Their online add says open 24 hrs. Walked there and they were not. This really upset me at 2am.

Still same again, Asked for 7 grain bun with veggie inside but said will charge according to burger which will make make it more $5 more expensive, never seen this experience in other A&W (very bad experience)

Ordered over the phone to avoid the typical long wait, got to the store to pick up at the agreed upon time and they hadn't even started it yet, multiple people have ordered, waited, and left with food while I'm still waiting. Only redeeming...

The woman who took our order was wonderful. She was even able to get me hot water to make tea with. I really appreciated that gesture.
