Prices are OK but when I had an issue with my screen protector that one of the employees put on without asking me. I would have had preferred for my close friend to have done it who is a professional but before I knew it, I turned my head for 1 second and he was putting it on. I went back a cpl of weeks later due to there being black marks under the screen protector which meant he did not clean it enough before putting on the protector.he argued with me.then took a small item before asking me.and began trying to move the black marks.meanwhile I thought he was using this tool to take off the screen protector carefull and going to put a new one.but that was not the case. The marks are now gone but my screen protector is now crooked after him using a tool.
Also their way of pricing is "different". They more or less make up the prices as they go.you can not get a receipt if you pay with cash because they don't put tax on it. I even said, "I'm short by less than a dollar so I'll have to use my debit card. " The man then said it's OK just give me what you have. "which I thought was very kind.however I then was unable to get a receipt
. And ge was clearly pushing me to pay with cash.and I now know why.and if something happens to my protector or my case. I don't have a receipt to show them.

Absolutely horrible service. I told the person working the counter I needed a case for my iPad 10th generation and he proceeded to sell me a case for an iPad Pro 11. I was told if it didn’t fit I could get a refund. When I tried to fit it on my iPad it didn’t fit. When I went to return it the person working the counter told me they don’t do refunds. Never shop here as they are very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional service. I was here today for a screen protector for my new iphone 14 pro. The guy has no sense how to handle and remove the back cover he just broke my cover camera lens protector by putting pressure to remove the cover and isn’t even feel a sorry for that and even charge me 15 dollar for that simple 5 dollar screen protector. Rude guy and unprofessional service

Excellent service. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He gave me a great deal on a second hand phone (Samsung galaxy s8) and it works top notch. It was supposed to be unlocked, but it wasn't. When I called him to let him know, he took it upon himself to figure out the previous provider and get me the unlock code. I highly recommend Cellmix
