Blaze Pizza

This review is based solely on the 'slice and a pop' deal. Although cost is only 5 plus tax, the offer is either cheese only or pepperoni, and slices are small compared to many pizza shops I've been. The pop and slice deal is a solid disappointment.

Build your own pizza ready out of oven in 3 minutes. Sooooo delicious. Will go there every time we are in Charlottetown

I love Blaze Pizza and always make a point to stop in whenever I am in Charlottetown. The pizza is amazing and the staff are so friendly.

Wonderful to be able to get a gluten-free pizza and Dairy-free or lactose-free cheese somewhere. The pizza was very tasty!

We quite enjoyed this make your own type pizza place. Service was great. Clean, fresh ingredients. Lots of veggie options and different crusts. The taste - well it wasn't the best pizza we've ever had but it was decent and reasonably tasty. The Caesar salad was quite good. Food was prepared quickly and staff were very friendly.

Order on app, easy pick up process and the taste was really good better then I expected for a fast food style pizza place but it's good and the oven looks nice lots of customization and good deals on app. Bbq chicken pizza with pesto

Why is this not a huge chain?
It's like Subway, but for Pizza, and it's very tasty, especially the next day!

Honestly, you can't go wrong with wood fired pizza. Being able to add on toppings without changing the overall price, makes it even better!

It's the subway of pizza joints. Your pizza is only as good or bad as the toppings you choose. The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and the food was ready relatively fast.

We went in late after work, not long before they were closing. Even though it was late, the staff were fantastic and ready help us. It was a great place and experience, highly recommend just for the staff alone!

It was quick to order and receive our food. Only thing was when eating in there was no cutlery and when your pizza I piping hot it would of been nice

Love the concept. Service was friendly. Homemade lemonade was good. Quite stingy on the toppings tho. Got the artichoke pizza and maybe had two tiny pieces of artichoke on it. Would still go back and give it another go, maybe I just got a stingy server.

Spectacular place to grab a pizza. Pizzas can be healthy, meaty, spicy (I mean it), the way you like. The staff is really nice, and very kid friendly.

For garlic flavour lovers I’ll suggest the base sauce combo of pesto and tomato sauce. And topping with ranch or mayo.

The 'it's all one price' is misleading. We ordered a bunch of toppings & paid way more than the quoted $15. And it wasn't that good. I'll go to Freddie's By the Bay or Piatto, thank you.

Delicious vegan options! Plant-based cheese and crumble, delicious on the high rise crust. The vegan cheesy bread was also great.

We really enjoyed the relaxed feel of Blaze Pizza - it has a sort of chipotle feel to it. There’s lots of parking available outside. You line up to order your food, and then choose your own seat, there is no table service. Counter Service was fast and food was fresh. The establishment is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, explaining to you how the process works if it’s your first time. You see them make your pizza with the fresh dough and cook It in the pizza oven. I ordered the “White Top”without bacon and added olives. It was unfortunately pretty flavourless - I expected it to be garlicky but I think maybe they forgot to add it. My husband ordered the BBQ chicken and he really enjoyed it. The cheesy bread we had for starter was absolutely delicious, best part of the meal in my opinion! Pointers for improvement would be to have more dietary options (Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian etc.) but overall a good experience and we’ll definitely go again!

Hate waiting, so always come here to enjoy a 180 seconds done meal. My favorite is barbecue chicken pizza and cheesy bread. Another good thing is you can drink a beer here as well.

Online ordering app works great if the staff actually receive the order. System needs improvement, Placed order online paid and received confirmation email. Go to pick up order and employees never received the order. Kinda defeats the purpose.

Great tasting pizza with an early ordering process. The price in my opinion is expensive. This certainly would not be pizza I could order often as it's expensive.

Pretty solid pizza, made quickly at a reasonable price. The "subway" style of ordering is kind of nice, and the size is reasonable for $15 (I did a build your own). I wouldn't wed myself to a single pizza joint, but this on is nice to have around so you can just drop in and walk out with a pie in 10 minutes vs.waiting 20+ minutes at most spots.

