Smallish place with a neighborhood eatery feel. Excellent food - just really, really authentic and good.

Had the lentil soup, yabrak (stuffed grape leaves), and kafta. All were great. Even the rice that came with the kafta was good, with a complementary spice palette.

They could do with some Lebanese coffee and tea; would have liked to try something regional with dinner.

Helpful staff brought me some take away at the end.

I read that this place has been here since 1979. I can see why.

I take everyone to eat here. Their shawarmas are the best I have had and so addicting.so beware haha. For a good price and a comfy atmosphere you cant get any better!

Lovely kind staff, great food. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options are clearly visible on the menu.

The place is pretty good, the environment is very Arabic. The portions are massive, the food is just a tad bit western.

Cedar's is a great spot, which I typically use for lunch as it is near my workplace. It's often full, so arriving and getting a table by 11: 45 is wise.

Food is great. Their chicken kebabs are perfectly seasoned and moist. Their daily specials offer great pricing for popular dishes.

Great soups and salads, appetizer platters and amazing Lebanese rice.

Can be a little pricey, but if you stick with lunch specials it’s a bargain.

Very pricey for a small falafel sandwich, in my opinion. Other dishes might be good for what you pay but definitely not the falafel which is supposed to be "cheap"

Had the fish and chips after landing in PEI. The option of battered or breaded was foreign to me so I went with breaded.it was delicious. Enjoyed the jazz night too

Food was amazing! But for the price of the plate the portion should be bigger.
The yabrak and kibbeh are to die for, tabouleh was a bit dry but fresh and the hummus is the best.
The pan fried fish was okay.
Staff are so friendly and the ambiance was nice.
Recommended!

The food is consistently superb. We all had Lebanese rice or salad, but those plank fries are sooooo good. Chicken schwarma, beef and cheese curd, grape leaves, hummus were all delicious. The garlic sauce is very tasty. An Island restaurant staple that stands the test of time

Dare I say hidden gem in a seafood town. Local spot for sure. Got the shawarma and WOW! Really nice waiter.

Food was fantastic, owner and staff are very friendly. Couldn't find better shawarma in Charlottetown. Highly recommend this restaurant if visiting from out of town.

The place was great, we asked about halal meat but unfortunately there wasn't, however the barman (i think) was so kind and friendly he tried to search for halal restaurants nearby for us.
But we ordered Haadok with fries. The taste was perfect and the portion was generous. And he delivered to our car where we were waiting.
So i really recommend it

What a lovely restaurant. This was my introduction to Lebanese food, and the Saroukh was just amazing. The atmosphere is warm, the service is attentive and kind. Highly recommended.

Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere with amazing food! The lady who served us was very kind and the halloumi sandwich was delicious.

Food was amazing and authentically Lebanese. If you're in the area and want to try something other than lobster, this restaurant is a must visit.

The food was fantastic! Shawarma was outstanding and the Saroukh was even better. Wanted to try their falafel - I wish they had an appetizer portion of it.
