Charlottetown Toyota

I will never do any business with Toyota Charlottetown any more, these guys are stealers, they steal the hard earned money from our pockets, big name zero results.i recently bought some parts from them, i asked them if it can be returned in case not used, they said sure.when i returned the part they charged me 25% as restocking fee.which is totally unfair, i was charge for nothing.they didnt mentioned it verbally on the counter.which is their job, they said its written in font size 1, which normally we as a human dont pay attention. So they are white color thief, thats how they make the money.very sad.you lost my trust.

Recently, my wife and I, after moving to PEI, went to the Toyota Dealer in Charlottetown to discuss our options regarding our leased vehicle, as the lease is now at its end. Troy and their finance manager, were most helpful in providing us with all of our options and certainly interest in our needs, which is totally refreshing from what we have been used to, in Ontario.
No matter what option we decided to go with, we will now deal with this dealership exclusively.

Bought a car corolla se 2022, around 6 months back.
It was my first car, but they ruin my very first experience.
I was told, I will have 6 services free, but now they manipulate their words, to get this services I should have extended warranty.so, Toyota Charlottetown sales persons are just trained to manipulate customer and with their hard working money.they only care about their %tenge, not customer investment.will never recommend anyone to buy any kind of investment form this company called Toyota.

Very bad experience, will never recommend it to anyone. They don't want to take any responsibility even if you buy a brand new vehicle.

Took me in at very short notice to do a quick fix for my car. Thank you!
