Boston Pizza

Parking was challenging, had to park in back. Not a large parking lot. Waited 15 mins yo be seated (2). Food was wonderful, didn't wait ling to be served.portion was a little small but filling. It was quiet enough to maintain conversation during the meal. Over all, a good place to head out to eat!

Had a great time. Andrew was our waiter, he was super friendly and polite, gave great service. The pizzas were great! Loved that they offered gluten free options for the pizzas and dessert!

Great food and atmosphere. Recommended! Spaghetti was a huge order. Had to take half home, and I'm a big eater.

This place is very nice and has great food my dad always wants to go in and eat the food is like the best in the world.so much flavour and the service is really good and keep doing it

The service was excellent, the restaurant was freezing and my cauliflower bites were basically still frozen inside but everything else was great.

Delicious wings. I'm disappointed they don't have Wednesday wing night anywhere in Canada except Quebec anymore. Service was okay, not the best, but definitely far from the worst. Atmosphere was loud, dark, and dingy. It was not my favourite, but it was food and yummy wings.

Even though they have an area outside they put us way outside in the grass. Nice but not quite. It was us having dinner or the mosquitoes?

Great fast friendly waitress and a great cook.

Highly recommend the spaghetti and meatballs.

Horrible I have two kids with me they got there meal waited another 15 for mine and the wife's the kids were well done before we got our meals if server was on phone couldn't tell us when meals were ready if could give no stars would

Excellent from a to z. Patrick and Nate on the bar side are great. In fact all of the bar staff are stellar at this location. Try the powerbowls they're delicious

Overall one of the best pizza places in PEI. Service is decent. Atmosphere is loud but you would expect it from a crowded restaurant.
The only bad experience I had with food was the steak since it was under seasoned but the pizzas I had were really nice

Calamari was disgusting, super greasy and weird, terrible presentation, I don't recommend those.
Boneless very good, jalapeño dip excellent but it came with stale potato chips.

Wow, this has certainly changed since the last time here about a year ago, and definitely for the better.
Individual BBQ bourbon pizza was delicious, service spot on, not in your face but there when needed.
We got a table in about 15 minutes which for a Saturday night was acceptable, and then about 45 minutes later they accommodated a hockey team of 32.all in a night's work and without affecting service levels.
Well done.

The pasta was amazing, however, the kids spaghetti and meatballs was gross. My son wouldnt eat a second bite

Nice specious restaurant with good choice of food. Located centrally next to Charlottetown Mall. Ambience is good.

Amazing pizza and beef dip. Personally I think they should add a bit more to their menu. The food is delicious.

This was my first time at this BP. Called a couple weeks ahead to reserve for 9 people. Arrived and tables were already placed together to accommodate us; set up with cutlery, etc. Even though there were other patrons in the dining room, it felt like the place was set up, just for us. The football game was showing on several screens, but not loud, since that would be all the group would focus on (like is the norm for other establishments). We never felt rushed, service was great (gave a big tip), food was, excellent and we will definitely be coming back. I was shocked, in a good way at the final bill. Price was less than I expected with the amount we ordered. Appetizers, drinks, main, then dessert. (Like my husband mentioned, why don't we come here, when we are in the city? Now, we will)

Ordered pasta with chicken and mushrooms. Didn’t like it. Chicken breast (how it says on the menu) was processed previously frozen chicken with no taste. Didn’t like food at all. But staff is friendly and great.

We ate here with 4 adults and 4 kids under 11. The place was very busy and we were willing to wait for seating. Service was fast and friendly and the food was amazing. I had the Carnivore meat and pasta dish and was stuffed full.

Worst lunch experience at a BP ever. During lunch one of the male staff who was not our server strutted around be rude and very mysogynistic to the female staff.

Always very accommodating wait staff. Our appetizer came out quickly and the meals were delicious.

Pre-show dinner at Boston Pizza worked great. Arrived at 5pm with no reservation and were seated quickly in a booth. The servers were friendly and prompt. Drinks came to enjoy prior to our 4 meals. 2 of the meals were delicious chicken parm with a wide variety of sides to add to it.
No room for desserts. Ample time to get downtown Charlottetown to catch our show.

We were there for for lunch tall gentleman who was micro managing and belittling our waitress who was doing and phenomenal job because she hadn't advised us that they didn't have a menu item.

Greatest grilled chicken club I have ever had! Great staff very friendly and quick to serv you.

Very friendly, attentive server and my Herbivore pizza delicious and bf's carnivore pasta was chock full of meaty bits!

Always great food and service started out really slow and then corrected with great customer service.

Normally I would say their Chicken club is the best in town but we had take out a couple of nights ago and contrary to the menu description it came on a bun not a baguette. It was just slapped together, a real disappointment.

Often visit various BP either with another couple or with some of our older grandchildren because I find there is something for everyone’s taste. I often order the shrimp tacos which I enjoy, tonight we were in Charlottetown, the tacos were filled with packaged coleslaw, a few piece of tomato, overcooked shrimp and were finished up with a sloppy doused sauce. You could not pick them up without getting your hands dripping with sauce. Definitely not as advertised on menu.

My party and I had excellent service from Eric. He was very genuine and welcoming. The food was excellent and also enjoyed the options Eric suggested. Looking forward to coming back.

The serving sizes! Easily made two meals of my pasta serving! Just enough bite to make it pop. Great service! Super clean.

Experience was alright the whole time until Eric (stash) showed up. He cracked some wheezer jokes towards my red head friend and he was a beauty. Someone promote this guy right now. Atta boy Eric.

A terrible, irresponsible restaurant with clueless staff members that don’t know how to communicate with customers appropriately. I’ve had to send back my food and drink twice because they sent it out incorrectly. The overall quality of this establishment is 2/5, in my opinion, and I'm being generous with that rating. The only staff member that was kind, patient, and communicative was Eric-and I thank you, Eric, for serving me well.

Had an amazing time at the Charlottetown Boston Pizza for our Anniversary. Food was phenomenal, and our server, Paula was a rockstar!

Food was much better than last dine in pre-covid. Could tell they were understaffed but our waiter made sure we had all we needed as fast as he could. Still too expensive for what it is though, would love to go more often but I just can't afford it when it comes to over $100 for a table of 3.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza for take out Saturday evening. The pizza was tasteless, dry, not enough sauce, dry canned pineapple. I would never order pizza from here

Online ordering doesn't work at this location and they won't honor online prices for takeout when calling the order in. We asked to speak to a manger and were told none were available. Bait and switch + bad service = us never being a customer.

Too late service. I LITERALLY saw staff talking back in the kitchen and i got my order after 30min. I just order a vegetarian pizza which might take 10 min but it took 30min seriously! Not happy with service.

I absolutely love going to Boston Pizza for ribs. I've went more times than I can count, and each time I am astounded by how good the ribs are. They are always fall of the bone and tasty, really putting Montana's to shame. To top it off they have great service and staff to make for an overall exceptional expierence.

The food and service were awesome but it was so cold where we were sitting I ate with my winter coat on the entire time. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

We booked our table online but upon arrival at the restaurant they told us online booking does not work. They tried to seat us by the bathroom so we asked for a different table and they seated us next to the cleaning supplies. Don't order any main dishes beside pizza because the pastas are flavorless.