The food seems fast and fresh til you analyze the expensive ingredients, like the meats and cheese. Highly processed chicken chunks, cheeses that are more modified cultures than natural dairy.the sense of freshness comes from everything but the expensive ingredients.
Want to freshen up a pizza? Throw a few sprigs of arugula on it and now people think they're eating a salad.we get it.

This is the kind of place you'd find in the ignored corner of a mall in hopes to gentrify it and capitalize on the low rent.
Pizza is hand food. Hand food is street food. If you've been to Italy, you'd see that fast, simple and fresh are the keys to a good pizza, yet for whatever reason, this restaurant sits on the corner of one of the busiest and congested intersections in the city and has barely a sniff of comparable foot traffic.
Perhaps they're banking on the current development at the university.but anyone who knows street food knows that convenience and value are the two major keys to success, of which Blaze does not master.
The basic pies are adequately priced simply for their taste and freshness. You can grab and go with a friend, feel satiated and can be on your way without the guilt of overspending. But once you add drinks, and any modifications, your $10 chip-in to split a pie becomes $15 and then $20, for barely feeling hunger relief.
This doesn't mean it's not worth feeling like you ate some quality ingredients to fuel your body, but for this location.where I'd argue 90% of the walking passers-by are value oriented shoppers, it's a pretty ridiculous location.
It's as if the restaurant is 5-10yrs too early and 10°C too cold to accommodate the kitchen staff. The dining experience is pretty terrible which only furthers the argument that it's a grab and go street food mentality that somehow juxtaposed in the most ridiculous of locations.

Cleanliness is a HUGE issue. Very dirty/messy and so much cross contamination. Not a single staff member changed gloves once and we were watching for a good 20 minutes. Absolutely not good for vegetarians.

Very well satisfied with my order, fresh veggies and you can customized your own pizza without xtra cost. Staff are fast and friendly and hardworking. I would definitely coming back with my family and friends. ️

I had the white top. It was very good. Dough was nice and toppings seemed fresh. No cheesy bread, and the staff seemed a little lost overall, but that's to be expected with a new place. Overall very good, will return!

Decent pizza and exceptionally slick service.
It was busy when we arrived, but they have only opened recently and the line did move.

The layout is great for moving people through building their pizzas. The service was good- It looks like each person works their station and does their thing, and then passes it on. It made the process seamless.

I opted for the build your own, and my partner opted for the White Top. He was given an extra ingredient by mistake, but it's not the end of the world.

The pizzas and the cheesy bread were all delicious. It's not quite Piatto's but its priced accordingly. It's a great pizza at a great price point. Will certainly be back to enjoy it when things calm down as well.

I really like this place so far, just disappointed that you can only get 1 size (11 inch). Anyway, the staff.which were many, made the line up go along quite nicely. I recomend the "build your own pizza " you can put on whatever YOU like. Something like Subway. I loved it! Will definitely be going back.likely my favorite place now! Although, I am disabled and find it hard to stand too long in the line up. Not sure that my mobility scooter could possibly get through. Had to use my walker, the one I have to travel with has NO seat - but that's my problem.not yours. I hope!

So anyone wondering about our new blaze pizza in charlottetown. Well all I can say is where we're you all my life they have the best cauliflower pizza crust ever order takes no time and great prices.defenntly my new go to spot

Over hyped. Meat and veggie same price, why?
Staff member on the line were good but the one slicing the pizzas was delivering zero customer service.

Absolutely amazing. Great Keto and Gluten free options. It is a little bit pricey, but surprisingly filling and delicious to boot! I can see this potentially becoming my new favourite in town!

Delicious Pizza, dough and ingredients were fresh. Staff were super friendly and fast. I will definitely visit Blaze again:)

Not enough variety in pizza sizes.found a hair on my pizza which just ruined my appetite.long line but they moved fast i guess.pizza was cold by the time i got back to work.

Happy to see Blaze pizza in PEI, very few in Canada. I used to go at Oakville, ON location and finally it is here.

Must try Garlic pesto sauce, ovalini mozzarella, whole rosted garlic with some olive oil. Support good restaurants like these instead of some garbage pizza hubs!

Good pizza with an annoying location to access. I just tried to order online but its down, as well as the app. I called in (as suggested) and they didn't take my order. Its great pizza but just not worth the hassle imo.
