Nestled in a hidden corner, right next to the Delta, Brakish is a treasure that beautifully blends traditional coastal flavors with modern charm. My recent visit left me impressed. Also glad I visited because it was their last day of the season, which meant $5 draft beers and 1/2 priced cocktails.

Popped in for an evening drink, the sun was out and the patio was great with some live music. The place wasn't busy. However, there were two staff at the entrance doing nothing and at least three staff about in the venue. After about 10 minutes, we still hadn't got served so we left. Disappointing

Drinks and atmosphere are great. They have lots of music in the summer which is so fun.
However, the food is not great but what you'd more or less expect from a pub or bar. Go for the drinks, stay for the music!

We came here for supper with friends. One of us has a food allergy. They sat us, served drinks, and asked about our friend who had brought her own food. She acted as if everything was fine. She came back to take our orders. After about 10 minutes of getting our drinks and our friend halfway through eating her food, the manager came to us and asked us to leave. He said that they couldn't allow outside food into the restaurant. So, we left before actually getting our food. As we were walking in a couple was leaving because they weren't getting any service. No go.
