a bad experience with irresponsible servers and a general recklessness seen from the few visits I've had. The food is good though, well average for an A&W.

The service was quick and efficient. The employees were very kind. Why a one star rating? The restaurant was disgusting. The floors are covered in a thick layer of grease and you literally slide trying to walk in there. The tables are filthy and garbages were over flowing. The bathroom was so gross I wouldn't use it.

Great little spot in Summerside PEI! $3.49 for a Buddy burger! What a deal. Nice atmosphere considering Covid and all. Very friendly staff.

Beyond Meat Burger is great.
Sadly this is one of the only veggie burger places in Summerside but it has great flavour and keeps my vegetarian stomach full. Grabbing another today.

Good burger, clean dining area, root beer good as always. It's A&W if you've never been and you like burgers, check it out. I recommend the Papa or teen burgers. Onion rings are good.

Best canadian-owned fast food! Grab some lettuce wraps if you want to stay healthiest, but all the food here is great. Coffee is ok, so that means a million times better than Tim's.

The only place where I can go and grab a beyond meat burger that is absolutely awesome! Other than that I would have no reason to go to A and W and no reason to go to fast food restaurants in general. Thanks A and W for having my back on the road.

Sorry for the image quality - distorted by raindrops on our windshield. But their window Christmas art is exceptionally well done. It is worth a visit just to see it and while you are there, be sure to get their delicious Teen Burger Combo. And if you like sweet potato fries, upgrade your order! The ice-cold mugs for your Root Beer will top off your great meal.

Rather greasy hamburgers. Fries tasted stale. Maybe change oil more often? Not worth the visit.

Not alot of variety most things have cheese and the ones that dont are ok. It's what you should expect from a fast food place but the servers are rather happy and seem to enjoy their job

There's just something about the hamburgers here that makes them taste great. Their fries are thick cut with just the right amount of salt, too. I can be guaranteed to get a root beer every time!

Poutine, frosted glasses and real beef burgers. Would take over any of the US burger joints.

Decor is OLD but food is good.

I had to sit at the wheelchair accessible table because it was the only table in the entire restaurant that wasn't dirty. It wasn't busy and there were staff available who could have cleaned the tables. I can see why your customer service rating machine by the door doesn't work.

Positive note:
Tried the beyond meat burger. OMG. Super impressed with the quality you would NEVER know. Just tastes like a light burger. I will be back at A&W just for that.
Drawbacks: it did not seem busy, but I found myself having to clean off every seat and chair. Floors were quite dirty, not been swept for awhile, maybe days.the team of folks at the counter were great, except for one young girl who was very aggressive. Not holding it against the chain of the store. Nice work.

I like the location of the restaurant right on Granville street. I definitely prefer this place over other fast food places as you get a real burger not some sad greasy mess. I would recommend the Canadian breakfast as it is like a real diner breakfast and comes with everything you'd want.

Amazing burger joint! If you’re looking to enjoy a burger that has a minimal carbon footprint - ask them to replace your meat with the beyond meat patty (plant based protein). Tastes amazing! Fries aren’t that great. Pro-tip - skip the fries and head over to McDonald’s across the street for fries instead!
