CARSTAR Charlottetown

Service is very disappointing. Waited a very long time from the day the car was brought in to get an estimate. After few months of waiting, we finally get the car just because I called Nissan to check. Carstar staff said parts have not arrived but Nissan already installed it for them. Paid off everything in the invoice that they gave and never walk thru with us to handover the car. End up not having one of the wheels and inner fender not replaced but paid for the parts.
