We purchased 2 Pathfinders 2015 & 2024 from Centennial Nissan. Both transactions went very smoothly. We've been very happy with the vehicles and the service!

I wish I could give more than 5. I purchased a Nissan Sentra here and had the best service. Josh is the best around. He found me exactly what I was looking for at a payment I could afford. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed into anything. He really takes pride in what he does and it shows. My vehicle was just like brand new and I even got all the extras I wanted. Mike in finance was great to deal with as well, he made sure there was no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Josh and Centennial Nissan for a fantastic customer experience.

I recently purchased winter tires and rims for my new Nissan Kicks. The service department was really helpful to me in making the best choice for tires and rims considering what I was looking for. When I had the tires installed recently, the service was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner while I waited. When the work was finished the car was returned to me and it had been washed which was a very nice gesture by the dealer. I was reminded to bring my car in to have the wheels retorqued. When I went back this was done immediately without any wait time. Thank you to Charlottetown Nissan for your excellent service.

Warranty work was completed before time that was scheduled and done correctly and with out question that it was warranty work.

Centennial Nissan is a fabulous place to deal, purchasing a vehicle, repairing a vehicle, chatting about a vehicle, or anything else vehicle related.

There is no frigging around, making excuses about whatever is the issue, or trying to stall, or weasel out of their responsibility. They just fix it.

Mike Arsenault is easy to talk to, knows your probable issues, and makes a great effort to resolve them to your complete satisfaction. He and his team all act the same way and it is evident that his actions are followed by his subordinates. If he can help, he will.

I have been dealing with Nissan for many, many years, including prior to new ownership and I was skeptical about service deteriorating but I was very pleasantly surprised that it only got better.

I have had many different vehicles from different suppliers over my tenure on this planet and they are the best. No question.

I would have rated them a 5 Star but that would mean they would have to drive to Montague and pick up my car and return it fixed with a full tank of gas and a case of beer, That is my 5 Star expectation.

As far as I am concerned I am being very generous. The only reason I took my Altima to the dealership was because I wanted to get the recall done. Figured I would kill two birds with one stone. Not only was the estimate over my budget, but the parts they ordered to do the recall went in someone else's car. Needless to say the only reason I will ever take my car there is for recalls.

Always take my rig here for services. Never disappointed. They even wash your rig after an oil change and if it's raining, they give you a voucher for their car wash. Well done!
