Burger King

They gave me an uncooked patty on a burger bun. Like no sauce, veggies, or anything really. The King's domain has seen better times.

The food is just fair but consistent. The staff are generally unfriendly to the point it feels like you're more of a nuisance than a customer.

We placed an order for take out and it didn’t went well. We asked to get fresh food, but they served us stale food. The girl with bridal makeup and tattoo was worst. Only the girl who took our order was nice but All of the staff with her were just laughing and not taking order and making FUN OF CUSTOMERS.
TOXIC ENVIRONMENT.

Should learn some etiquettes and customer service.

The University Avenue Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Burger King is a great and fantastic place to buy meals all day long and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Its not the place it used to be, service was not good, I used to enjoy their homestle breakfast but looked at menu board and it was not there.

I went today around at 10 pm and I do not find pleasant atmosphere today. The staffs were taking out loud to themselves and saying swear words in other language.

All was good till I noticed my ketchup from the dining room is most definitely watered down! Unbelievable when we pay the price we do for the food!

Poor service and don’t get their orders correct had to go up to the front counter three times just for them to get the proper order

Food was quick was ok bathroom is always disgusting and just the overall clenlyneas of the place is just fair

I tried the dill.pickle chicken nuggets and.well, they may at one time somewhere have been chicken, but they were coated in so much highly salted dill pickle sauce they could just as well be the soles off someone's shoes.
The service wasn't that speedy for a fast food restaurant either (they wouldn't last 5 minutes in a McDonald's for example.)
Atmosphere.the large restaurant was empty, lots of free empty space, which tells you a lot about what others think.
Shame, as BK used to be a real competitor to the McDonald's of the world, but I guess there are now Wendy's, A and W, DQ and many more to take or or even be the number one burgers.the kings crown is definitely up for grabs!

Consistently get warm, flat, pop in drive-thru.for months, told ice machine broken, a lot of times whoppers are cold. Orders are usually correct however, and staff at window efficient and fast.

After recent renovations the food is excellent. Way better than McDonald's with fair prices and superior food. Great coupons on the app!

Used to be good. Now this is the 7th time i eat over cooked fries and burgers that have no taste. Should check the staff and management, apparently they do not care about quality anymore. Burger King is my favourite spot since I was a kid, not sure I think the same anymore. Disappointed!

Went through Drive Thru on a Friday, Got Home and the fish burger's bun was black on the inside, burnt and the lettuce was brown. Terrible, nearly gagged.had taken a bite and it tasted off. That's when I opened it up to find the lettuce rotten and bun burnt. Going to call to complain!

Poor service I walked out because they were too busy talking to each other! Rather than take my order than I went threw drive threw and they tell ne there out of chicken burgers! Lmao never will I g9 back to burger King! The renovations to ur burger King Bush! Is very horrible

They have to change the manager. He don’t know how to behave with customers. He was rude and refuse to give food and said go to McDonald’s for food.bad experience.

Congratulations Burger King from coming back from restaurant hell with a dirty outdated seating areas to a modern clean comfortable and appealing atmosphere

Disgusting interior 2 people inside and not a single clean table. Wonder what other health violations are in the kitchen.

Food safety 101. Never cough into your hand and handle food. No wonder my food was more disgusting than usual. That, and the food was undercooked during my last, and FINAL visit. Absolutely disgusting. Definitely a health risk.

One of my friends ordered a fish burger and it had some black. Yucky stuff on the patty. They changed it to a new burger but just shows how poorly this burger king joint is run

Unfortunately our food was inedible and cold, when we brought the issue up with staff they did not offer any resolution. Very unfortunate.

Food is often cold and service is abysmal. But if you can go at the right time and get hot food, it can be good.

Worst Burger king on the planet. Actually one of the guy working there was so rude on us. We ordered food and then we were looking a place to dine in. One employee came to us and said you cannot sit here this place i cleaned already so sit at other table which was so dirty with food stuffs were all over it. The way he spoke to us was really bad. He was giving training to his new employee and it seems like he needs training first. Worst place.food was cold. I would like to give -ve stars if possible.

The food was ok for fast food, but I found the restaurant to be messy in places and the floor was sticky to wake on. Have not been back.

Over 15 minute wait in the drive thru not including the time it took to even get the food. It was not busy at all there was only one person in front of me. The man in the drive thru window was super nice but the kid taking the orders for drive thru was terrible. I could hear him complaining how tired he was and got he didn’t even know what the person had ordered in the drive thru behind me. We’re all tired, we all work jobs with long hours or stressful times. Doesn’t make me incapable of my job:) I loved this Burger King when bush still owned it.

This restaurant is so dated. It is like an old run down pub. Service is minimal unless you drive through. In store customers wait 4 x as long. An older man after me asked for an Ice cream in a cup. The server handed him an ice cream cone and walked away. Wow!
Back to the decor. Holy! This place hasn't been renovated or even maintained since they hid the former play area behind painted windows.and the bathrooms, Ick!
The food tastes like Burger King. The space looks like the basement of a restaurant.

Very colorful and pleasant staff, Burger King food is what it is, open a location in Summerside again!

Wait times are usually incredibly slow for a fast food restaurant but I'm guessing they're just usually understaffed or unprepared. But 9/10 they serve food that is really nice quality. Their veggies are always so fresh and crisp. Staff are generally nice people but don't go the extra mile. No real complaints, love me a junior whopper from there.

Place was disgusting every table and booth was dirty. No cups for condaments. Bathrooms looked like they were never cleaned.
