CAA (Canadian Automobile Association)

Insurance is as good as your experience when you need it. When I needed caa they left me hanging. The technician seemed to just want to get out of changing my tire or even towing my vehicle.

Chad's garage towed on my car twice to Parsons for service in the past few months as part of the CAA package. Excellent, careful, timely and did a bit of trouble shooting for the shop. Finally they solved it with his knowledgeable insight. CAA knows how to pick their people!

If I could give no stars, at this moment I would. I would not recommend wasting your hard earned money on roadside that doesn not respond. My first call for a tow on my class A motorhome was Feb 24, it is now march 9 and I have just scheduled the tow on my own! Thank god I had a back up plan while travelling or we could have been stuck in a very unfortunate situation! All you get are generic response from agents with no care for urgency!

Locked my key in the car and a storm was on its way. CAA Atlantic customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. The service truck was there very quickly and we were on our way in 5 minutes and missed the storm.
