Visit today went well. Appointment for oil change and tire change. Although I have to wonder if it’s really necessary for advisor to come to customer waiting area to point out 2 filters should be replaced plus brake fluid and a brake service done. Car has only 40,000 kilometres and recently inspected, which would include brakes.

Thanks so much to Andrew, and his crew.dropped by Capital Honda to see if I could book an oil change, with my winter tire change over (already booked), but I was told they had room right then for my CRV's oil change:) He told me it was no problem to take my puppy, and just wait in the front lobby.many people checked on my puppy, and I, while we waited. I was not expecting this, but so grateful.

Incredibly kind and accommodating people at this dealership.
I cannot praise them enough, every member of their team is thoughtful and efficient at what they do.
Definitely buying my next car from them.

The service I received from the Service Department was terrible! I left my car for an oil change and I was told it would take one hour but instead it took three hours and it would have taken longer but I complained. I had left my name and number but no one even gave me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know there would be a delay. I had to call them multiple times bc they didn’t answer the phone. It will be my last time at Capital Honda for an oil change.

I was having issues with my driver's window not going up all the way (it would "catch" and just go back down) as well as my tire pressure was low in the front driver's side tire. My boyfriend filled it once for me, but we couldn't get the warning to go away. I stopped into the service center one day (a few months ago) and there were 3 very nice gentlemen (all with an awesome sense of humor!) that got me in right away. Not only did they fix the window and tire issue, but they even showed me how to check my car settings and reset them as needed. I wasn't there very long, but the service was amazing and they didn't make me feel like a bother to them. I definitely recommend Honda's service center! Thanks guys!

I bought a brand new CR-V in 2021. The tires failed inspection after only 25,000 km. New tires will cost more than $1400. Disgraceful service from Customer Relations. It took 4 weeks for them to even bother to return my call and then they offered very little. I regret buying this vehicle and will NEVER buy a Honda product again. Not worth the money I paid. Honda put garbage tires on the brand new vehicle and then did NOT support them. I am completely disgusted and disappointed in Honda.

The place where i get my cars. We have had honda in the famiy since 2004. We have leased 5 vehicles from this location. We ha e never had a bad experience. Love it! A+

They should shut there business off because they provide the worst service, they damage the rims of my car which costs me more than a 1000 dollars and didn’t accept there mistake.

I had the best experience with Capitol Honda in Charlottetown. I was in a panic to get my vehicle back as quickly as I could for work purposes so needless to say I kept calling checking in on how my car was getting along. The service advisor Chance Curtis was polite every time I called and made sure that I had my vehicle back the same day. Definitely will give my business to this company again

This is a place l have consistently received 5 star service. Today, l must again give them 5 stars in the Service Dept. Chris and Andrew went the extra mile for me in the 'drive through'. Jason, in Parts is always helpful and super friendly, and Sean is your go-to for leasing or sales. I have been going here for service for 5 years and never had a bad experience yet. Love my Honda, love this dealership.

Top quality advice and extremely helpful.
I needed a code for the radio after the battery died and needed a boost in the re ent cold spell.these guys and girls helped and printed out the code no problem at all.
Definitely recommend.
A great team.

Fabulous service at Capital Honda! Last day of our vacation in PEI saw all of my CRV’s warning lights go off. I spoke with Chance Curtis of Capital Honda at 2 pm and he was able to get us in right away. Chance took the time to keep us updated and informed about the issue while we waited. I am quite sure our issue kept them late and they were more concerned about us getting on the road safely back to Ontario. While waiting the lady who worked in the office was very kind offering my daughter and I snacks, etc. Overall a wonderful experience that could easily have been awful. We arrived safe and sound back to Rideau Lakes - thank- you Chance and Capital Honda!

Extremely dissatisfied with service today. Just had my car in for a tire change and brake service only to find my Maintenance Due now light still on at pick up. Apparently my oil change was also due and no one thought to follow up to advise me or ask if I wanted it done at the same time. Called to book another appointment for this coming Friday (6 days from now) which could not be accommodated only to be told the “booking team” will have to follow up with me Monday. Service is usually better than this. Not happy.
