The cottage is small (1 floor and looks like a smaller portable classroom), but has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small common area (a sofa and a chair). You park your car on the grass in front of the cottage.
They have plates, bowls, cups, knives, a coffee kettle maker, a kettle, pots, pans, cooking utensils, utensils, a toaster, salt and pepper, and a cutting board. There's a microwave, a stove and a full oven.
They have coffee bags and coffee related stuff in the fridge.
There's a BBQ grill outside on the deck with a tank underneath. Outside, there's also a picnic table, chairs on the deck, outdoor games to play, and a campfire.
The beds and pillows are fine. Slept pretty well.
There are quite a bit of mosquitoes around. We found about 2 inside the cottage and killed one of them.
The cottage did feel a bit on the cooler side, not really sure if the heater worked.
They have a coin operated washing machine and dryer at the other end of the cottages property. It is shared with the other guests.
There's wifi protected password here. They allow you to have pets here too, just follow their rules and you're good. They give you a binder that has instructions about your stay at the cottage, information about the wifi, pets rules, closest restaurants, areas to golf in, information/history of some areas nearby, etc.
Other than the mosquitoes, we enjoyed our stay here.

I spent two nights here, May 26-28,2023.
It was a wonderful time, the property is beautiful and my space was lovingly cared for.
My experience began with a text message from my hosts - Chad and Nicki - welcoming me to the property and letting me know if I wanted to check in early they would have the cottage (5) ready and unlocked.
It was a rainy day so I was happy to have a nice place to settle in wit my book and warm cup of tea. The cottage looked warm and inviting and I quickly arranged a seating area facing the amazing view of the coast line. There is a fully stocked kitchen for cooking a beautiful meal, a huge bathtub clean and ready for a hot soak and two bedrooms with East facing windows to enjoy the sunrise if you wish. The back of the cottage faces west to capture the magic of the coast line and the sunset.
Outside your cottage you have a deck with chairs and a gas grill. On the lawn there is a picnic table, a staircase to the beach and a wonderful fire pit. You can buy a huge bundle of firewood from a local entrepreneur for a an extremely fair price.
Your host's have gone the extra step to create a guide book that includes maps, local information and needed phone numbers. This is a wonderful touch that is not normally found anymore.
Everything was clean, comfortable and well cared for. I can't recommend enough.
