Absolutely impeccable rooms the grounds are incredible and the best customer service I ever received absolutely blown away

Found blood on sheets, when I showed the lady the picture of it she didn’t do anything about it, just apologized. Definitely won’t be staying here again, service is terrible.

Excellent rooms and service! Super helpful and very friendly hosts! Very clean and well maintained. Called them last minute after getting rained out while camping. Told them we needed a pet friendly space and a place to dry out clothes and camping equipment. They put us in a room close to the laundry facility and there was a nice area right out front for the dogs to walk. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

We stayed one night and it was wonderful. The room we had was small, but it had everything we needed!

We are only here for one night. The room is extremely clean. It has a mini fridge, a microwave, a TV and an AC. Love the balcony! Only minutes away from downtown Summerside.

We had a great one-night stay here. Our room had a back deck that looked out over fields with a glimmer of the ocean in the distance. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows very fluffy (and we appreciated that there were extra!). It was really nice that they already had the AC running in our room when we arrived as it was quite hot and humid. Summerside didn't seem to have much going on, but this is a great location to visit other parts of the island (or to stay near the bridge).

Service was good, bed were made every day, towels were replaced daily however the only reason why I am giving over all rating of 2 coz I was bite by the bug in the bed. Didn't want to create a fuzz but I will not go back.

Extremely pleasant owners. Dog friendly rooms available. A great motel to stay at whole in PEI. The location allowed us to easily visit the entire island, plus quick access to foods for breakfast and dinners.

Too much rules for a motel, like an army base;
- You should put your recycle bin and garbage bin in front your door in the morning, if no, nobody cares
- if you need a tried towel, maybe it’s better to go to one store to buy that instead of asking because it’s easier
- you always scared to ask something, even a little question about a hair dryer
- I never had a hair dryer in 5days I’ve been there.
- the owner was very tough and unfriendly.
- no acceptable customer service
- to enough toiletries.

When I wanted to go there, I was very excited to see a nice place, but it didn’t happened.

I visited this place in August 2022, and I didn’t give them rank as rarely i write something bad about a place, but I decided to write something to help others.

I didn’t find any positive point about this motel.

I wrote this review after nearly one year because I didn’t want to write, but as I’m planning for my new travel, I said myself I MUST share this information with others. I found them very useful for others.
And everyone can see your language snd tones of voice here.
I loved PEI, people are very friendly there, but you did not look friendly to me. It’s my idea.
And one more, my wife booked the motel and her name is Negar. You can find her name in your database. Please don’t say: no.

Super cute motel, recently updated rooms. Common area and landscaping are well kept. Owners are incredibly nice, and their attention to detail shows!

This place is very clean and the service is exceptional. They are very helpful and if we could give a higher rating we would.

Nous étions sur la route vers le traversier de Souris et vraiment dernière minute (en soirée). Nous avons appelé ce motel, car tous les hôtels de Charlottetown à Souris étaient pleins. On nous a offert une chambre plus qu'acceptable, à un prix très raisonnable. Le monsieur disait qu'il s'excusait car c'était sa plus petite chambre! Honnêtement, entre ça et coucher dans l'auto.c'était une excellente chambre. La chambre était suffisamment grande et bien équipée, le lit tout à fait confortable, et surtout, c'était vraiment très propre! J'y retournerais sans hésitation! Pour être honnête, les planchers étaient un peu froids, mais c'est un détail.nous étions en octobre. La salle de toilette avec douche seulement, un peu petite, mais très propre également, et fonctionnelle.
(TRADUCTION GOOGLE) We were on the way to the Souris ferry and really last minute (in the evening). We called this motel because all the hotels from Charlottetown to Souris were full. We were offered a more than acceptable room, at a very reasonable price. The gentleman said he apologized because it was his smallest room! Honestly, between that and sleeping in the car.it was a great room. The room was large enough and well equipped, the bed quite comfortable, and above all, it was really very clean! I would stay there again without hesitation! To be honest, the floors were a bit cold, but that's a minor thing.we were in October. The bathroom with shower only, a bit small, but also very clean and functional.

If this isn’t a red flag then I don’t know what is …. Beware as the management is looking to make extra money if they smell anything in your room.

Small room but Super clean, very nice service, so helpfull and polite. Well situated (only 3 km from downtown)

Rooms were nice. Not really big enough for 2 queen beds. Quiet. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff.

We stayed here for 10 days the beginning of September and we Loved it. The Staff were so kind and helpful and Mr. Clark was Wonderful. Thank you so very much for making our stay so great! Good Job All Of You)
