Backwoods Burger - Craft Beer Cookhouse

Excellent burgers with a local flair. Busy location so you may have a bit of a wait if you time it wrong.

A small hole in the wall with some of the best food I've had in YEARS. It's now on my list of "must stop" places when I visit PEI.

While the food was good and the service was ok, they were out of beef and out of the drink I wanted.

Great place, food was amazing, reasonably priced. They just made a slight mistake on our dipping sauces, and forgot to give us one, not a big deal. Definitely recommend

Beau pub dans un charmant petit village. Les burgers étaient très bons, les portions étaient généreuses. Le burger végé a été bien apprécié. Ils servent des bières artisanales et les deux que nous avons gouté étaient très bonnes! Un bon petit pub si vous passez dans le coin.

Unbelievable hidden gem of a place.
Service was great, burger was absolutely top notch, and sweet potato fries were the best! We stumbled on to this place by accident but next time I visit PEI lunch at Backwoods Burger WILL be on my agenda!

The best! A must visit, and if you don't go up west often, this is the perfect reason for a little road trip!

Came in an hour before closing …. Was told there wasn’t time to seat a table for 6. Then was denied making a take out order. AN HOUR before closing …. Literally has never happened to me before in my life. Even if they are busy, wasn’t given the option to wait for the order. Make whatever excuses you want, but “good” restaurants would never do that PERIOD!

The food was amazing. Had the clam poutine and a side of Mac and cheese. I would highly recommend. The cheese sauce on the poutine was so good. The service was quick and very friendly. I will eat here every time I come and visit. They also have vegetarian options if meat isn't your thing.

A great place for burgers and beer. They serve local Moth Lane Brewery beer. The fish and chips and fried clams are also very good. They had live music until 3pm. This was a perfect spot for an overcast Saturday afternoon with friends or family. Reservations Recommended, the locals like it too.

Awesome food and great drinks! We tried the veggie burger and the whistle punk order. The Moth Lane iPa was awesome and so was the storm surge!

One of our favorite places in West Prince. Awesome food, lots of unique choices, great service, and always a fun meal.

Place was cozy looking for me and two others stop by, food was a bit disappointing, pop wasn't cold and barely had any fizz, I ordered wings with buffalo sauce and found the wings a bit hard and covered in too much sauce, the others had ordered fish with fries and a burger with fries and coffee. Fish had no flavor and didn't look fresh, fries were too salty, burger was decent enough to finish, but was charged for two cups, when wanting a refill. Will not be going again.

Fish was dry with no taste. Daughter had wings they were horribly dry and tough. Burger was good, fries were way to salty. And they charge you for a second cup of coffee. Would not recommend this place

Best burgers ever, and their in-house sauce was delicious! Favorite burger place, hands down!

Not the first time here and definitely not the last. Food and service are great and friendly staff as well. Great job guys
