Cavendish Fish & Chips

Best bang for your buck, food was amazing. Don't hesitate to eat here. Unlike allot of places in cavendish, this place is not a rip off.

We had a wonderful experience at Cavendish Fish and Chips. The patio was clean, staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant had a lot of fun British accessories but the best was when my son asked for Earl Grey tea and out came the owner with the fanciest and most fun tea set! Just added that little bit extra to a great and delicious lunch!

Had an amazing tastebud experience! The employees and owner were super and went the extra mile for my shellfish allergy. The ambiance was quite nice.
We had the fish and chip and honestly: it was amazing! The piece of fish was big, the batter was nice and crispy, the fries were homemade big cuts (and super délicious). Mine was gluten-free and it was very tasty!
Definitely recommend!

Ce fut une belle expérience culinaire! Les employés et le propriétaire étaient super et ont fait attention à mon allergie aux crustacés. L'ambiance était bien sympathique.
Nous avons pris le fish and chip et honnêtement: c'était incroyable! Le morceau de poisson était gros, la panure bonne et croustillante, les frites maisons étaient bien belles et grosses (et super délicieuses). J'avais le fish and chip sans gluten et c'était très bon!
Je recommande définitivement!

Very pleased with fish and chips. Got a scallop sandwich also. Pretty good. Nice bun. Nice. Malt vinegar was better than most. Ketchup too. Little things:) Service was delightful.

I got a fish and chips, fish was big and pretty good! But very greasy and frys are ok. My parents both got the clam strips and chips and very disappointed sadly. There were like 8 or 10 of them and was over cooked and tastless. I felt bad for them. And my brother got a hamburger and chips didnt look to bad. All of it came up to $100 or so and the guy that works there was a bit rude at first laughing and rolling his eyes and signin at my brother because he asked to have his as takeout cuz he want hungry right then and wanted to eat it for later. Ugh. Im disappointed and will not be coming back. (my 2nd time coming to PEI 2022)

They just reopened this weekend, amazing place! Super fresh fish and shrimp, crispy potatoes, friendly staff, all in all lovely spot! Would recommend!

Best fish and chips I ever had!
I have tried many fish and chips in many different places including clam diggers and Ossies in NB. They were fine but Cavendishfish and chips is another level!
It melts in your mouth as soon as you eat!
It is one big piece of crispy fish and it is so good!

If you have celiac, this place is must go! They offer variety of gluten ten free dishes!

They have dedicated gluten free frier and they can do gluten free fish and chips, gluten free onion rings and even they can make gluten free grilled cheese sandwich for you!

Very passionate and kind staffs here!

I come to Cavendish area every year for the summer vacation and I will definitely come again and I will have a supper here every day!

Highly recommended to every single travelers!

Not enough food to feed 2 kids for $60, portion size is tiny, was told it was huge, it was not! If I could give zero stars I would, would not recommend at all!
